“And Allah’s is the unseen of the heavens and the earth. And the matter of the Hour is but as a twinkling of the eye or it is nigher still. Surely Allah is Possessor of power over all things.” –Holy Qur’an, Surah 16, verse 77
As we continue in our studies on the development of Friendship Societies around the world with interconnecting links to international trade and commerce, we must always keep our focus on the Foundation of our work today.
This work is to manifest the Presence of God in everything that we think and do in our evolutionary development as a people and a Nation coming to birth in the midst of America, fulfilling the dreams and aspirations of building a New World Civilization of Righteousness and Peace.
›For the truest meaning of Allah as the All-Eye Seeing, we must turn to the Holy Qur’an, where Allah is referred to as the All-Knowing, the Seer.
Every Surah or Chapter of the Holy Qur’an is full of wisdom. The word “Surah” literally means eminence or high degree, and also refers to a step of a structure. Each verse conveys the meaning of an apparent sign or mark, which comes to mean a miracle. It also signifies a communication or a message from God or the revelation of a law.
The recent discovery of the mathematical code of the number 19 in the Holy Qur’an by the scholarly research of the late Dr. Rashad Khalifah, a native of Tanta, Egypt, through computer technology, overwhelmingly places the Holy Qur’an, by degrees of excellence, as the greatest Miracle ever revealed to man and mankind in our reckoning of the present time.
Dr. Khalifah proved through the use of the computer that every letter, every word, along with every verse and chapter, under close examination, contains an underlying structure based on the special number 19 being placed, foremost, over every Surah of the Holy Qur’an, with the exception of Surah 9.
The Mathematical Code of 19 was discovered written within and without, above and below in the Holy Qur’an’s Revelation as God’s Signature on the whole of His Divine Creation, which interacts throughout all Creation as The All-Eye Seeing Providential mark or sign of His Presence.
This miraculous discovery and my own ongoing research inspired me to entitle this column, “Unveiling the Number 19.” This continuous study also confirms our own definition of Islam as Mathematics and Mathematics being Islam given to us through the Divine Teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.
There are 114 Surahs, steps or degrees of eminence revealed in the Holy Qur’an. When we add these numbers together, (1+1+4), we get 6. When 6 is divided into 114, the result is the number 19.
Now, keeping in mind that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad defined the whole scope of the Master’s Teaching to him as being Astronomy, when we apply these mathematical numbers to the structure of the heavens and the earth in the design of our entire Universe teeming with life, we would have to agree that Almighty, Allah, is indeed the All-Eye Seeing.
This symbolism can be likened to a revolving and evolving sphere within spheres of rotating matter coming from the center nucleus radiating outward, operating from darkness into light, which is constantly bringing up objects into our view. This is the way in which our Universe was created and defines the law and the nature of all created things, from galaxies to pulsars to human beings.
In one of the student’s Lesson Assignments, we are taught that Allah is the God in the earth and in the heavens above, and is just and true, and there is no unright-eousness in Him. But is not unseen but is seen and is heard everywhere–for He is the All-Eye Seeing.
This answer is given to the question raised concerning how we are erroneously taught by the present world to see God as an unseen reality, which is thus refuted with the above answer. This Truth is markedly displayed in the design of America’s Great Seal which exhibits a 13-layered pyramid leading to an open space that contains the providential “All-Eye Seeing” symbolizing God’s Presence in the affairs of men and nations at all times.
“And Allah brought you forth from the wombs of your mothers–you knew nothing–And He gave you hearing and sight and hearts that you might give thanks.” –Holy Qur’an, Surah 16, verse 78
