JABRIL.MUHAMMAD

More and more people, at this time, are asking: “Is this the end of time?” I saw on TV on the History Channel 2 a series on the end of time.

They feel, speak and write like this is the end of time. But whose time and why? What would happen after that time?

Does this involve the USA and more countries? Does this involve Black people in the USA?

What happened before this time, that we are in the process or about to end, now?

What have Black people done in America that produces this question?

I wrote a book that contains a chapter that begins with these words:

“Every life has meaning, for every life serves a purpose. That purpose has its ultimate origin in the mind and will of the All-Wise Creator and Sustainer of the universe, from Whom everyone and everything gets his (her) or its meaning and significance.

“The historical Jesus was no exception. However, the facts of his life have been buried under so many layers of falsehoods, often mixed with truth, that is hard to get people to grasp the truth of the man. Nevertheless, the meaning of Jesus’ life is now known and forms the subject of this chapter.

“Seemingly, in the United States anyway, Jesus is both wanted and rejected, loved and despised, the focus of intense attention and ignored, more than any person known. The same seems true of the Bible, of which, of course, Jesus is the central figure. It is, at the same time, the most honored and at the same time the most disrespected book in this country. This situation has profound implications bearing on the significance of the historical Jesus.

“Let us consider this a bit further. Notice how the name of Jesus is used by people when they are cursing out one another. Look at how his name is used when people are expressing surprise or shock. Look again at how his name is used when people are invoking God’s richest blessings on each other. What does all of this show?

“Now, consider the fact that there are more copies of the Bible in America than any other book.

“More copies of it are given away each year than any other book. Despite that it remains, year in and out, America’s best seller.

“Its position among books in Christian America is the most prestigious. Indeed, it is regarded as containing the spiritual, moral, and to a large degree, the cultural heritage of the Western world. It occupies the position of honor during the most solemn occasions. For instance, it is used in swearing in government officials, during weddings and burials. It is used in courtrooms, and in many other important situations.

“Despite its seemingly honorable position, it is a very disrespected volume. Christians argue and fight over its meaning. In many situations, the best of its spiritual and moral precepts are considered out of date, or at best, is paid mere lip-service.

“Take, for instance, the way white Christians have acted by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and his followers, who have proven to be the best Christians this country has ever seen.

“If you are seen with the Bible in public, other than close to, or during ‘church’ hours, you are regarded as a bit odd, in spite of the increased interest in biblical studies. Indeed, in this ‘mod’ world most people seem to care little about the Bible’s contents and its real message.

“White Christians have made great claims for the Bible. However, they don’t seem to use it when dealing with the numerous problems which beset America. Though they claim it contains God’s own wisdom, they don’t use it, so it seems, when framing legislation in places (such as the capital in Washington, D.C), where they pray, supposedly, to the God of the Bible. Yet, as mentioned above, the Bible appears to be the most honored book in America. This is an interesting contradiction?”

Thus was written many years ago by me. During these last few years that book is “dead.” I would explain fully later.

There is more in the chapter titled A Valuable Man that involves the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan 1,000 percent. I quoted last issue, some of the meanings and the implications of the words of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad about the value of his Minister–Minister Farrakhan–to himself; and therefore, to Black people and the world.

Here is exactly why I mentioned what I did last issue. By the guidance of Master Fard Muhammad, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad learned of Minister Farrakhan’s identity. He knew, in a very profound way, the nature, the qualities and the future of Minister Farrakhan. He knew himself and he knew his Minister’s position or place in the plan of Allah, written in advance, in the scriptures.

He gained Allah’s view of the future, which included the great work his Minister was divinely destined to do–for God and himself. In a very deep and specific manner, he came to see that Minister Farrakhan was made by God for him.

He–the Honorable Elijah Muhammad–is very much alive! He is able to see and hear what is going on here in America and elsewhere. He is affecting it. He loves–with great intensity–his beloved people, for whom he sacrificed, suffered, studied and prayed over, and worked for over forty years to save.

His determination and power, to save his people, with the help of the Divine Supreme Being, is greater than the collective determination and power of everyone who opposes his Minister; whose function (in part) is to serve as the last warner before the chastisement falls completely on America.

He is not pleased by the evil thinking, planning and actions of those–whether they be Black, white or otherwise; especially against his Minister and the Believers.

It is written, for instance, in a Catholic translation of the book of Revelation, of the anger of God and a man called the Lamb these words:

“Then I watched while he broke open the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; the sun turned as black as dark sackcloth and the whole moon became like blood. The stars in the sky fell to the earth like unripe figs shaken loose from the tree in a strong wind.

“Then the sky was divided like a torn scroll curling up, and every mountain and island was moved from its place. The kings of the earth, the nobles, the military officers, the rich, the powerful, and every slave and free person hid themselves in caves and among mountain crags.

“They cried out to the mountains and the rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb, because the great day of their wrath has come and who can withstand it?’ “ (Rev. 6:12-17)

More next issue, Allah willing.
