In a joint hearing of subcommittees within the House Oversight and Accountability Committee about alleged government research on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs), formerly known as UFOs, House members received the testimonies of former military and government officials.
They alleged that decades of evidence proving their existence, along with research on recovered crafts, have been purposefully withheld from Congress and the American people.
Setting the tone for the Nov. 13 bipartisan UAP hearing, held before introducing the co-chairs, Rep. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.), Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on National Security.
The Border and Foreign Affairs, said that the UAP phenomenon requires further investigation and bipartisan cooperation because of its implications toward national security. He stated these objects have been violating American airspace and waters with impunity.
The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, Eternal Leader of the Nation of Islam, revealed the existence of these crafts in the 1930s, called The Mother Plane or Wheel and its 1,500 smaller wheels or “baby planes.” His Teacher, Allah in the Person of Master W. Fard Muhammad, The Great Mahdi, pointed out this “dreadful looking” plane in the sky and taught him of its aim and purpose.
“This man, Master Fard Muhammad, pointed out to the Honorable Elijah Muhammad a dreadful-looking plane in the sky. A half-a-mile by a half-a-mile.
A human-built planet on which are 1,500 little planes that are up there in fulfillment of Ezekiel’s vision that you find in the first chapter of the Book of Ezekiel, verses 1-28,” the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan stated in the message, “The Wheel and Change from God Himself,” delivered March 7, 2010 as part 2 of his Saviours’ Day message, themed, “The Time and What Must Be Done: ‘The Wheel.’”
“The All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) has reported hundreds of UAPs that remain uncharacterized and unattributed” and which “appear to have demonstrated unusual flight characteristics or performance capabilities and require further analysis,” Rep. Garcia said.
“We are detecting things, and we know we don’t understand them and this is worth investigating. The American people have legitimate questions, and I believe that it’s critical that Congress should help address them,” he said.
In her opening remarks, Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), chair of the Subcommittee on Cybersecurity and Information Technology, called the meeting a historic hearing, that followed up “on this important topic” from last year (see The Final Call Vol. 42 No. 44).
She said former high-ranking officials from the military, NASA, the intelligence community, and journalists, came forward to testify under oath, adding that the American public has the right to know what the U.S. military has been encountering in the skies, and under the oceans over the past several decades.
“Their commitment to digging for the truth is exactly what this country needs, to cut through the secrecy surrounding this issue, and many high-ranking individuals in the military and intelligence communities believe UAPs demand greater attention and thus, the purpose for this hearing today,” Rep. Mace said.
“Former National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster said on Bill Maher’s program, that: ‘There are phenomena that have been witnessed by multiple people that are just inexplicable by the science available to us,’” she added.
Stating further that the subject of UAPs remains controversial and that some on Capitol Hill wished to prevent their disclosure, undoubtedly because of its national and international implications, Rep. Mace said she nevertheless must hold the government accountable and report facts to the American people.
“It’s never easy to present such information publicly,” Rep. Mace said regarding the witnesses’ voluntary presence before the subcommittees. “This hearing is intended to help Congress and the American people to learn the extent of the programs and activities our government has engaged in with respect to UAPs and what knowledge it has yielded,” she said.
“If government-funded research on UAPs has not yielded any useful knowledge, we also need to know those facts,” the representative said. “Taxpayers deserve to know how much has been invested; how much has been spent. They shouldn’t be kept in the dark to spare the Pentagon a little bit of embarrassment,” she noted.
Rep. Glenn Grothman (R-WI), chairman of the Oversight and Accountability Subcommittee on National Security, the Border and Foreign Affairs, said of last year’s UAP testimonies to Congress that former Navy pilots and Pentagon officials, who testified of their encounters with what was previously referred to as UFOs, and former intelligence officials, who reported to them the withholding of information through the classifying and hiding of information, has been at least clarified and addressed.
“We heard from former Navy Commander David Fravor, who shared first-hand experience with a UAP he engaged while on duty in the Pacific; we learned from David Grusch, a former member of the intelligence community, who revealed the supposed existence of secret government programs hidden from congressional oversight,” Rep. Grothman said of the 2023 UAP hearings.
“Additionally, former military pilot Ryan Graves informed us of the limited ways in which the military and commercial pilots can report UAP sightings. Since that last hearing, I’ve led several briefings with government agencies to deepen my understanding with these issues,” he said.
The Congressman also noted that since then the Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of the U.S. Armed Forces have implemented a streamlined process and standards by which service personnel can report sightings throughout all branches of the military.
The Wheel and the Day of Judgment
From 1930 to the present, a core principle of the Teachings in the Nation of Islam has been of “The Mother Plane (Wheel),” and its 1,500 smaller planes (wheels) made to execute God’s Judgment upon the wicked civilizations of the earth, as taught by Master W. Fard Muhammad to the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad.
The Honorable Elijah Muhammad explained that Prophet Ezekiel’s description of the wheels in the Bible is in actuality a prophecy for today. In his book “The Fall of America,” chapter 58, titled “The Wheel,” he explains the Wheels’ role in the last days regarding the judgment, describes the fiery end of an old world, and heralds the making of a new world as described in the book of Ezekiel in the Bible.
While the parties presented to the subcommittees what they knew of the so-called UAPs or what they were encouraged to believe of them, the Nation of Islam’s relationship to the wheels are rooted in its theology based on scripture and also proven by documented historical events from which Minister Farrakhan has given warnings.
And guidance to American presidents, such as Ronald Reagan in the 1980s to George W. Bush in the early 2000s, and the current president-elect, Donald Trump. Minister Farrakhan’s guidance to the American people and Black people specifically have all been tied to his relationship with the Wheel.
During part 52 of his 2013, 58-part lecture series “The Time and What Must be Done,” titled “The Wheel, Allah (God’s Calling Card),” Minister Farrakhan said the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad first started teaching on the Wheel or the Mother Plane and its purpose around 1932.
“Ten years later, in 1942, after the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, the Temple as it was called at that time, was raided by law enforcement officials under the guidance of the FBI,” Minister Farrakhan explained.
“The Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s home was also raided and the Teachings that Master Fard Muhammad had left with him were taken from the home and the Temple.
Later, he was questioned by the FBI on the drawings of the Wheel and his writing about it that they had taken from the Temple and he explained to the government of the United States and to the FBI, its aim and purpose, who made it and why it is above America,” the Minister said.
‘O Wheel! O Wheel!’
“These are not extraterrestrial planes, they’re not from outside of the earth,” Minister Farrakhan said in Part 51 of the same lecture series. “It is written in the Bible, and you go check it for yourself, these wheels rose up from the earth (Ezekiel Chapter 1; Exodus Chapters 13 and 14). The intention of these broadcasts is to lay bare the truth of this phenomenon as taught to us by the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad.”
Student Minister Ilia Rashad Muhammad, a member of the Nation of Islam Research Group and producer of “Answered,” a documentary series on the relationship between UFOs and the Nation of Islam, told The Final Call that for the U.S. government to finally acknowledge the existence of so-called UAPs after all of these years is not even worthy of applause because it only proves that they had been lying all along and maintaining a coverup for decades.
“The fact that they are finally acknowledging their existence in the last couple of years only brings more suspicion because they are not being transparent and they are still hiding the truth that the Nation of Islam has been sharing for over 90 years now,” Student Minister Muhammad said. “So, these hearings for the most part are becoming somewhat futile because they are not dealing with the source of this phenomenon.”
Regarding the time in which America and the world now find themselves, and the condition of the people and what must be done to survive the days ahead, Student Minister Muhammad said to continue studying the Teachings of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, as taught by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, and continue watching what these two divine servants have revealed as it all continues to unfold.
“Unfortunately, for the most part, we rejected those divine solutions and the divine wisdom and we’ve fallen into a more wretched condition,” Student Minister Ilia Rashad Muhammad said.
In part 52 of “The Time and What Must Be Done,” Minister Farrakhan explained the existence of the wheels was prophesied.
“He (Elijah Muhammad) said that the vision of this Wheel was seen thousands of years before it came into being or became a reality; he said this weapon was made for the purpose of destroying this present world in the final battle with the forces of evil that had ruled our present world,” the Minister further explained.
“Elijah in the Book of Kings (2 Kings 2:11) was a sign of the Elijah that would come at the end of this present world, so there was the chariot that picked up Elijah, and the cloud and the pillar of fire that guarded and protected Moses, and the vision of Ezekiel (Ezekiel 10:13) of a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night that was so dreadful that he cried out in exclamation: ‘O Wheel! O Wheel!’” Minister Farrakhan said.
“The last prophet or person that a cloud or wheel is mentioned with is Jesus, but not the historical Jesus. Some of the disciples saw Jesus going away in a cloud or a wheel-like plane and it is written that the same Jesus that was seen going away, in this manner, will come back in like manner in the clouds of heaven (Acts 1:11)” he said. “Well, men don’t move about on clouds, except in planes, and this plane as the Honorable Elijah Muhammad t
