“Keep up prayer from the declining of the sun till the darkness of the night, and the recital of the Qur’an at dawn. Surely the recital of the Qur’an at dawn is witnessed. And during a part of the night, keep awake by it, beyond what is incumbent on thee; maybe thy Lord will raise thee to a position of great glory.” –Holy Qur’an, Surah 17, verses 78, 79
As we are witnessing an old world going out and a new world coming in, each day is like looking back to remember in the present moment of perfect time. As we prepare to face the challenges that the new year will bring, let us go forward with the remembrance of Allah as the Greatest Force. Satan’s world challenges God’s presence with falsehood and deception to bring to naught God’s powerful Truth and Promises to the righteous of a world of peace and prosperity.
Under the banner of religion and superstition, Satan beguiles his victims into a trap of false worship and idolatry like a spider weaving a sticky web of confinement and ultimately death. Only through a collective effort on the part of humanity to establish the principles of Truth in all deeds and actions, with Almighty God in the forefront, can the kings of the earth be united and return with power and great glory.
For a little better than two months, beginning immediately the day after Minister Farrakhan’s address on the Day of Atonement delivered on October 16, I began my final journey of the year 2003, with a visit to Phoenix, Arizona to participate in the 4th annual youth program called “Peace Fest.”
From Phoenix, a few days later, I traveled to Los Angeles, California on October 23 to prepare the publication for the current edition of my magazine, Cultural Links.
In the process of Atonement and the Reconciliation of our differences, the timeline of destiny, and in the synchronistic order of the Law of Time, people, places and events emerged and revolved in the course of my extended stay while in California, crisscrossing the terrain from the center of L.A. and southern California to the Bay area and back again to Los Angeles.
We worked the field on the subject set forth in a series of lectures entitled: “A Lion in a Cage.” The basis of this subject was taken from “The Supreme Wisdom Lessons” which forms the cornerstone of Knowledge in the establishment of the Nation of Islam in America, founded by Master W. Fard Muhammad, and bequeathed to the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and his followers, as our inheritance of pure and unadulterated Truth.
During this same period of time, I was introduced to a new healthcare facility recently made available to our Black communities which serves to restore balance to our circulatory system and cardiac care centering around our major health concerns of hypertension, diabetes and kidney dysfunction.
I also came in touch with outstanding artisans and friends from among the believing community with outreach to youth organizations, members of the city council, historians, health care practitioners, nationalists, Egyptologists, psychologists, world famous entertainers, writers, authors and professors, which included world famous artists and film producers from China and Japan, down to the head teacher and founder of the Whirling Dervish Society established in America from the Mevlevi Order based in Turkey.
In remembrance of all these persons, people, places and events, we must hold fast to the remembrance of Allah as the Greatest Force Who brings us to life and to death in the eternal cycle of Time, as we look back to remember in the present ever moment.
With the transition of our Native American sister, Wauneta Lonewolf, “Wak’iya Lu’taw’in”–Red Thunder Woman, God’s Truth will prevail, as we are never separated from God throughout eternity. God’s promise to us is true, that we inherit heaven and earth and thus, in the truest sense of the word, like thought, we never die!
To be continued.
“And say: My Lord, make me enter a truthful entering, and make me go forth a truthful going forth, and grant me from Thy presence an authority to help (me). And say: The Truth has come and falsehood vanished. Surely falsehood is ever bound to vanish.” –Holy Qur’an, Surah 17, verses 80, 81
