TALLEDEGA, Ala.—Student Minister James Muhammad of Mosque No. 69 in Birmingham, Ala., was recently invited to give the opening invocation at the presidential inauguration of Dr. Gregory Vincent at Talladega College on Nov. 4. Talladega College, an HBCU, is Alabama’s first private historically Black liberal arts college.
