NEW YORK—From the upstate region of New York State in the city of Rochester to the great metropolis of New York City, the National Assistant to the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, Student Minister Ishmael Muhammad, traveled to meet and inspire students, teachers, elected officials, and believers. His May 2-5 tour had many calling it a revival and a reinvigoration of their souls and spirit.

“Student Minister Ishmael’s four-day trip to New York was a master’s class on how to represent the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan to the people,” said Student Minister Arthur Muhammad of Mosque No.7 in Harlem.

Student Minister Arthur said that the first leg of the trip was to the Nation of Islam’s mosque in Rochester, New York, where Student Min. Ishmael spoke to believers from Rochester, Buffalo, Utica and Syracuse. “He inspired the believers to maintain their faith in the Teachings and to increase their service to our people,” said Student Min. Arthur.

Student Min. Ishmael also spoke to young people in the city. “What struck me the most was how he connected with the students at Monroe High School in Rochester, New York. He didn’t attempt to impress them with his level of academia or entertain them with slogans and one-liners. Instead, he carefully talked to the students, heart to heart and mind to mind, about their choices, about their future, and about the consequences of their actions,” Student Min. Arthur shared.

“The love he poured into the students caused them to open up to his message,” he added. After speaking, the students lined up to shake Student Min. Ishmael’s hand and to share with him the impact of his message. One student stated that Student Min. Ishmael “inspired him to eliminate the negativity from his life immediately,” added Student Min. Arthur.

On Saturday, May 4, Student Min. Ishmael spoke at Mosque No. 7 to hundreds of Believers from the surrounding Eastern Region from Boston, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Brooklyn. He delivered words of encouragement, strength, and faith at a special meeting that included believers and student laborers from the region.

On Sunday, May 5, Nation of Islam Student Supreme Captain Mustapha Farrakhan spoke briefly to guests and believers from Mosque No. 7 and No. 7C (Brooklyn) who were gathered for a joint “Unity Sunday.” Brother Mustapha, a son of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, spoke strongly about the false label and charge of anti-Semitism leveled against Black people. He shared information on how to prepare against these false charges.

“One of the only problems with our enemy is that we, the Nation of Islam, know the truth. The Minister has been battling for over 40 years without the presence of his teacher, the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad. Minister Farrakhan perfectly understands the enemy. He understands the psychology of the enemy and the tactics that they use to put us in the condition that we’re in,” stated Bro. Mustapha. “This book, ‘Revealing the Truth and Exposing the Synagogue of Satan: A Defense Against the False Charge of Anti-Semitism,’ the wisdom and the knowledge that you will find in this book will show you the step-by-step process of when they label you anti-Semitic and what they do to rob you of your First Amendment right of Free Speech,” he said. Brother Mustapha encouraged the audience to get the book available at store.finalcall.com.

The Sunday keynote message was delivered by Student Min. Ishmael. In his message, he spoke on historical and prophetic examples in scriptures that illustrate the modern-day prophets and messengers of God and the people who today symbolize and resemble Lazarus of the Bible.

The room was filled to capacity at Mosque No. 7 on May 5 for a powerful spiritual message delivered by Student Min. Ishmael Muhammad.

He also spoke about the importance of truth and the condition of Black people in America under our open enemy. “As long as you are under them, your hands are tied, your feet are tied, so that you only do what your master gives you freedom to do, but never to be free to be you and to do what you need to do,” Minister Ishmael stated to the capacity crowd that filled the lecture hall and throughout the building in overflow rooms.

He explained that “the devil controls the sphere and parameters of your so-called freedom.” “When Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation, they never intended for you and me to be free because they never taught us the requisite knowledge for us to exercise freedom and for us to do for ourselves,” he continued.

However, since the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad met with and was taught by God in Person, Master Fard Muhammad, the results from what the Messenger was given are evident. “Now you can tell we met with somebody that opened our eyes. The Messiah that opens our eyes makes the blind to see, the deaf to hear, the dumb to speak, the lame to walk and raises the dead to life, and we have taken off the grave clothes. You can tell the followers of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and Minister Louis Farrakhan are new men and new women and that we are only manifestations of who every Black man and woman can become,” said Student Min. Ishmael.
