Grandmaster Dr. Abdul Azziz Muhammad and his wife Sensei Azziza Muhammad welcome attendees to the 30th annual National Training Conference.

TINLEY PARK, Illinois—Martial arts instructors, students, security professionals and men, women and children from around the country gathered in the Chicagoland area for a weekend of physical, spiritual and mental training.

Hundreds of members of the Nation of Islam and supporters were there to participate in the 30th annual National Training Conference (NTC), held July 24-27.

The foundation of the training is the Teachings of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad as taught by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. The conference from its inception was organized and spearheaded by Grandmaster Dr. Abdul Azziz Muhammad, the Nation of Islam’s Student Assistant Supreme Captain.

He and his wife, Sensei Azziza Muhammad, and their dedicated team of staff and volunteers presented a weekend full of workshops, training for all ages and ranks, a special banquet and martial arts tournament. Stay tuned for coverage in an upcoming edition of The Final Call.
