“For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, And You [God] have given them blood to drink. For it is their just due.”
—Rev. 16:6
There is an axiom that says the only constant in the universe is change. And there is no doubt the world is spinning in whirlwinds of change. Trouble over here, disorder over there, and world leaders are too steeped in confusion to solve crises and establish peace and stability.
Globally, despite having international coalitions, peace treaties, and many resolutions passed, there has been an ineptness to lessen “wars and rumors of wars,” as described by the scriptures.
In fact, looking at the war the Zionist State of Israel declared on the Palestinian resistance and Hamas in particular, bloodshed is intensifying. However, for decades two Divine servants have been warning and placing the spotlight on a world on edge and on the explosive nature of the times. Here is a glimpse of what they have said:
“This is a very dangerous Hour, but it is an Hour filled with great opportunity. What is needed in this Hour is Right or Divine Guidance,” said the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, National Representative of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and the Nation of Islam.
“This Guidance must be in accord with the Time and what this Time demands,” he wrote. Minister Farrakhan expressed these words in an official letter dated December 1, 2001, to then President George W. Bush in the troubled aftermath of the attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., on September 11, 2001.
The incident killed 3,000 people and plunged an already unstable world closer to an abyss. His guidance in 2001 is very much the guidance needed for 2024.
Minister Farrakhan, like his teacher, the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, used the lens of scriptures to explain the circumstances of the time and what must be done.
“The nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great, and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.” (Rev. 11:18).
“The Honorable Elijah Muhammad said, ‘We are living in the Day of Judgment.’ This is what is producing the anger of the nations and the Wrath of Allah (God),” continued Minister Farrakhan.
“This is the time that those who have been deprived of justice must receive justice, for, it is only our acting on the principle of justice that will ease the anger of the nations and take away the Wrath of Allah (God). There can be no Justice without Truth, and there can be no Peace in the world without Justice,” he said.
Israel persists as bloodshedder
Israel should heed Minister Farrakhan’s words. Regardless of world opinion, Israel persists with blood-shedding. On July 25, Israel launched a new wave of airstrikes targeting areas of the Gaza Strip, including its southern city of Khan Yunis. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that at least 25 Palestinians were killed, according to Iranian PressTV.ir.
Along with American made and funded bombs killing Palestinians in Gaza is an acute humanitarian crisis. In the Occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, is State-supported aggression of Palestinians by illegal Israeli settlers. According to the Al Jazeera AJ Labs, the daily carnage from the nearly 10-month old war tops 40,000 Palestinians. Children are particularly impacted.
For example, UNICEF, the UN agency for the welfare of children, said child casualties in the West Bank skyrocketed in the past nine months. They said 143 Palestinian children were slain in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem since October 2023, representing a nearly 250 percent spike compared to the preceding nine months, when 41 Palestinian children were killed.
Additionally, more than 440 Palestinian children were injured by live ammunition. These figures raise “serious alarm” around unnecessary excessive use of force against the most vulnerable.
“For years now, children living in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, have been exposed to horrific violence,” said UNICEF executive director Catherine Russell, in a July 23 statement.
“The situation has deteriorated significantly, coinciding with the escalation of hostilities inside Gaza. We are seeing frequent allegations of Palestinian children being detained on their way home from school, or shot while walking on the streets,” she said. “The violence needs to stop now.”
“The true cost of the violence in the State of Palestine and Israel will be measured in children’s lives—those lost and those forever changed by it,” said Ms. Russell.
Meanwhile the temperature is rising in the region as Israel and the Ansar Allah (Houthis) traded missile attacks. The Yemeni resistance group launched a drone attack into Tel Aviv hitting an apartment building, killing one. Elsewhere, tensions have worsened between Israel and Palestinian ally Hezbollah in Lebanon.
In the U.S. thousands of protestors converged on Washington, D.C., over several days rejecting the visit of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, to address a joint session of Congress on July 24. Crowds gathered for The National Mobilization:
The People Charge Netanyahu with Genocide! organized by dozens of anti-war/pro-justice groups demanding an end to U.S. support to Israel, ceasefire, and a “peoples arrest warrant” for Mr. Netanyahu.
“History will also remember that on July 24, 2024, the U.S. Congress gave standing ovations to an internationally wanted war criminal as he actively prosecuted a genocide and single-handedly blocked a ceasefire,” said the Act Now To End War and Racism (ANSWER) Coalition in a July 25 statement.
“That a globally despised figure was given such a welcome serve as an indictment of the U.S. government once again as a co-conspirator in Israel’s crimes,” said the statement.
Growing trouble for Zionist state
Currently the chief prosecutor at the International Criminal Court has a request for the Court to issue arrest warrants for Mr. Netanyahu, Israel’s Defense Minister, and three top officials of Hamas.
Days prior to Mr. Netanyahu’s address to Congress, more unprecedented legal blows were levied against Israel. On July 19, a cutting non-binding Advisory Opinion was rendered from the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the top court of the United Nations.
The 15-judge panel gave the opinion concerning legal consequences arising from the policies and practices of Israel within the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.
This opinion is in response to questions brought to the court by the UN General Assembly in December, specifically about the 1967 borders. It was read in the Court’s chamber at the Peace Palace in The Hague by Judge Nawaf Salam, president of the Court.
Overall, it “is of the opinion that the State of Israel’s continued presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory is unlawful,” read Mr. Salam.
The Court found:
The State of Israel’s continued presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory is unlawful.
The State of Israel is under an obligation to bring to an end its unlawful presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory as rapidly as possible:
The State of Israel is under an obligation to cease immediately all new settlement activities, and to evacuate all settlers from the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
The State of Israel has the obligation to make reparation for the damage caused to all the natural or legal persons concerned in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
The Legal Information Institute of Cornel University defines an advisory opinion as a “non-binding interpretation of the law” by a court. Essentially it is the court providing advice on a hypothetical legal question.
The opinion was welcomed by justice advocates and although non-binding, an advisory opinion lends moral weight and credibility. The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel welcomed the historic opinion.
“The Court was clear and unambiguous, and the advisory opinion entails international legal obligations not only for Israel, but for the UN and all States,” said Navi Pillay, chair of the Commission. “The maintenance and promotion of the international rules-based order will depend on compliance with this advisory opinion,” she said.
On the same day, the U.S. based Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), urged the Department of Justice Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section (“HRSP”) to open a criminal investigation of Mr. Netanyahu, Israeli officials and others who committed or authorized genocide, war crimes, and torture against Palestinians in Gaza since October 8, 2023.
“We believe ample credible evidence exists to sufficiently establish that serious crimes falling within U.S. criminal jurisdiction are systematically being perpetrated in Gaza,” said the 23-page request from the CCR.
Underscoring the frequency of Israeli officials and citizens traveling within U.S. jurisdiction, and the HRSP being part of a coordinated, interagency effort to deny safe haven within the U.S. to human rights violators, the Justice Department must urgently investigate and hold accountable those responsible for war crimes and other serious crimes being committed in the occupied Gaza Strip, the report noted.
“Netanyahu has killed more than 14,000 precious Palestinian children with U.S. weapons and support and is starving all of Gaza—and now sycophants in the White House and Congress are rolling out the red carpet for him,” said Maria LaHood, deputy legal director at the Center for Constitutional Rights.
“DOJ’s Human Rights and Special Prosecution Section must exercise its mandate to investigate Netanyahu and hold him to account for his heinous crimes, just as it would an international criminal from any other country,” she said in a statement.
Previously, CCR filed a civil complaint with the United States District Court for the Northern District of California against Pres. Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin III. They are accused of “aiding and abetting” genocide by continuing to furnish Israel with military and diplomatic support.
Since Israel’s inception 76-years-ago, with the violent usurping, and forceful removal of over 700,000 Palestinians from their lands, the occupier state became highly skilled at systematic repression and shedding blood. Backed by the “iron clad” support of America and other European nations, Israel has gotten away with it.
The Honorable Minister Farrakhan spoke before the world in February of this year about what was and is unfolding in the Middle East. In his Saviours’ Day 2024 keynote message, “What Does Allah The Great Mahdi And The Great Messiah Have To Say About The War In The Middle East,” the Minister warned of the sinister plans of the Israeli government and the prime minister.
“My life belongs to Allah, so He didn’t want me to come out here today with any trepidation over what He showed me of Netanyahu, who schemed; knew they (Israelis) were going to die, and went through with it. Because ‘the greater good’ he was thinking of was what’s in Gaza right now: Billions of dollars of oil and gas is under the foot of the Palestinians, and they want it for themselves!”
The Minister explained that just like Whites in America saw the valuable land that the Native people had and slaughtered them for it, that the Israel government is planning the same when it comes to Palestinian lands and is using that as justification for killing them.
“Mr. Netanyahu, I watched you; I studied you, with the Guidance of God, and the plan that you had with Hamas: To let them do what they did. Because that would be your ticket to justify removing them from all of Gaza; then from the West Bank, then from East Jerusalem. And that’s why Netanyahu is going to continue fighting. There won’t be any truce or peace …
