JABRIL.MUHAMMAD
Call to the way of thy Lord with wisdom and goodly exhortation, and argue with them in the best manner. Surely thy Lord knows best him who strays from His path, and He knows best those who go aright.
–Holy Qur’an 16:125, Maulana Muhammad Ali English Translation of the Holy Qur’an
I had an experience back in 2006 that I shared with the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. I’ve put it in a book.
He responded to me when I told him that I heard the voice of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad saying to me, “They are coming for me in him.” I made that public.
Here are Minister Farrakhan’s words.
“That suggests to me that oneness with him has been accomplished and he now has my mind. And my mind is now lined up with his in more ways than I probably, at this juncture, fully understand, but will grow to manifest it more and more.
“It also signifies a great, great deal of power. It also signifies the fear of the enemy who put in Esquire magazine a cartoon with the former late president of France, Charles de Gaulle, who said, speaking of White people, that it was Charles de Gaulle, Moshe Dayan and others from Israel and other places, ‘Were it not for this man, we would have a glorious future.’ ”
How important is the value of communication, especially in referring to this time, which is called, “the end of time?” What time or whose time are we living in–right now? What are or should we be doing about this time?
How close are we doing that which Minister Farrakhan is doing?
This book contains material about a few major aspects of the lives of two men, who are so significant, that their lives affect the lives of every human being on this earth, in the most profound manner; even though most are not aware of this at present.
One man is thought of by almost everyone who has heard of him as dead. The other man not only publicly represents the one thought to be dead as very much alive–in every sense of that word–but also proclaimed that the one he represents is exercising tremendous power throughout the earth.
The one thought to be dead is the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. It was announced to the world that he died years ago–on February 25, 1975. This announcement came, that morning, in a Catholic hospital–Mercy Hospital–in Chicago, Illinois.
That morning, his son, Joshua, telephoned Minister Farrakhan from the hospital, just outside of the room of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. He told his father that the doctors had indeed pronounced the death of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.
A few days later Minister Farrakhan went to the Griffith Funeral Home to view a body, which he, and almost all others there were thoroughly convinced was the body of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. These were the saddest days of his life.
Time passed from 1975 to 1981. But on February 22, 1981, Minister Farrakhan, confidently announced, at the Auditorium Theater, in Chicago, Illinois, to a little over 3,200 people that his teacher, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, was in fact not dead at all.
Minister Farrakhan told those present that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad had in fact escaped a massive death plot, and was very much alive.
He would later publish these views for the world to consider in The Final Call newspaper, in a manner that made clear that he staked his credibility and mission on his clearly stated conviction.
What happened?
Below are Minister Farrakhan’s public words that involve two writings. The last writing you can read in the book Is It Possible That The Honorable Elijah Muhammad Is Still Physically Alive???
“He (Jabril) gave me what I would call a commentary or something that you would add to a book that’s not in the book and he gave it to me to read on the Honorable Elijah Muhammad possibly being alive. And I didn’t even want to waste time with something like that. Because at that time I said, ‘Oh poor fella, you know, well we’re going to go on and rebuild the work of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.’
“One day, almost two years later, he was in my Lincoln Continental in Chicago, and he saw what he had given me, kind of ground up a little under the front driver’s seat. So he took it out and smoothed it out, like one would do a wrinkled coat or shirt and knew that it wasn’t destroyed. And he put it back in my hands.
“I finally decided I’ll entertain him. I’ll read it. And as I began to read what he wrote, the words of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad began to make sense. They couldn’t make sense if he were dead. But, if he escaped a death plot, then the words that he shared with me made almost perfect sense.
“I say, almost, because he told me he would be gone for three years, approximately. And he was going away to study. Now it was approximately three years. It was actually 30 months. I was up; ready to take on the Herculean task of attempting to rebuild his work.
“Now what you saw in your experience crystallizes all of this for me, because he now was in me; growing in me. But there were certain experiences that I had to undergo for him to fully grow in me and for me to fully grow in him. So Elijah did come back. He came back in the person of Louis Farrakhan. He came back in me because of my love for him; my adoration of him; my surrender of myself to him.
“Going back to my first hearing that God had raised a man for us. And knowing that I had searched for a man like this all my life, then I surrendered myself to him completely, so he was able to put himself in me. And when he left us in 1975, he knew that what he desired to do had been done, it only needed time; watering; circumstances; events for him to grow again in me.
“Now with your experience I realized that when he told me, ‘Brother you may sit in my seat as the father over the house when I am gone.’ At another time he said, ‘Brother Allah made me to take His place among the people and I am making you to take mine.’
“In reality, he’s growing me up to sit in his seat, as the father over the house, to fulfill the work of Elijah and the work of Elisha, and the work of many that are written in the book.”
More next issue, Allah willing.
