JABRIL.MUHAMMAD

The short meaning of the word: “reaction” is a noun and its meaning is: “an action performed or a feeling experienced in response to a situation or event.” (New Oxford American Dictionary.)

If you are told that the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan was put in his position by–the Honorable Elijah Muhammad–and that he is very much alive and backed by the power of Master Fard Muhammad (who is the Supreme Being), how do you react to this article?

Among the meanings of the word “react”: “respond emotionally; be in opposition.” Why?

Everyone in (or not “in”) the Nation of Islam knows the above, but some people do not agree with this.

Black, white, and others, male or female, on this planet–how do you react to these words, if you read these words in a book?

Can you help him (Minister Farrakhan) full of hatred; or by feeling intense or passionate dislike for (someone); or have a strong aversion to (some others who are helping Minister Farrakhan), but you cover yourself by lies, etc.?

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad said publicly this: “Whenever you want to do good, in this old wicked world, you are always tried to see if you really want to do it.”

I did a talk in San Diego, Ca. on December 3, 1995 titled: A Valuable Blackman, which also was the title of a chapter of a book I was working on.

I started with these words:

“My Dear Brothers and Sisters, I have a very important subject to review. You already know this, but I just want to review it. And those of you who are new to this teachings, or don’t have it all together, in your head, I hope that this, what we’re going to cover for the next hour or two, will cause you to make the kind of study that you deserve to make for yourself, about a very important Black man–the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.

“Needless to say, any man, who can summon about two million Black men to one spot and the government not be able to stop that, is a man about whom you should know much. And not to take the time to avail yourself or not to find out how you can learn more about him, is to do yourself a disservice.

“A brief consideration of the true value of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan in the narrowest of terms is the subject of this chapter. Greatness in and of itself is meaningless except in terms of one value.

“Value is best measured in terms of service. Even though it would be taken as this author’s personal bias, nevertheless the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan is a most valuable man in the sight of the Two who back him namely, Master Fard Muhammad and the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and those who are with him.”

That word–with–is a very big word. Study it.

“Finally on three separate occasions and this is what I was leading up to, between 1969 and 1970 the Honorable Elijah Muhammad spoke in a certain progression concerning the value of Minister Farrakhan to himself.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad said, “Brother, you are more valuable to me than a truckload of diamonds and gold.”

On another occasion he said, “Brother you are more valuable to me than a thousand airplanes with a thousand head of sheep on every plane.”

On a third occasion he said to his Minister, “Brother you are more valuable to me than all of the wealth that is in the earth, because the wealth of the earth I met when I came here and I shall leave it when I’m gone, but through you I will be able to get all of my people.”

I did not know those events. I was not there. But I’ve put those words into a book after the Honorable Elijah Muhammad “left” the U.S.A. How do I know? Allah willing, I’ll answer that question publicly.

In another book, titled: Is It Possible That The Honorable Elijah Muhammad Is Still Physically Alive??? you can read this:

“The interview of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, from which I excerpted a small part, and placed it in an earlier part of this book, was done over a period of several days. On April 3, 1994, in a follow up question, I asked him this:

“Do you think you would have come to the position in which you are without your having come to the realization that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad is yet physically alive?”

Without hesitation he responded: “Never, never, never could I have reached the point that I’m reaching, or have reached, and am still reaching right now, had I not come into that realization.

“In education there is a thing that is called a ‘plateau of learning.’ When one reaches a plateau of learning, and stops there, the process of learning stops and the process of intellectual death begins. So when I saw my leader as dead, the fountain of my spiritual and intellectual growth had died.

“There were so many unanswered questions in what he had taught me that I then had reached a plateau of learning, and having stopped there, a process of intellectual death had begun.

“This was because certain things I had been taught, and of which I was convinced–which were the foundation of my life–and which were linked inextricably to his life, were now being broken down, as I was convinced that he was dead.

“And at a certain point, even though I wanted to rebuild his work, out of my love for him and love for the people, there is no way I could have carried myself or the people forward without coming to that realization.

“Once I realized that he was in fact alive, the whole of the Bible, from Acts to Revelation, took on new and vital meaning, which meant there was no longer a plateau in my growth. I began to grow again.

“And not only grow again, but grow into a new growth, because the realization of his life and his growth … the realization of his [my note: the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s] growth and his higher life, after I thought he was dead, is also the realization of my growth and my life.

“The realization of his [my note: the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s] renewal, after what appeared to be his death, is the realization of my own renewal after my appearance of death.

“It is the realization that all of humanity can be renewed, but only renewed in him, in a proper knowledge of him–the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. And this is why I believe the scripture says ‘All become new creatures in Christ.’ ”

“[This excerpt from the above mentioned interview, of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, was conducted on an Easter Sunday morning.] “Minister Farrakhan continued: “ … it is so fortunate that this comes on a day that is called Easter–a day of renewal–a day of restoration–a day of reconciliation of man with God through this renewed faith, ‘That he lives.’

“For me to see this apostle, this disciple [Author’s note: here he is referring to himself] to be so honored to be proclaiming, on this day–‘I know that my redeemer liveth’–this is powerful!”
