ATLANTA—Student Minister Abdul Sharrieff Muhammad, the Southern Regional Student Minister of the Nation of Islam, has served Atlanta and the region for nearly two decades. Sunday, Dec. 3 marked his 19th year anniversary.
During the Sunday mosque meeting at Muhammad Mosque No. 15 in Atlanta, Student Minister Sharrieff received love, appreciation and gifts from the believing body. Brother Sharrieff, the former Nation of Islam Student Supreme Captain, was appointed as the Southern Regional Student Minister by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.
“I thank the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan for allowing me to represent him for 19 years in the southern region. I am blessed to have the support of my family, the believers, and community. Praise be to Allah!!!” he posted in an Instagram caption, commemorating the day.
