“I am here to announce today that President Bush has met with his Joint Chiefs of Staff, under the direction of General Colin Powell, to plan a war against the Black people of America.
The Nation of Islam and Louis Farrakhan, with particular emphasis on our Black youth, under the guise of a war against drug sellers, drug users, gangs and violence—all under the heading of extremely urgent national security.”
That declaration came from the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan during an historic Oct. 24, 1989, press conference in Washington, D.C. While that pronouncement was made 36 years ago, the names in government leadership have changed but the plan remains the same.
Just as King Herod and Pharoah desired to “kill all boy babies” because they feared their kingdoms threatened by an oppressed population under their rule, today the U.S. Government is still on the lookout for a Black “Messiah” who would liberate the Black masses.
During the press conference, the Minister detailed a “vision-like experience” from September 17, 1985, where he was given instructions by the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad that included information no one other than highly placed government officials would know.
To make even more plain the divinity of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, consider these facts: The Minister’s Experience took place on “The Mother Wheel,” a so-called UFO that the U.S. Government for decades classified as “Above Top Secret” and denied the existence of such objects to the public.
It was the Honorable Elijah Muhammad who first brought public attention to this craft in the 1930s and the government confiscated his notes about The Wheel when they raided the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s home before arresting him for alleged “draft evasion.”
Secondly, Minister Farrakhan was told of a meeting then-President Ronald Reagan had with his Joint Chiefs of Staff to plan a war. The Minister was told to hold a press conference and reveal he got this information from the Honorable Elijah Muhammad on The Wheel, though he wasn’t told who the war was against.
Minister Farrakhan eventually came to suspect that the war was being planned against Libyan leader Muammar Gadhafi. He traveled to Libya to warn Brother Gadhafi of the plan, ultimately saving the Libyan leader’s life as U.S. bombs eventually fell on Gadhafi’s home.
As Minister Farrakhan continued to dwell on his experience and ponder its meanings, he concluded the reason he wasn’t told who the president and the Joint Chiefs of Staff had planned the war against
“was because Muammar Gadhafi, the Muslim Revolutionary leader, and the small nation of Libya, was only to serve as a sign of an even more significant and consequential war” against the Nation of Islam with particular emphasis on the destruction of Black youths.
In 2025, the escalation of this war is materializing in the actions of the Trump administration. The president insists on engaging the National Guard and militarizing the streets of America—allegedly to reduce crime in big cities, to quell peaceful protests and act as back up for ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) in the rounding up of undocumented immigrants.
His real goal, however, is to create a public incident that would clear the way for him to unleash the power of the National Guard and declare martial law.
President Trump is targeting big cities led by democratic, mostly Black mayors as a signal to his base that Blacks and immigrants will be dealt with. His vision is that any uprising would emanate from urban areas primarily involving Black youth, despite statistics that show White nationalism poses a greater threat to domestic peace than inner city neighborhoods.
Minister Farrakhan has been consistent in warning Black youth to stop the killing, bringing warring street organizations together in peace summits, urging hip hop artists to clean up their lyrics and pointing out the hidden hand of the enemy in fomenting “beefs” and keeping negative messages in the music through their control of the industry.
The hidden hand of the government in Republican and Democrat administrations has been traced to drug infiltration into our communities, including crack cocaine,
“mandatory minimum” sentencing and a 1994 Crime Bill that caused the prison population to explode with young Black men. Black youth have been labeled “super predators,” furthering stereotypes that “orange is the new black” and it’s not-so-subtle suggestions.
The Divine Warnings from the Honorable Elijah Muhammad are being fulfilled. He told us to watch what happens on distant shores for they one day will be at our door. We watched as young people were mowed down and executed in Tiananmen Square during the Chinese uprising.
We are watching a military crackdown on the recent uprising of young people against the government in Nepal and the complete slaughter of men, women and children in Gaza. In the U.S., legal citizens as well as illegal residents are being rounded up in the Trump Administration’s war on undocumented immigrants.
To which, Minister Farrakhan warns: “If I, in your mind, am before you of myself … then, you have nothing to fear from my presence. … If I am in reality in front of you by Allah’s Divine Will, as an extension of the Divine Warnings given to you from the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.
Then be instructed that you would do well to leave me alone; to leave the Nation of Islam alone; and to cease and desist from your evil planning against the future of the Black people of America and the world.”
America’s national security is not threatened by Black youth; America’s national security is threatened by ignoring Divine Warning.
