America is a capitalistic country, hence all of the political and social issues trace back to “profits for the power brokers.” There are no accidents. It is highly likely that the recent banking crisis is being strategically orchestrated consistent with a strategy that was devised in Europe during the 1700s and transferred to America during the 1800s.

The strategies included creating wars and creating financial crisis to instill fear in the masses. The Civil War failed to create a proposed Central Bank. So After the Civil War, the “players” orchestrated contrived banking problems. The conspiratorial “players” used artificially created depressions, recessions and banking panics to gain mental control over the American people and economic control through a Central Bank. When a run on the banks was created, those elitist insiders who knew when the bank panic was going to occur, withdraw their money prior to the beginning of the panic. The insiders had enough cash to buy up properties and products cheaply and then go back into the market to sell capital goods at a higher price. In order to achieve a profit, capital goods have to be converted into money, the goods must be sold. The International Bankers offered a solution in the form of a permanent Central Bank, controlled by “the government.” Well, the government is supposed to be the people. But, in actuality the elite controlled the government and as a result they controlled the Central Bank.

Today, the elite realize that they are losing the unbridled control the Bush administration has leveraged under the guise of national security. Hence, they are pushing for the establishment of governmental financial centralization that is unregulated, publicly funded and privately controlled. This can be accomplished at a time when the eyes of America are deceptively focused on, what has been described as the most important election in America’s history?

Politicians and the corporately controlled media never ask questions that will lead you to the true motives of the elites. Why because they are “players.” “Players” who have a stake in the game? Every player knows not to talk about the “game” outside the “gaming room.” All of the players have the job of keeping you “thinking in the box.” What box? The Ballot Box. The problem is that Capitalism is a system whose function has little to do with personalities reflected at the Ballot Box. Keep in mind that key players in both the Democratic and the Republican administration have a history of involvement in economic scandals. Call it, “How to Make Money When The Economy is Broke.”

There is a reason why Sen. John McCain threatened to set aside the first debate with Sen. Obama and rushed back to Washington, D.C. Sen. McCain had more important work to do. Sen. McCain is a “Player.” His mission became convincing the Senate Committee to borrow 700 billion dollars to bail out the American banking industry. A figure that someone simply pulled out of the air. “I’ll bet 700 billion dollars.” Well, whose going to back the bet? The money will be borrowed from elite private investors. This will create a situation similar to loans that the International Monitory Fund have historically impoverished Africa and other third world countries with, countries whose resources are allocated to paying off their debt to the IMF.

The public/private merger of America’s economic structure will assure a healthy profit for the lending institutions elite shareholders. Even though the senators are supposed to represent the American people a condition of anonymity denies them the right to speak publicly–All the “Players” have a stake in the “Game.” And, “No Player is allowed to talk about the Game outside the Game room.”

The “players” goals are to use big government to concentrate and control wealth and to control the masses of people. “Fear” is injected into the masses of the American people, to assure control over them. Every speech that President Bush gives focuses on the fear of terrorists. It’s not because Bush is stupid. Repetitive speech is a psychoneural-linguistic technique designed to implant a message of fear in the publics minds. Likewise, every media release produces a classical condition reinforced emotional response to the pending doom associated with a looming economic crash. A perceived lack of economic security produces emotional insecurity, another form of psychologically conditioned fear that allows the masses to be controlled by the elite.

If today’s scenario follows the historic economic paradigm, the Democrats will take over and create jobs so that those goods that the elite have bought up can be sold. This is Capitalism. However, another possibility is a paradigm shift in which the American plantation will be abandoned for “greener pastures.” Don’t lose your focus. Prior to all of this America was busy talking about a “Global Economy” and “One World Government”, the outsourcing of American jobs, the North American Free Trade Agreement, the Central American Free Trade Agreement, the European Union and other related economic movements. All of these things are still on the table. Could it be that America’s wealth is now being “outsourced?”

What we are witnessing is the creation of something extremely similar to the Central Bank. Realize that the American taxpayers’ money has already been privatized. Today, Americans are forced to contribute to the international banking cartel via the Internal Revenue Service. This money goes to the privately owned “Federal Reserve Banking System to pay back the trillions of dollars members of Congress borrowed for expenditures during the year. All of the income tax dollars collected by the Internal Revenue Service goes to the stockholders of the privately owned “Federal” Reserve” to run the Central Bank and reap profits from the working-class people. One hundred percent of the revenue collected is absorbed solely by interest on the federal government loans.

The Federal Reserve’s stock holders are paid before any money is spent on the services which taxpayers expect from their government. A “national debt” is created for which there is no money to pay. So, Congress must continue to borrow and to spend. The amount borrowed is part of the government’s deceptively creative bookkeeping called the “deficit.” Money from Income Tax goes to the Central Bank to pay what government has borrowed. Money also goes to the IMF, and is invested in endless wars. These are wars in which both sides are often supported by the IMF. Only the world’s privileged, the Rockefellers, Rothschilds and other global elites can own stock in the Federal Reserve and the IMF. Sen. John McCain’s choice of Alaska Governor Sara Palin as his Republican running mate may have more to do with Alaska than Governor Palin. Sen. McCain praised her ability to fight corruption and entrenched bureaucracy. He cited her work with grass roots organizations and her ability to understand working class people. Gov. Palin described herself as just an ordinary “hockey mom” and active PTA member living with her family in Alaska. It is interesting to note that her husband, Todd Palin, is a production operator in oil fields on the North Slope of Alaska.

Palin’s nomination may have more to do with her oil involvement than the excitement over the choice of a woman. In addition, Alaska is militarily strategic to a confrontation with Russia. Sen. McCain’s selection of Gov. Palin came at the same time that Vice President Dick Cheney was traveling to the Caucasus to address Russia’s invasion of Georgia. Russia is attempting to gain control over the Caspian and Central Asian oil pipeline. The U.S. is trying to orchestrate an alternative oil export route that crosses the Caucasus Mountains and bypasses Russia. The U.S. has offered Georgia about $1 billion dollars in aide against Russia.

The U.S., Britain and Israel seek to control enough of the oil reserves in Central Asia, Middle East, Africa and South America in an attempt to undermine the economic strength of OPEC. Russia has made a move against Georgia to insure Russia’s interest in the oil market. As Alaska’s governor, Ms. Palin championed a law that licensed TransCanada Alaska to build a natural gas pipeline from Prudhoe Bay on Alaska’s North Slope to Canada. Expected to be completed in 10 years, it would be the largest construction project in the history of America. The project involves moving some 4.5 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day. Ms. Palin also created Alaska’s Petroleum Systems Integrity Office to provide oversight and maintenance of oil and gas equipment, facilities and infrastructure.

McCain is obsessed with war. This obsession is directly related to the strong possibility that he suffers from PTSD. If elected president Sen. McCain is certain to threaten military action against Russia. In that event, Alaska is strategically located near Russia. During the Paleolithic Period, sometime between 16,000 and 10,000 B.C., Asian families moved into northwestern North America across the Bering Land Bridge in western Alaska. Alaska is so close to Russia that the Asiatic groups walked across the Bering Land Bridge into what is now western Alaska. Of course the Bering Strait was dry at that time.

At the time of European contact with Alaska by the Russian explorers, the area was populated by Alaska Native groups. The first European contact with Alaska occurred in 1741. Vitus Bering led an expedition for the Russian Navy aboard the St. Peter. Hence, the name Bering Strait. The first permanent European settlement was founded in 1784, and the Russian-America Company carried out expanded colonization program during the early to mid-1800s. The Europeans created tensions and perpetrated genocide against the native aborigines. Hostages were taken, individuals were enslaved, families were split up, and other individuals were forced to leave their villages and settle elsewhere. Over the years, the situation became catastrophic. Eighty percent of the Aleut Indian population was destroyed by European diseases, against which they had no immunity, during the first two generations of Russian contact.

William H. Seward, the U.S. Secretary of State, transacted the Alaska purchase from the Russians in 1867 for $7.2 million. In the 1890s, gold rushes in Alaska and the nearby Yukon Territory brought thousands of miners and settlers to Alaska. Alaska was granted territorial status in 1912.The construction of military bases contributed to the population growth of some Alaskan cities. As a result Alaska was granted statehood on January 3, 1959.The 1968 discovery of oil at Prudhoe Bay and the 1977 completion of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline led to an oil boom. Today, the battle between philosophies of development and conservation is seen in the contentious debate over oil drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.

The purchase of Alaska has resulted in the United States having more oil reserves than Saudi Arabia. The wells have been drilled, it’s merely a matter of turning on the faucets to supply America’s needs for 200 years. However, immediately after this massive discovery, the federal government, under the influence of the oil tycoons ordered the rigs to be capped and oil production shut down.

Alaskan oil would make the United States completely independent of oil imports. The Alaskan pipeline can be permitted to run at full capacity. In addition, the Department of Energy can allow a new pipeline to be built across Canada and connected to the existing system in the United States. Of course a decreased supply of oil would result in reduced profits. A Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee investigated to no avail. The cover-up has extended through four presidential administrations and is likely to continue with the help of Palin.

American’s political/economic interest has not changed. Oil was the real reason America invaded Afghanistan and Iraq. Oil is the reason America is planning to invade Iran. Don’t forget the “axis of evil” included Iraq, Iran and Korea. The major oil pipelines flow out of Iran, Iraq, Syria and Israeli occupied land. Israel is seeking to bypass Syria and Lebanon to acquire Caspian Sea oil and to establish a Trans-Israel pipeline to its port city. Hence, Israel and Turkey wish to control the coastline as America and Israel make plans to attack Syria and Iran. America, in a bait and switch sham, is now justifying invading Iran under the guise that Iran is endangering American troops by supporting and supplying arms to the so-called insurgents. Keep in mind there was no legitimate reason for the invasion, no WMDs. Iran is now being threatened because Iran has developed a plan to compete with New York’s NYMEX and London’s IPE with respect to international oil trading. This is seen as an encroachment on U.S. dollar supremacy in the international oil market.

Don’t be deceived, the current focus on Alaska is also about “oil.”

A Perceptual Transition for Black People

While visiting in Accra, Ghana, I was listening to locally televised community dialogue that was strangely similar to many I have participated in. The subject was the low academic performance of Ghanaian students. Earlier that day I saw a commercial in which a teacher stood in the front of the class and harshly demanded that the student define “global warming.” Suddenly a smile came over the teacher’s face. This time he asked the student to give her answer in Swahili. Her face gleamed brightly, as she stood erect and responded with authority and confidence. Her language had evoked a spiritual awakening.

In his book “Black Skin, White Masks” the noted Black psychiatrist, revolutionary and author Frantz Fanon states a man who has a language consequently possesses the world expressed and implied by that language. “Mastery of language affords remarkable power.” Throughout the world Black and Brown students are being evaluated primarily based on their mastery of English or some other European language. A typical Ghanaian student has mastery of a tribal language, a local language, a national language and an international language.

The people who are evaluating their intelligence either solely speak English or some other European language or they have been conditioned to perceive the world through the eyes of White people. They don’t know the students tribal language, local language or national language. Nor do they place any value on the student’s languages. If the student dares to speak a tribal language, a local language, or even a national language the evaluator doesn’t speak, the evaluator will threaten and punish the student severely.

Black people who live in different regions of America speak different colloquial speech and dialects. People tend to best process their thoughts in their language of origin–the language their parents taught them. How many times have you heard a young child speaking and you don’t have the foggiest idea what that child said. So you ask the child’s mother, who understood every word.

The evaluator asks a question in his language. The student consciously or subconsciously translates the question in their mind so-as-to process the question in their original language. Then the student must translate back into the examiner’s language in order to communicate a response to the examiner. As a result of this process the student appears to be slow. The number one hurdle I faced entering a predominantly White college was learning to think like White people think, how to complicate simple things.

Many Blacks have severe problems of identity loss and devaluation when they are forced to have contact with White people and/or the White world. Many Blacks will instantly become neurotic–anxious, aggressive, fearful, disturbed, irrational and start to have panic attacks–and never understand why. It is not unusual for me to have to place Black workers on medical leave because of the above symptoms. Listening to Black radio while at work communicating with another Black person on their cell phones anchor them to their core spiritual essence, which is Black people. I have treated any number of Black female telecommunications workers. Some have been in treatment for several years and typically, have to go on medical leave three and four times a year. At around 50, they retire, lose weight, open a business and start to blossom. All of a sudden they love to work.

Some young Blacks even find it difficult to go to college or to a job outside their community. It’s not that the work is too hard. No, it’s a sense of neurotic alienation from their selves that is the problem. It’s what happens to many soldiers stationed in the Middle East who commit suicide. While in combat the adrenaline holds them together. It’s the inactive times that kill them. Now, take an inner-city Black person and send them to college with Whites or Blacks who come from a totally different cultural life style and see how long it will take that Black person to figure out how to relieve their anxiety by either failing, getting put out, or taking on the personalities of the majority culture–even “Uncle Tom” found his own way of surviving.

Black and Brown people are made to feel that they have to go outside of themselves and their native environments to become something. We are told we cannot stay in the “hood” and be somebody. If you want an education you have to go somewhere else to get it. If you want a good job you have to go somewhere else to get it; if you want good food, good services you must go outside the ’hood to get them. As rich as Africa is in natural resources, Africans have to go to Europe or America to become somebody. Blacks are trying to get to suburbia while Whites are buying up all the inner-city property they can get their hands on; creating construction jobs for skilled Whites and moving closer to the hub of the city. Why can’t we pool our money, buy deteriorated properties and restore them ourselves?

God has granted us a great opportunity to break out of our dependence and decrease our neurotic anxiety states. The economy is busted and there are fewer available jobs in corporate America; but, we keep telling our young people to get an education and get a job working for corporate America. Corporations are declining and it is only when one corporation buys up another that the stock holders get paid. The playing field is being leveled. However, you must change your perception in order to take advantage of the change that is occurring.

The advent of the car created suburbs. However, transportation is no longer affordable. Why do you think Wal-Mart just opened in your neighborhood and there is a McDonald’s on every corner? Likewise, many of my patients are requesting telephone or computer camera sessions. They can’t afford to drive to my office. As a result of the rising cost of gas people will be forced to stay close to home, creating functional neighborhoods including shops, stores, schools and grocery stores, which thieved in the past, will become viable. With all the vacant lots in our communities why are we worried about the rising cost of food? What services do the people in your hood need? Services they once drove miles for. This will give you some idea of the type of business that will be successful. Creating a business near you will not only cut back on gas consumption, it will go a long way as far as improving your mental health and securing the future for the next generation.

High gas cost will restrict busing and school boards will be forced to return to the neighborhood school concept which will decrease students’ anxiety levels. School aggression and violence will decline. The community will have more input into the schools’ curriculum and produce the type of young people needed to enhance the community.

We must put more emphasis on vocational training. I have a friend who is a licensed electrician. He will make over a million dollars this year. A former patient, a young Mexican dropout, recently invited me to his $750,000 home he constructed with his own hands. We must encourage our talented youth to create their own jobs; a Black corporate structure that they can control.

The outside world will have lost the romantic allure that caused past generations to want to move across the country. People can no longer afford to be sick and will develop healthier lives to avoid the high cost of health care. Healthy people will place restrictions on and outlaw degenerate immoral behaviors.

Hard times are here. Our problems are spiritually perceptual in nature. If we are to survive we must go back to the future.

Coming to a city near you – An assault on the Black community

The article “Black Neighborhoods on Lockdown”(FCN Vol. 27 No.38 June 25, 2008) addressed the District of Columbia officials’ assault on the Trinidad neighborhood of Washington, D.C.

That assault in Washington, D.C. represents the tip of the iceberg. It is a launching pad for America’s planned assault against Black communities nationwide and young Black males in particular.

In Trinidad, checkpoints were setup to randomly stop people who were going about their normal lives. D.C.’s police chief and mayor stated that the blockades helped stem crime. The fact is, it is an offensive maneuver that is sweeping the country. A festive Juneteenth event, “Rhythm and Ribs” took place in Kansas City, Missouri’s Jazz District. The event was well attended and not a single incident of violence was reported. Young people drove the streets outside the gated event in a display of their cars and wheels, and a saddle club proudly displayed their horsemanship. Drinking was not prohibited. However, there were no public displays of drunkenness or disorderly conduct. Meanwhile the police were busy setting up check points leading into the inner city.

Kansas City is home to two major league sports teams. You could easily setup checkpoints and arrest thousands of drunken White fans throughout the seasons. No one would ever allow such a police action to take place.

The role of government should rightfully include the anticipation of crises and planning to alleviate it once it occurs. We can anticipate that the lack of employment opportunities and a drastic rise in the cost of living will cause an acceleration in crime and increased drug sales. What are the government’s plans to offset the inevitable? What legitimate and well thought out options have been devised?

To quote Minister Louis Farrakhan’s “Special Message to Street Organizations,” “Why can’t city governments set aside money to train these Brothers in building skills? There are many run-down, dilapidated properties. If these Brothers were partnered with licensed plumbers, electricians, brick masons and painters, so that they could learn the skill, they could rehab and fix up these old abandoned houses.”

Instead, the government will seize on the misfortune of the Black Community and utilize a military solution targeting young Black males. It is the only option that America is capable of posing, either domestically or internationally. Unless Black communities nationwide mount strong opposition, this summer may prove to be extremely volatile.

Black males have historically been viewed as a potential threat to America. It was in Los Angeles in August of 1965 that one of the nations most historic riots broke out when a young Black man charged with reckless driving was arrested in the Watts area. An angry crowd assembled and began to fight the police. The cry, “Burn Baby Burn” filled the air during the riots that followed. Before order was restored 34 were dead, 1,032 injured and property damage was estimated at $40 million.

In 1967 a Black Power Conference was held in Newark, New Jersey. A call was made for splitting the United States into one territory for Blacks and the other for Whites. In California a youthful group of so-called militants led by Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale organized the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense. Party spokesman Eldridge Cleaver declared that the choice before the country was “total liberation for Black people or total destruction for America.” The FBI declared the Black Panthers to be a dangerous and subversive group.

As stated by Minister Farrakhan: “An unwritten law among the slave-masters of our fathers and among the children of the slave-masters today is that Black people must never be allowed to organize. That frightens the government. Whenever there are Bloods, Crips, Black Gangster Disciples, El Rukns, or the Nation of Islam, the Black Panther Party or anybody that sees the value of coming together as an organized unit, you become dangerous.”

The ’60s gave rise to a Black revolutionary threat. To counter the emergence of Black Power advocates the government initiated a number of strategies including promoting actions designed to sharpen social divisions in the Black community The goal was to foster antagonism between Black groups and weaken the movement as a whole. The radical Black movements of the 1960s and ’70s led to economic, political and social gains, primarily for an elite group of acceptable Blacks. However, the condition of the Black masses did not change. This led to the widening and perpetuation of the gap between successful, educated Blacks and the poor.

E. Franklin Frazier, in The Black Bourgeois written in 1957, addresses the conflict and division that exist in America’s Black race. The term “Bourgeois” applies to a group of people whose attitudes and behaviors conform to the standards and conventions of the capitalistic White middle class, who ascribe to material values. The “Black Bourgeois” sees the Black lower-class as the source of their problems. The Black elite are embarrassed by those members of the race who walk, talk and act differently. The Black Bourgeoisie feel their lives would greatly improve if they could just get them low-class or no class “Ns” to act right.

Over the last few years millions of dollars have been granted to various churches, civic groups and so-called Black leadership groups throughout the country. Well intentioned Blacks are attending government subsidized conferences and coming up with ingenious plans. However, the only reason the conferences are funded is to document that young Black males are perceived as a problem by Black elitists and that the problem needs to be eliminated.

In Kansas City, Missouri, Black male leaders were organized under a grant given to the University of Missouri–Kansas City. Late last year I was invited to be on a panel that addressed the National Conference of the LINKS. They, like the Black males who were invited to participate in the UMKC project got a government grant to study the “Young Black Male.” For years now Black behavioral scientists and Black students in various graduate school level studies have been producing a massive volume of work advocating and creating viable programs and national policies to meet the needs of young Black males. The National Institute of Mental Health is mandated to engage in finding solutions to social and behavioral problems. So, why is the government asking church, civic and social groups to define the problems of the Black community?

Conferences have been convened across the country and as predicted, the Black elitists identify young Black males as the problem. America’s favorite way of solving problems with other people–whether domestically or internationally–is militarism. America rejects diplomacy as a way to solve problems. Their motto should be “Show me the problem and I will kill it.” It’s shoot first and ask questions later.

The government has used the elite Bourgeois to justify its assault on the Black community. In identifying the Black male as the problem, the middle-class Blacks have neutralized themselves. The government can now say: “You defined the problem, so why are you crying about the solution?” None of us are secure. If you are a Bourgeois Black, it is only because you have a job. The economy is collapsing and America now needs that job to appease White folks.

Are Senator Barack Obama’s assertions about irresponsible Black men the result of unresolved issues he has with his own father? As a psychologist I must question Sen. Obama’s perceptions as well as the general perceptions we have about Black men and their relationships to their children.

Barack’s Kenyan father won a scholarship that allowed him to leave Kenya to pursue his educational dreams. At the time of his birth, Obama’s parents were students at the East-West Center of the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Sen. Obama’s parents separated when he was two years old and later divorced. The assumption is that Barack’s father abandoned him. America’s aberrant Black culture is matriarchal, highly controlled and influenced by the woman.

Unlike America, African culture is paternalistic. Typically the woman submits to the guidance of her husband. Obama’s mother was intelligent enough to know about African culture and structural family roles. However, she reserved the right to make decisions regarding her life and that of her son. With all due respect to Sen. Obama and his mother, we don’t know why his parents separated and divorced. Who left who? Was it a mutual decision? Sen. Obama was raised by his mother who could only provide him with her perception of his father.

Sen. Obama stated at a speech in Chicago on June 15 “Black fathers are missing from too may lives and too many homes” however, assumptions about why Black men are absent are not as valid as they may appear. Not all absent fathers have willingly abandoned their responsibilities.

The popular urban myth about irresponsible Black men should be viewed as an insult to Black women who are portrayed as mindless victims of Black men. The myth that somehow a man is to blame for every decision a Black woman makes is blatantly wrong and disrespects the Black woman’s right to make decisions whether responsible or not. Times have changed. Black women demand their independence and the right to make their own decisions. Some of us are totally out of touch with the “Modern Black Woman.” Certainly we should respect Black women, however, Black women, like Black men, often make bad decisions about how they choose to conduct their lives including controlling their sex drives which are equal to or greater than that of Black men. How many little teenage girls are already in hot pursuit of a boy and actually want to have his baby? How many Black women are attracted to men they know are irresponsible that have no desire to either marry or raise children? How many women know that the men they choose to sleep with are married or are already committed to another woman?

Many Black women reserve the right to have sex without commitment. Many of today’s financially independent women now relish a lifestyle that was once reserved for men. They, like the men, consciously and actively pursue living for a weekend of nightclubbing, consciously and freely pursuing men and competing with other women for “Mr. Masculine” Black man. Women have always exercised feminine selective breeding and the right to kick the man they perceived as the weaker man to the curb–in search of their fantasies. Many working class women drive their own cars, own their homes and can freely choose with whom they go home. Heavy drinking and unprotected and irresponsible sex is the order of the day.

The statistics about children being raised without fathers do not factor out children conceived as the result of “one night stands with strange men.” How many women actually desire to be single mothers? They want a child but do not want a man and do not desire commitment? How many lesbian women who want children are counted in the statistics regarding single female parents? How many women prefer to get undocumented money from the child’s father and lie about their child’s father being absent in order to get government support?

White Supremacist strategies date back to the slave masters’ Willie Lynch Plan for creating divisions between the male and female, young and old. These divisions allow the master to control the Black masses. This strategy was echoed during the 60s and 70s to undermine the Black Revolutionary Movement taking place in America and Africa. The government plotted the planned destruction of the Black family. (Read Nathan and Julia Hares The Endangered Black Family, Coping with Unisexualization and the Coming Extinction of the Black Race 1984.) Unisexualization means Black men and women would be programmed to act alike. This included the promotion of the gay and lesbian “lifestyles” and the programmed unemployment of Black men coupled with the programmed high employment of Black women. The so-called “Independent Black Woman” was created by the government through the use of the media. Oprah Winfrey became the symbol of the successful and independent Black woman who doesn’t need a man. All the independent woman needs is a stud who meets her sexual needs. Woman who wrote books about “no good Black men” were rewarded with fame and wealth.

In America and in Africa major efforts were centered around population control. Government strategies fostered female independence by, among other things, the use of the birth control pills, abortions and even sterilization. The government promoted Racist White Supremacy-based assumptions that Black men have an innate disregard for their children and families. The Black Community and the “Men of the Village” have opted to further indict and victimize the Black males who are themselves victims. They are the more vulnerable targets of our collective guilt and impotence. We are impotent to create those businesses, industries and institutions that are needed to uplift our people. In an attempt to alleviate our guilt we join the assault against Black men. To do so allows us to alleviate our sense of powerlessness and guilt. If we are to empower young Black men and women to fulfill their ancestral will, we must promote a unified base that holds both genders equally responsible for their actions.

Alicia Keys recently alluded to the government’s involvement in “Gangster Rap” and the deaths of Biggie and Tupac. Some so-called Black people started talking about how ridiculous it was for Alicia Keys to be thinking. “She needs to shut up and just sing and play the piano.” No, what needs to happen is you need to “open up” your mind and start to think. For years now the government has been engaged in the science of psycholinguistics designed to control behavior. I know that it exists because I am one of a few Black psychologists who have been trained in psycholinguistic programming. Psycholinguistics is defined as the study of the relationship between language and behavior. Language includes images, signs, symbols and gestures. During the several days of training we were given homework that included programming the waitresses who served us that evening. The media has been scientifically used to control everything from the food you eat, the car you buy or the person you vote for. Who are the people who sit on corporate boards and determine what movies and other media get funded or made?

Genocide refers to the systematic destruction of a race of people in part or in whole. Too many Black people are unaware of the fact that such a plan is currently being carried out either directly through violent assaults by the police or indirectly by benign neglect. Benign neglect includes the fact that many Black children are not being prepared for a high quality of life, due to their being either uneducated or undereducated. Millions of Black youth are dropping out of school. These are Black youngsters who are the victims of mentacide. Mentacide is the destruction of their minds. Black people who are being denied appropriate health care are being physically destroyed. The media are being used to spiritually and morally destroy Black youth. The fact is somebody’s trying to kill you.

Certainly not all White people are out to get us. However, some of us are too busy forgiving a system of White Supremacy that has been assaulting us since we were kidnapped from Africa. Go to Ghana, visit the slave castles and see the “Star of David” carved into the doors, indicating the presence of Jews. Then think about who is guilty and who is innocent. Certainly not all Jews owned slave ships but many of the elitists Jews did own slave ships. If you have forgotten the screams of our ancestors who were brutally and savagely beaten, raped and separated from their loved ones then try to remember the more recent images of the Katrina victims.

Look at what America did to the Indians. The reasons were economic. Rev. Jeremiah Wright accused America of dropping the atomic bomb, a weapon of mass destruction on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, killing 110,000 people. The bombs were dropped on August 6, 1945. By 1950 another 230,000 Japanese had died from the effects of radiation. Of course America justified the act by claiming that it saved American lives. However, the real reason was economic. America is a capitalistic country that operates on the profit motive. Don’t be fooled. Everything is economic in America. The only reason our ancestors were brought to America was to insure an economic profit for the elite. Today Blacks, with the exception of a few, are costing America more than America is profiting off them. In addition, there are those who believe that unworthy people are sucking up too much of the planet’s oxygen and other resources. These folks are talking about a severe reduction in the world’s population.

Before you go into denial and claim that this is also happening to White people, let me remind you that the White elitists don’t care about the average White person either! Most White people are the descendants of Whites who were slaves both in Europe under feudalism–from the 9th to the15th century and in colonial America. Most Whites were brought to America as slaves (indentured servants). These White slaves played a significant role in the formation of the original thirteen British colonies. The term indentured servant was used because White slaves were British subjects who had legal rights. Hence, they couldn’t be maintained as slaves for more than about seven years. Meanwhile, the White female slave and the Black African slave were bred to create light skinned slaves. The product of racial breeding could be sold at the auction as America’s prize commodity. They told you all the Indians ran away and the Whites were too weak to work. That’s a lie. The reason some of us are part Indian and some White folks are part Indian is because the slave owners were cross breeding Indians, Blacks and Whites who were all property of the slave masters.

Not all White people are prejudice against Blacks. Not all Germans killed Jews. However, the Nazi party, not just Hitler, killed millions of Jews for mostly economic reasons. Many Jews were blindly marched off to concentration camps and eventually to their death. Most of them didn’t believe that they were going to be exterminated. They didn’t believe the conspiracy theories. Black genocide is already taking place. There is a great deal of evidence that Black people are deteriorating mentally, physically, spiritually and morally. As a scientist, I ask why. Is it because we are genetically inferior, mentally impaired, morally defective or is there another possibility? If you wanted to destroy a race of people how would you do it? How about contaminating their food and water, contaminating their brains with destructive mind-altering drugs or sound waves, creating a virus that has no cure, creating conflicts and violence against each other, destroying their relationships, families and communities? If you had the assignment how would you carry out the plan?

White folks say it is only so if you can prove it. Where is the evidence of racism and genocide? African Psychology tells us that there are many things the enlightened mind has knowledge of. Such enlightenment does not need White approval. Perhaps Alicia Keys will earn her place along side Paul Robeson, Harry Belafonte, Bob Marley, Min. Louis Farrakhan and a host of musicians and entertainers, including Dick Gregory who are among the many enlightened Blacks that have influenced our minds. Are you absolutely sure that Alicia Keys has not struck a cord?

The Black Brute Caricature (Jim Crow Museum of Racist Memorabilia)

The April 2008 issue of Vogue magazine depicts NBA star LeBron James and a blue eyed blonde in a pose that is strikingly similar to the depiction of King Kong and a blonde in the movie. Am I making too much of the picture?

Well, the 1987 movie version of King Kong provides an example of the role of the media and movies in the destruction of Black images. Anyone that has survived English Literature 101 knows that within every work of fiction there is a degree of symbolic reality. At no time has a gigantic gorilla been known to terrorize New York City. So, who does the giant monkey represent? The movie was originally released in 1933, an era when White racists commonly referred to Blacks as monkeys. During the World War White American men told European women that Black men were monkeys and had tails. These women approached Black soldiers on their arrival in Europe eager to see their tails.

Headlines of nine Black men falsely accused of raping a White woman dominated the news. Then as now, racism was so deeply embodied that members of the U.S. Congress proudly announced that they belonged to the terrorist organization the Ku Klux Klan. The words “Kill King Kong” and the initials KKK appear at the end of the film. Following slavery, the KKK staged assaults on Blacks to frighten them out of voting. In 2008 a similar attempt is being made to scare Whites from voting for Senator Obama.

An article by Dr. Arthur N. Lewin, December 16, 2005, is captioned ‘If you Think King Kong is Just a Movie, Think Again.’ Dr. Lewin, a member of the Black and Hispanic Studies Department at Baruch College in New York City references the 1933 King Kong movie that was released at the time of the infamous case of the Scottsboro Boys. The White woman is symbolic of America’s material entrapments. Kong breaks free of his bondage and creates havoc in New York City, the economic center of America. In the final scene of the movie, King Kong is shot down from the top levels of the Empire State Building. As the movie ends viewers are told: “It was beauty that killed the beast.”

January 15, 1986 marked the first time in history that America celebrated the birthday of a prominent Black man, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The celebration was subconsciously undermined by the movie “The Color Purple.” The movie is centered around an abusive Black man. Today, as a result of the fear associated with 9/11, Americans have abandoned their logical and rational thinking. They believe that Osama bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, Islamic fanatics and terrorists are out to get them. They share a paranoid belief that those who are victims of America’s aggression hate Americans because of the American way of life, instead of the fact that they resent America’s assault on their land. They believe that urban Blacks will invade their suburban communities and rape their women. They believe that Hispanics are a threat to their economic interests. In contrast, they believe America has a right to pursue her economic interest by claiming the world’s natural resources. Now, they are being led to believe that Minister Louis Farrakhan and Rev. Jeremiah Wright are creating internal dissention and Senator Obama is associated with the rebellion.

Whereas, the original movie image of King Kong was a White woman being carried by King Kong, the Vogue version suggests the physically powerful Black male image is being led by the female. As Senator Obama leads Senator Hillary Clinton and is closing in on capturing the most powerful and coveted image of White Supremacy in the world–the presidency of the United States–he has been attacked nightly by the corporate media. The Senator’s surge to capture the symbolically powerful image of the presidency of the United States of America creates a positive and powerful image of the Black male. This is a direct threat to White Supremacy advocates. Therefore, they must once again play the race card as they openly conspire to destroy Black images.

A conspiracy is a secret sinister plot that involves a number of interrelated activities that are focused on a common goal. A conspiracy involves the perverted use of psychology–what Dr. Kwabena Faheem Ashanti refers to as the ‘Psychotechnology of Brainwashing’–to program the masses to serve the will of the elite conspirators. Vogue has waged an attack on the physical essence of the Black man. Man’s attributes are mental, physical and spiritual.

Successful brainwashing must occur on all three levels, therefore an assault is being waged against Senator Obama on all three levels. An indirect assault on Senator Obama has been to associate him with the uncompromising Black warrior Reverend Jeremiah Wright, a powerful Black spiritual leader, and the likes of Nat Turner. Claiming to be on a mission from God, Nat Turner led a bloody rebellion against several plantation masters. A negative association of Senator Obama with Minister Farrakhan and Reverend Wright constitutes a spiritual assault. At the same time Senator Obama is challenged mentally as his judgment in associating with Reverend Wright is brought into question. Whereas, Vogue’s depiction of LeBron James is one act, simultaneously Kwame Kilpatrick, the Black mayor of Detroit has been arraigned for perjury, obstruction of justice and misconduct in office after becoming embroiled in a sex scandal involving an affair he is alleged to have had in 2002 and 2003.

During the same time frame, David Paterson, New York state’s first Black governor has admitted using drugs and engaging in other marital improprieties. The media has also accused Tiger Woods of cursing at a photographer. Every day there are numerous other allegations involving prominent Black males. Perhaps you are thinking that in many instances Black men have put themselves in jeopardy. That is true. But, just as the FBI compiled a dossier of evidence on Martin Luther King, Jr. and waited for the most strategic time to unleash the assault on Rev. Martin Luther King’s image, the conspirators are busy creating dossiers on any number of prominent Blacks.

The president of the United States of America represents the most powerful image in the world. The elite White Supremacists will do everything they can to protect this coveted image. Therefore, the conspirators are bent on the destruction of Black male images and Senator Obama’s image in particular. To fully understand the depths of the assault demands that we look, not as unrelated incidents, but the sum total of an ongoing conspiracy.

As we find ourselves in the throes of the current political agendas, it is of the utmost importance that the Black and Brown communities recognize that a political coalition is in the best interest of the two groups. Black Americans who adhere to a nationalistic doctrine simply echo the racist bigotry of White Supremacy.

Under the guise of nationalism, White Supremacy continues to employ a divide and conquer strategy designed to maintain dominance over Blacks, Browns, Reds and all other non-Whites. The outrage over granting so-called “illegal” people’s drivers licenses masks a fear that voting rights will be granted next. Blacks should not allow ourselves to be manipulated into joining the inhumane call to deport millions of so-called illegal Mexican immigrants. To do so is a mistake. America has yet to grant its Black population one of the nation’s most important civil and human rights, a permanent right to vote. Black people can ill afford to perpetrate a myth that Mexican immigrants are robbing us of our jobs, costing us tax dollars or infiltrating our healthcare and educational institutions. Nor can we allow our relationship with the Mexican people to be prejudiced by drug turf battles between Black and Mexican rival street gangs.

America’s Black and Mexican populations should be mindful that those in power have always feared unity between them. Such an alliance would create a block of 25 percent of America’s population and empowering the peoples of the Americas and amplifying their voices at the negotiating tables. As a result, the government has conspired to infiltrate the two groups with agent provocateurs whose mission is to create conflict and tension between the groups.

Most Blacks are totally unaware of their racial and cultural relationship to Mexicans, such as significant numbers of Blacks in the population of Mexico and a common African ancestry and major African contributions to the culture of Mexico. Too many Blacks are prone to be influenced by the call for unbridled “nationalism” rather than the racial and cultural identity ties of Blacks and Mexicans as oppressed peoples. It is a brand of nationalism that fosters a belief that nations benefit from acting independently rather than collectively. Under this form of nationalism the goals of the elite exploiters supersede humane international goals. It is a doctrine that perpetrates foreign domination when it is perceived to be in the best interest of the elitists. Historically, when unbridled nationalism is coupled with exploitive capitalism it leads to the genocide of oppressed people and their cultures.

Like the Native American people, the people of Mexico played a significant role in providing sanctuary for runaway African slaves. The term Afro-Mexican designates Mexican citizens who are Black or of African descent and are assimilated into Mexico’s total population. The Mexican government does not include race in its census count, preferring to classify the population based on culture rather than race. Historically, Africa has made a significant contribution to Mexico’s culture. The faith, language and culture of Mexico is an infusion of West African influence. Yes, racial problems exist in Mexico. However, despite that fact, we have too much in common and a great deal to gain through our joint political efforts.

My latest book, “God Save America: The Ultimate Conspiracy,” outlines the conspirators’ economic framework for a movement toward a nationalistic “one world” globalization in fulfillment of the notion of the European’s Manifest Destiny and the belief that White Supremacy has a divinely inspired mission to expand. This agenda is being accomplished under the pretext of spreading so-called “democracy” and alleged “freedom.” This belief is reflected in America’s international policies including the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), as a broader expression of a belief in White Supremacy’s “mission,“ the economic expansion of capitalism, and White Supremacy.

Elitist power-brokers created the myth of White Supremacy to divide powerless Whites, who are the descendants of slaves (indentured servants) and Blacks, who are the descendants of slaves. That same conspiracy is being played out today under the guise of “nationalism.” Without a doubt, Black people have a great deal in common with the peoples of Mexico. In truth, both Blacks and Mexicans share a legacy of European oppression that has resulted in severe psychosocial impairments causing us to choose nationalism over race. Nationalism is a historical ploy designed to incorporate oppressed people to leverage the ranks of White Supremacy.

The genotype for all civilized people is borne out of the loins of Africa. If we are truly a common African race, then the essence of our being is a core culture that celebrates principle and values that enhance godliness in the form of cooperative human existence. We should not continue to pledge allegiance to differences that have been forcibly imposed by restrictive borders, borders that function in the interest of those who have subjugated us to their will and not the will of God.

Tyler Perry’s movie Why Did I Get Married? has sparked a renewed interest in Black male/female relationships, a subject that is more likely to be addressed in barbershops and beauty salons than at social/mental health conferences.

The growth of America’s minority population is a threat to White Supremacy advocates. White people are rapidly becoming the minority. The power-elite is attempting to rectify this trend by imposing population control strategies targeted at people of color. We jest while others continue their assault on us. Black marriages are no longer in vogue. This fact is a direct result of the enemy’s use of the media to corrupt our morals and values. Black males and females have failed to solidify the Black family through the creation and maintenance of stable relationships. Instead, we have elected to be “players”–people who play at relationships.

When you couple the “player mentality” with the growing “down-low trends,” attempts to seek out sex and gender alternative lifestyles; it becomes apparent that the Black race is endangered. No race of people can survive without marriage and family as essential institutions.

The 2004 census revealed that 90 percent of African American men between the ages of 20-24 have never been married. Seventy one percent of Black men between the ages of 25-29 have never been married. Sixty-six percent of Black women between the ages of 25-29 have never been married. Black men and women in their 20s rank low in marriage rates. Ranking high are the divorce rates of Black men and women between ages of 40-69. Thirty percent of Black men between the ages of 40-69 are divorced. Forty percent of Black women between the ages of 50—59 are also divorced. As a direct result of the decline in marriages, excessive numbers of Black children are being raised in single parent households.

Most Black people believe they are in control of their lives and fail to realize that elite social/political forces have created conditions in the Black community that are bad for Blacks and good for the power-brokers.

Population growth among Blacks and people of color has been a major concern of the controlling powers for the last 40-50 years. This subject is extensively examined by doctors Nathan and Julia Hare, The Endangered Black Family, Coping with Unisexualization and the Coming Extinction of the Black Race (1984). The growing populations of Blacks and people of color is a threat to the White power elite’s political and economic security. Underlying their concerns are research findings published by the National Institutes of Health that conclude that White reproduction rates have dropped enormously in the last 60 years.

Robert S. McNamara, a former president of the World Bank, acknowledged that as early as 1966, while he was the U. S. Secretary of Defense, he concluded that population growth was America’s primary problem, one that impacted the nation’s international security. Population growth can create economic and political power. Non-White populations needed to be destabilized to contain this threat. Hence, the powerbrokers devised strategies to contain the growth of so-called minority groups, groups that could potentially unite and create a significant power base.

International Conferences on Population and Development resulted in the World Health Organization setting forth a 20-year blueprint for population control. As a part of that plan, Blacks and others have been and are being either contained in the nation’s prisons or eliminated through contrived self-destructive violence. The population control plans developed by “1970 Commission on Population Growth and the American Future” included a mass media campaign with radio, television and films; newspapers, leaflets, exhibits, plays, songs and movies designed to alienate the Black male and female. Women are systematically alienated from men as television, talk shows, magazines, movies, and even music depict the successful female as independent, self-reliant and unattached to a family and a man. Simultaneously, the myth of the “no good Black man” has taken root.

The most obvious of the measures being implemented to prevent Black population growth include birth control pills and abortions. In Maine, a test-balloon has been launched to test reactions to a potential sterilization program. It is being argued that females as young as eleven should receive birth control pills from schools. There is research that indicates that later in life these young girls will be rendered sterile as a result of the long-term use of birth control pills. In addition, cervical cancer vaccination shots, alleged to prevent cervical cancer, have the potential for implanting sterility agents into a child’s body.

Chemical and biological warfare are primary weapons being used to destroy the Black population. Other population control strategies include the massive incarceration of males. You can have sex in prison, but not the kind that produces babies. Then there is the creation of AIDS. AIDS is effective in controlling population growth because, in addition to leading to deaths, the fear of AIDS promotes the use of condoms.

In a renewed assault, the Federal Government is awarding million dollar grants to organizations, the likes of which, the late E. Franklin Frazier referred to in the book Black Bourgeois (1957). Ignoring the lessons of history, fraternities, sororities, so-called civil right groups, churches and others have applied for and have been granted grants to study Black males, who under the “Homeland Security Act,” have become scapegoats as “urban terrorists,” the provocateurs of the Black community’s problems.

Earlier this summer I addressed this issue while speaking at the LINC’s National Conference in Kansas City, Mo. I came close to being Lynched (Willie Lynched). History tells us that government proposals targeting Black males are not new. Have we forgotten the infamous Tuskegee syphilis study that intentionally injected the disease into Black male subjects without their consent? I guess it’s hard for “Bourgeoisie pimps” to turn down a million dollars.

In 1992, the head of the federal Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental Health Administration, asked policy makers and researchers to institute a proposal called The Federal Violence Initiative (FVI). Dr. Frederick Goodwin compared the activities in America’s inner cities to the violent and hypersexual behavior of young “rhesus” male monkeys motivated only by a desire to kill and procreate. The Federal Violence Initiative included a government mental health program that targeted as many as 100,000 (two-to-three-year-old Black children) in high impact inner cities. The proposal called for a study of the genetic and biological “markers” that predict violence and criminal behavior and the role of various drugs in treating or preventing these behavior.

It was during this period that the widespread labeling of Black student behavior as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) emerged. Ritalin, Luvox and other potentially damaging drugs are administered to millions of Black children, many of whom are misdiagnosed. Instead of drugs children need two-parent love. Other examples of mental destruction can be seen in the fact that Black children are 17 percent of all children in public schools but are nearly 50 percent of all children in special education. Black males constitute 85 percent of the Blacks in special education. Instead of labels, Black students need both parents and teachers who can relate to them.

If you and your children are Black in America today you must realize by now that Somebody’s Trying To Kill You. Why did you get married? After reading this, if you still haven’t figured it out, you probably got married for all the wrong reasons.

Despite three civilian witnesses, who say they saw officers firing their weapons multiple times, the police union and the media is attempting to convince the America public that the killing was somehow justified. An attorney for the detectives’ union has called the incident “a tragedy, but not a crime.” Union officials maintain that at least one undercover detective was convinced there was a gun in the car. However, no gun was found. Sounds like paranoia to me.

A professor of police studies at John Jay College of Criminal Justice has already said it is unlikely the officers, who have been placed on leave with pay, a holiday bonus, would face criminal charges. The five officers who fired their guns included two Blacks, two Whites and one Hispanic, the media, the justice system and the educational systems and all the racist institutions that impact on our lives, all are obviously suffering from White Supremacy Mental Disorders and/or are under White Supremacy domination.

It has become increasingly clear that the term “Racist” is not adequate in explaining the behaviors of those, whom I believe, actually suffer from White Supremacy Mental Disorders.

Examples can be seen in the cases of Tawana Brawley, who charged that six White men had abducted, raped and tortured her, leaving her on the side of a Dutchess County, New York highway. She was only 16 years old at the time. Ms. Brawley was found semi-conscious, half frozen and wrapped in a plastic bag. Feces were smeared on her face and racist slurs and KKK had been written on her body. She further stated that they had flashed a badge.

In 1988 a grand jury concluded that Brawley made up the story of being abducted and raped. It also exonerated her attackers. No testimony was heard from the medics who treated Brawley for her injuries after she was found near death. This and numerous other irregularities led Brawley’s supporters to denounce the grand-jury proceedings as a giant cover-up.

Ms. Brawley was publicly criticized by the big-business media for vilifying her and her supporters, including Attorney Alton Maddox Jr., C. Vernon Mason and the Rev. Al Sharpton. Attorney Maddox was suspended from practicing law, when he chargeda cover-up and advised Brawley not to cooperate with the grand jury. Mr. Mason was later disbarred. Rev. Sharpton’s credibility is constantly assaulted because of his involvement in the Brawley case.

Jeffery Ross, a professor of criminology at the University of Baltimore, in “Making News of Police Violence,”provides a study on media attention to and public notice of, violent police acts. Mr. Ross cites the airing of the video-taping of the notorious Rodney King’s beating by members of the Los Angeles police department. He suggests that the causes of police brutality are, “complex and deeply imbedded in racism and the continuance of various inequalities. The torture of Abner Louima in New York, and the shooting of Amadou Diallo continue to put police violence in the forefront of the public consciousness.

Any normal, rational and sane person recognizes that the above cited cases as well as the countless other irrationally aggressive assaults on Black and nonwhite people are being perpetrated by people who suffer from mental distortions. White Supremacy should be viewed as a severe mental disorder, a psychotic state that results in a total distortion of reality.

White Supremacy disorder produces individuals who demonstrate an arrogant andpretentious sense of self-importance and have problems getting along with others, who they devalue. They like empathy and feel they have a right to things and will exploit or attack other people to achieve their desires. They are extremely self-centered, need constant attention and praise. They are preoccupied with delusions of unlimited success. These are extremely aggressive and violent individuals who overcompensate for their sense of inadequacies and pridefullycelebrate their conquests, invasions, killings, rape and pillaging of other cultures, under a banner of patriotism. Their culture reflects a preoccupation with pirates, vampires and other predatory beast depicted in their movies.

Movies like Apocalypto and Blood Diamond depict Black people as savages who kill their members of their own race; while Rocky, Superman and Spiderman provide White people with fantasy heroes. White Supremacy Disorder should be classified in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental illness. But, it won’t, because the same people who practice White Supremacy write the manual.
