The Final Call’s Exclusive Interview with Dr. Paul Alexander, Scientist, Epidemiologist and Former White House Advisor
Dr. Paul Alexander is a Trinidadian academic scientist, with extensive experience working with the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), HHS (U.S. Department of Health & Human Services), FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration), the White House COVID-19 Response Team, and other agencies and organizations.
Dr. Alexander spoke about the many lies propagated by government officials, vaccine companies, and the mainstream media; the COVID PCR test fraud; the failures of masks, lockdowns, school and business closures; and more. [Interview edited for clarity and length.]
Dr. Alexander on the Myth of Asymptomatic Transmission [this refers to an infection that has not manifested in the body in the form of symptoms such as sniffles, coughing, fever, etc.]
We found out very early on that this was about vaccines. We knew the “asymptomatic transmission” was a lie. We said so. I wrote about it. Dr. Anthony Fauci and other government officials were lying. There’s no such thing. It’s garbage …We couldn’t find one case …
›Dr. Alexander on the PCR COVID Test
We showed that the PCR test was oversensitive …We were even showing that about 95% of all of these “positive cases”—spooking Trump, spooking the world—all of these infections were a lie! Ninety-five percent to 97% of the so-called infectious cases were false-positives. We closed universities and schools and businesses down, knowing—Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx knew—the PCR test was not a proper diagnostic test. …You are not picking up COVID virus. You’re picking up old coronavirus, common cold coronaviruses, even flu. You’re picking up viral dust, fragments, not SARS-CoV-2. We showed the government agencies and White House officials. They didn’t care.
Dr. Alexander: ‘Masks Are Junk’
Then they started to shut the society down and mandate masks. You tell them that Dr. Paul Alexander said every single blue mask is junk. Every time you wore it from day one, they knew who you were. They knew when you walked around in the mask, you were just being a fool. It doesn’t work. They know it. It’s just theater, never worked. And it all culminated in the vaccine. They did all of this, and they dangled the vaccine and your freedom in front of you and said,
“Well, you know what, you take this vaccine—Pfizer and Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson—you get your freedom.”
Around June/July 2021, people who were “vaccinated” in January/February 2021 were told, ‘Sorry. Put back on your mask,’ because the shots didn’t work, recounted Dr. Alexander.
You were right to question things. But they made us suffer for two-and-a-half years … I’ve published in the American Institute of Economic Research, the Brownstone Institute; I’ve published prolifically there on failures of the lockdowns, failures of the school closures, failures of the masks, all of the mandates. We showed that everywhere that you implemented a mask mandate in the United States—every state, any city—infections spiked … Mask mandates are just junk, junk science. And the reality is we realized very early on that the push by Fauci and Birx on that podium when Trump would bring them out—they would just speak their scientific junk. Look, I worked in that administration, and I am part of the early treatment and part of all of the vaccine research groups globally… But I’m also a very blunt matter-of-fact person.
The Pandemic Response: ‘A Complete Failure’
We showed government officials the science—that vaccinated people were becoming infected and spreading back in July of 2021. Why? Because, we told them, first of all, all of the mRNA platforms failed. Every single time they studied this platform, the mRNA gene platform in the animal model, the animals died. The animals died! Liver failure, kidney failure—the animals died! The pharmaceutical industry couldn’t even get approval to move forward.

My family didn’t take the vaccine. I ensured that. But they brought it to you. Those of you who fell for it, the problem is we kept telling you ‘No.’ But we were blocked out from the legacy media … And people like me, Dr. Peter McCullough—we’ve been targeted and slandered and blacklisted and censored. We lost income, all of that, but we wanted to make sure that you understood, and we wanted to lay the history out. This is the science: the vaccine failed out of the box; it didn’t work.
They knew that it didn’t work. Pfizer, Moderna knew that. Had they said what the real effectiveness was, you would have said, “Well, wait. Why would I take a vaccine which would give me less than 1% absolute risk benefit, that skews towards harm? I might have toxic side effects from the vaccine: I’m hearing about myocarditis and pericarditis, etc.” So, they have all of these burdens to take this vaccine with just a very modest, almost zero, benefit. “I don’t want this vaccine.” But they lied to you … And that’s what the pharmaceuticals do to you all the time … All of it is a lie!
We all will come to understand one day, that the pandemic response was a complete failure, everything about it. Everything! Every time you kept your child out of school, every time you masked them, every time you listened to the garbage that the schoolteachers and the administrators said, it was a failure—junk. And people like me—actual scientists—were slandered and smeared and attacked and pilloried and fired because we said NO! I’m not going to go along with it. I’m going to tell the people the truth. And yes, we took hits! But the truth is still the truth, and now you’re beginning to see the effect.
Truth about the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)
The CDC is not a public health agency. It has become a political agency. It works for the government. It bends the science and twists science and omits the science and lies in the science in their reports and in their guidance, depending on who they support, and who’s giving them funding and funds and more funds. And when the CDC issues some statement, that’s not a law. That’s not a binding policy or a legal thing to do. Since it’s a “guidance,” generally what I say is guidance is guidance. Do I have to follow it? I don’t have to follow it. The public thinks that all of these agencies are right, and they see the doctors following the CDC, but nobody stops to read and to see the garbage that they produce.

There is data by the thousands across America that came from all different states. The media in Washington made an arrangement across the board, that none of the media—ABC, NBC, CNN—none of them would report it. Why? Because when that data was coming in, it startled them: because of the lockdowns and the school quotas, children across America were hanging themselves. Parents found their children across ethnicities—Black, White, whomever—took their lives, in their bedrooms. That’s what Fauci and Birx and the CDC did to America! And it didn’t want the public to know, so the media locked it down and covered it up.
…I’m just telling you what was taking place. Pres. Trump was on that podium, fighting the unions and the teachers and cities to open schools. That was my job, too. I was behind the scenes, pounding away, devastating them with the science… The problem is that they covered it up, because had they released the news that people’s children were hanging themselves, Trump would have looked good … So, they decided nobody will know, but I’m telling you, I’m telling you. Parents beat their children senseless, physically abused their children, sexually abused children, people in their homes. That’s the true legacy of this. It wasn’t captured or recorded or reported, because normally those things get flagged first in school. But we did catch it, tens of thousands suffered. That was their legacy.
