Unveiling the Number 19

[Editor’s Note: This article is a reprint that was published online on July 21, 2005; and The Final Call will continue to publish articles by our late and dear Mother Tynnetta Muhammad.]

This article appeared in the July 21, 1967 edition of the Muhammad Speaks newspaper, Vol. 6, No. 44. The cover and the inside story should be of great interest to our readers because it focuses on that region of the world that is currently fulfilling Biblical Prophecy.

THE POWER and authority of the kings and rulers of the East–especially the Muslim kings and rulers–have been limited by the powers of the West. Devils and infidels have ruled the people of the East for a long time.

Like an overflowing river, Europe flowed capturing the resources of the East for their markets and enslaving its people through division. They assassinated rulers and kings by bribing one to work against the other. They drove out the real owners to take over and set up their own rule–what Daniel described as “the abomination that maketh desolate.” Daniel 11:31.

THE EASTERN people then became hungry for the luxuries enjoyed by the West. This made them easy prey to the West’s imperialism.

It is impossible for the wicked to be at peace. They practice hate among themselves. By nature, they were made to destroy the peace of the righteous–and finally go to war against the God of the righteous.

WHEN THE Muslims learn that by nature the devils were made our enemies, they will separate themselves from our enemies. This time and trouble is mentioned in Daniel 11:41, 42. “He shall enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown. He shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape.”

We cannot ignore these prophecies.

THE WAR of the nations of the earth must bring an end to the wicked against the righteous by destroying and drying up the power of the wicked–which has been firmly set over the righteous for a long time. The drying up of the waters of the river Euphrates means the drying up of the powers of the wicked West.

The East is where the serpent began his first experimentation on the righteous which, at that time, caused his expulsion from the East.

[“And the sixth angel poured out his bowl upon the great river, Euphrates, and its water was dried up, that the way of the kings of the East might be prepared.” Revelation, Chapter 16, verse 12]
