In clear and firm language, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad taught on the source and value of divine prophecy. He made clear that humanity, especially our generations, had come into the time when those prophecies, written long ago, of the end of this world and the establishment of the kingdom of God has arrived. He taught that God was, in fact, present–in full reality. He worked hard to help everyone, especially his people, to grow into the awareness of these facts and how to properly understand and act by it.

Additionally, he knew the future. That future includes the present. That especially included the future place, function and work of his lead minister, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. He knew that he would be with God in the guiding and backing of Minister Farrakhan among his other activities with God.

He clearly saw this. He clearly spoke of this. However, he was not understood despite the clarity of his speech. He knew that and he knew all of their excuses for their rejections.

He said that one of his followers would do a big job of helping us and many others to understand him. One of the ways he explained what was to come was through Aaron’s function to help the people understand what Moses taught. Now, no one has an excuse for claiming they can’t see that Aaron was a type or a sign of Minister Farrakhan.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad also knew that generally most did not believe the truth of divine prophecy. So, in an article, that now appears as Chapter 58 of “The Fall of America,” entitled, The Mother Plane, he wrote: “The disbeliever believes that which he sees present and not that which is prophesied to come. That is why he is the loser and takes the course to hell, because he disbelieves in that which is prophesied to come about a particular day.”

The prophetic/scriptural description of these times includes a description of the inner current state of the minds and hearts of the people living today, both the rulers and the ruled.

Jealousy and envy–rooted in selfishness–were foreseen as dominant characteristics of the motives of a huge number of people. So, we must ask: Are we jealous? Of who and why? Are we envious? Of who and why? Are we selfish? How are these three related? How do these obstruct our views and growth? Can we enter God’s kingdom in this state?

Speaking of extreme selfishness, if you are going to see a movie, consider this one. Peter Elkind and Bethany McLean are the co-authors of a book titled, “Smartest Guys in the Room: The Amazing Rise and Scandalous Fall of Enron” (2003). Later, based on their book, it was made into a movie entitled, Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room.

The director of the movie, Alex Gibney, had this to say about  the movie: “At the end of the day, I hope that watching the film makes you as angry as it made me when I was making it. This is the cinema … version of the Titanic: A few people sailed off in gilt-edged lifeboats while everyone else drowned.”

After making another point, he continued: “But unlike the Titanic, the fault for Enron’s collapse is not limited to a few executives. As the film shows, our major investment banks, our accounting firms, our lawyers, indeed the very government, that is supposed to protect us, all aided and abetted Enron in doing what it did.”

Some of these banks have been sued. At least one of them has agreed to make a settlement of over $2 billion. Others are reportedly in line to pay up.

The slavemaster set up conditions for jealousy and envy to be planted deeply in the hearts of the slaves. That continues today. But also we must know this: That unknown to Black people, especially nowadays, is a profound envy of our future by the wicked, who see our future better than we do and seek to destroy us.

Remember, the Holy Qur’an closes on jealousy and envy.

Minister Farrakhan, as did his teacher, teaches that the first step in civilizing a savage is to teach the savage how to wear clothes. Since no nation rises higher than its woman, it should be clear which direction America is headed, when many woman are all but nude in the public. (Some men too.)

Now, thousands of America’s preachers of religion are preaching of Jesus’ imminent return to this earth. But ponder this: How will these millions of Whites, not to think of Blacks and others, react when they learn that Minister Farrakhan has been accurately/faithfully representing the truth of the real Christ, and his reality, whom they preach is about to return?

The scriptures prophesied that the wicked will express the profoundest kind of regret that they disrespected and held in contempt Minister Farrakhan, when the chastisement befalls them, which is to come down in all of its fullness–from God, as it is written–in a matter of months.

None but fools despise wisdom.

Now, since it is obvious that this phase of Minister Farrakhan’s assignment is winding down, to give way to the next phase of his work, ponder these excerpts from the Holy Qur’an, 5:44-50.

“Surely We revealed the Torah, having guidance and light. By it did the prophets who submitted themselves (to Allah) judge for the Jews, and the rabbis and the doctors of law … . So fear not the people and fear Me, and take not a small price for My messages. And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the disbelievers.” (verse 44)

“And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the wrongdoers.” (verse 45)

“And We sent after them in their footsteps Jesus, son of Mary, verifying that which was before him of the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel containing guidance and light, and verifying that which was before it of the Torah, and a guidance and an admonition for the dutiful.” (verse 46)

“And let the People of the Gospel judge by that which Allah has revealed in it. And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the transgressors.” (verse 47)

“And We have revealed to thee the Book with the truth, verifying that which is before it of the Book and a guardian over it, so judge between them by what Allah has revealed … .” (verse 48)

“And that thou shouldst judge between them by what Allah has revealed … .” (verse 49)

“Is it then the judgment of ignorance that they desire? And who is better than Allah to judge for a people who are sure?” (verse 50)

More, next issue, Allah willing, on the fact that

Minister Farrakhan has delivered, and is delivering, to us and to the world the word of Allah, with allof the riches it contains for this hour.

A very rough hour is on the way and, as the Honorable Elijah Muhammad warned us, “Pray not for that day, for it will catch many of our loved ones lagging behind.”
