During the Islamic Holy Month of Ramadan, Muslims worldwide fast from sunup to sundown without food and water, perform their daily prayers, read the Holy Qur’an and fellowship with one another.

It is a month of reflection, recommitment and rededication to faith. During Ramadan, it is also a time dedicated to increased service to the community to lend a helping hand to those who may be in need.

F.O.I. and M.G.T. from mosques and study groups around the Nation of Islam provided free meals to residents in their cities. The brothers and sisters strive to follow the example of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan in their service to their communities.

During Ramadan 2025, the brothers and sisters in Chicago prepared and distributed over 2,000 meals on behalf of Minister Farrakhan! All praise is due to Allah (God).
