The U.S. government’s COVID-19 vaccination effort is a biological weapon project run by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), according to Alexandra Latypova, a former pharmaceutical research and development executive with 25 years of industry experience.
›Latypova, who oversaw compliance for more than 60 clinical trials, knows the regulatory standards pharmaceutical companies historically were required to meet before bringing a product to market. “People misunderstand that this is just another instance of Big Pharma corruption,” she told Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., chairman and chief litigation counsel for Children’s Health Defense, during an episode of “RFK Jr. The Defender Podcast.”
“It’s much, much bigger than that.” Latypova said we have government reports describing the COVID-19 vaccines as a biological weapon. “I have a question to our government,” she said. “What is it that they’re exactly forcing on us?”
The DOD is “fully in charge” of the COVID-19 vaccine clinical trials and the vaccine’s manufacturing and distribution, and it owns the vaccine “until it is injected into a person,” she said.
By creating a “pseudo-legal structure” over time that included Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) and other transaction authority agreements—called OTAs—the U.S. government allowed the military to take over the distribution of vaccines without adhering to historical safety testing guidelines or product recall procedures.
According to Latypova, the notion that the COVID-19 vaccines met regulatory standards for safety and effectiveness was the “biggest lie that was sold to the public.”
“I am describing a very illegal structure that’s made legal on paper,” she said. “It’s unlawful. They—the government—are driving this.” Kennedy agreed with Latypova and pointed out that OTA was designed to allow the Pentagon to quickly buy weapons and weapons systems without paying attention to any existing regulatory authorities.
Kennedy said:
“What they’ve done is they’ve taken that authority and they’ve applied it to the vaccines so they’re purchasing the vaccines under OTA as a demonstration product. It’s all a huge military operation and the involvement of the drug companies is a kind of window dressing.”
The DOD paid the pharmaceutical companies for their brand names so people would think they were getting something from Pfizer or Moderna—but all of the distribution and manufacturing is done by the military, Kennedy said. The pharmaceutical companies were brought in to put their name on it and then to pretend to do clinical trials, he said.
Latypova and Kennedy discussed how the military accomplished this without most workers involved in the production and distribution of the vaccine catching on. They also discussed how citizens and lawyers might effectively challenge the Pentagon’s COVID-19 vaccination project in the court system.

Alexandra Latypova goes even further on her substack blog (https://sashalatypova.substack.com/p/the-role-of-the-us-dod-and-their):
“Hundreds of Covid countermeasures contracts became available via FOIA and SEC disclosures in redacted [censored] form. Review of these contracts indicates a high degree of control by the US Government In other words, the U.S. Government and DOD specifically ordered a fake theatrical performance from the pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Just to make extra certain that the pharmas are free to conduct the fakery, the contracts include the removal of all liability for the manufacturers and any contractors along the supply and distribution chain under the 2005 PREP Act and related federal legislation.”
A prototype is defined as “an early sample, model, or release of a product built to test a concept or process.” Latypova posted on her substack that a July 21, 2020, contract was issued by the Department of The Army ordering a demonstration prototype from Pfizer. Now let’s look at how the U.S. Government uses complicated language to hide its dirty deeds. A portion of the government contract reads:
“Request for Prototype Proposals (RPP) 20-11, Objective PRE-20-11 for ‘COVID-19 Pandemic –Large Scale Vaccine Manufacturing Demonstration’ (Pfizer, Inc.) … The CMF [Consortium Management Firm] Administrative Cost was approved as a ‘Special Allocation’ for Operation Warp Speed (OWS) Prototype Projects executed under the MCDC [Medical CRBN Defense Consortium] OTA. The effort currently has $1,950,097,500.00 of available funding … .”
This government document further states:
“The scope of this prototype project is the demonstration by Pfizer of the supply and logistics capability to manufacture and distribute to the Government of 100M doses of a novel mRNA-based vaccine….While pre-clinical, clinical, and chemistry/manufacturing/controls (CMC) activities are described in the Background section of this Statement of Work, the Parties acknowledge and agree that such activities not related to the large-scale manufacturing demonstration are out-of-scope for this prototype project … .”
What this author appears to be stating is that the Department of Defense is paying pharmaceutical companies to use their brand, to make the public believe that they are producing the vaccines. And these so-called vaccines are not required to go through clinical trials or standard manufacturing controls.
Her words in my view, point to what Minister Farrakhan has said over and over again, that the Federal Government is engaged in a “Plan of Depopulation.” The “Operation Warp Speed” Initiative to produce “vaccines” is a part of the U.S. Government’s depopulation agenda as set forth in a part the of “National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests (NSSM200).”
Memorandum 200 was completed on December 10, 1974, by the United States National Security Council under the direction of National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger. It was adopted as official U.S. policy by President Gerald Ford in November 1975 and is still on the books.
This Depopulation policy enlisted the service of many branches of government to carry out its objectives, including the U.S Department of Defense and Agriculture.
In subsequent years the Defense and Agriculture departments have been funding research in areas necessary to carry out Kissinger’s depopulation plot, including the manufacturing of a “pandemic.” They have funded explorations in biological warfare that include race-specific bioweapons, genetically modified organisms, and bioweapons called “vaccines.” We are not looking at “regulatory capture” where the pharmaceutical industry has taken control of the regulatory agencies.
We are looking at government policy being executed by the agencies of government which is using taxpayer money to hire Big Pharma and their brand name, while the DOD produces bioweapons while being legally protected from being sued for damage done to the American people. The Department of Defense is using OTA (Other Transactions Authority) funding to produce so-called vaccines to poison the American public, draining them of their health and wealth.
Since the American people have clearly become the “Enemy of the State,” it is time for Black people to Separate. There is nothing left but “Separation or Death.”
