Muslim pioneers and disabled guests were assisted during Saviours’ Day weekend to ensure they were accommodated.

During Saviours’ Day 2025, the Mid-Atlantic Region Student Protocol Department came together to ensure that our cherished Muslim pioneers, handicapped, and disabled members were treated with the highest level of honor, dignity, and respect.

Before Saviours’ Day, which was held in Chicago, Feb. 21-23, the Mid-Atlantic Region Student Protocol Department developed a plan to assist those in need.

With the expectation of over 200 attendees who would need assistance, careful consideration was given to their seating arrangements, transportation, and overall comfort.

The team worked tirelessly to escort pioneers and disabled guests from the outside lines through security and into the reserved seating areas.

Members of the Mid-Atlantic Region Student Protocol Department assisted Muslim pioneers, handicapped and disabled brothers and sisters during Saviours’ Day weekend.

Brothers and sisters assisted with motorized and nonmotorized wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and bikes, while brothers negotiated quick passage from outside lines, ensuring safe passage through crowded spaces.

This effort was far more than just a logistical task. There were several F.O.I. and M.G.T. who helped the Mid-Atlantic Region Student Protocol Department with assisting our pioneers and others who needed extra help.
