Since the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan delivered a powerful three-hour address to close the Nation of Islam’s Saviours’ Day convention in Detroit in February, you have heard little about it in the enemy’s media.
Don’t be deceived, the Jewish groups and individuals who have opposed the Minister for some 40 years have not quit or gone to sleep. Don’t mistake their lack of a frontal assault for a lack of commitment to the destruction of Minister Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam.
The American Jewish Committee, the ADL, the Simon Wiesenthal Center, politicians like Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the Jewish congresswoman from Florida, and the Jewish media provide caustic, constant communication to organizations and individuals. These Zionists are using a very targeted approach—and raising money off of it.
They use daily emails, regular Zoom calls, articles in the Jewish press, pressure on congressmen, pressure on President Biden, slander, and lies sent to the mainstream media.
They use a collection of Negroes to keep doing their work of attacking the Minister and spreading their vicious, vile untruths. They are, and have been, waging a continuous propaganda war to position the Minister in a dangerous way.
They are waging local assaults on Black leaders too. Rep. Jamaal Bowman of New York is running for reelection in a June primary. His opponent and fellow Democrat, who is White, has been called rather right wing and stands firmly with the Israeli genocide against Palestinians.
Rep. Bowman has been excoriated by Jewish and White people over a historic mural in his home district. Farrakhan haters want the Black congressman’s head on a political spike.
They say he has not solidly condemned the Minister’s inclusion in the art piece in a Black community in Greenburgh, N.Y., in Westchester County.
As The Final Call recently reported, “Bowman acknowledged that while the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan has said many things he disagrees with, ‘he is a part of Black history.’
‘That’s a fact. And if the Greenburgh community—particularly that section of Greenburgh—supports the mural, then the mural should be there as is.’”
“‘When I talk about the excluding of Black history from us, it also excludes it from other people,’ Rep. Bowman said. He added that because White men have been in positions of power, historically, they feel they can speak on anything they want with authority.”
“ ‘The fact of the matter is, like all things, it’s a bit more complicated than that. We are a nation that was founded by slave masters, yet we celebrate Washington and Jefferson and others,” he said.
The enemy’s lies against Rep. Bowman are another example of the enemy using anti-Farrakhan falsehoods to weaken Black leadership. We should clearly see and understand this.
Underneath the “mural” is a major issue: Israel’s genocide against the Palestinians and those who oppose it. Rep. Bowman has called for a ceasefire in already devastated Gaza with over a million people on the brink of starvation.
His opponent has visited Israel, taken money from the politically rabid American Israel Public Affairs Committee and fully backs Israel’s merciless assault on Palestinians.
Rep. Bowman isn’t the only target as AIPAC has boasted publicly of spending $100 million to defeat “The Squad,” a group of outspoken, ceasefire-backing, and progressive Democrats that include Rep. Rashida Tlaib, who has been fiercely targeted in Michigan, and congresswoman Summer Lee. The Squad also includes Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley, and Cori Bush. These Black and Brown federal lawmakers have been strident in standing against Israel’s war on Gaza.
According to an online news source:
“‘Already in this election year, pro-Israel candidates have been immensely successful in primaries, and we were proud to help elect Democrats and Republicans who stand with the Jewish state,’ AIPAC spokesperson Marshall Wittmann told The 19th.
“ ‘On Super Tuesday alone, 79 candidates endorsed by AIPAC won their primaries. We are continuing to evaluate races that involve detractors of the U.S.-Israel relationship,’ he added.
“‘In 2022, United Democracy Project opposed now ‘Squad’ member Rep. Summer Lee of Pennsylvania during both her primary and general elections. The super PAC spent more than $2 million opposing her during the primary, and Lee, a progressive Black woman, won by fewer than 1,000 votes against a political novice. Lee handily won the general election in the Pittsburgh-area district.”
Huge amounts of money have been poured into her district to defeat her in the upcoming April elections. The money is again coming from AIPAC and its entities created to destroy critics, intimidate candidates and protect the murderous state of Israel.
The United Democracy Project is run by AIPAC, which wants even more influence on U.S. elections through this organization.
Some, however, are fighting back.
“The ‘Reject AIPAC’ coalition announced recently that it is planning a seven-figure campaign of paid media and field organizing to defend members of Congress, including lawmakers in the ‘Squad,’ who have taken pro-Palestinian stances that have put them in the pro-Israel lobby’s crosshairs.
“‘We have watched as AIPAC has done everything it can to silence growing dissent in Congress against [Israel Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu’s assault on Gaza—which has killed over 31,000 Palestinians—even as Democratic voters overwhelmingly support a ceasefire and oppose sending more blank checks to the Israeli military,’ the coalition said in a statement,” according to The 19th.
Political speech and advocacy are American rights but AIPAC’s massive money impact on elections and outcomes raises a question: Is AIPAC a foreign agent for the Zionist state?
But what must we do? We must speak up and tell the truth about Minister Farrakhan that we know. There is an information arsenal available on the Minister’s official social media sites, finalcall.com, noi.org, and the website of the NOI Research Group.
We don’t have to be extreme, vulgar or undisciplined. We have been taught better. We have the Minister’s direct words, way and manner to guide us. Follow his example of decorum and discourse.
But we must not stand by and say nothing when we know the truth. The enemy is not stopping, why should we? Must Minister Farrakhan defend himself? Emphatically not. That’s our job as Believers, followers and soldiers in the Cause of Allah. We are fighting for Islam, and we will surely win!
