“And mention Mary in the book. When she drew aside from her family to an Eastern place; So she screened herself from them. Then we sent to her Our spirit and it appeared to her as a well-made man. She said: I flee for refuge from thee to the Beneficent, if thou art one guarding against evil. He said: I am only bearer of a message of thy Lord: That I will give Thee a pure boy.”–Holy Qur’an, Surah 19, verses 16-19
As we continue writing this series of articles under the title, Unveiling the Number 19, I am desirous that we expand our spiritual consciousness to see God in the full light of His Divine Presence and Reality working amongst us today.
›It is most important that Black women, as mothers of civilization, come to recognize their important role and responsibility as the helpmate of God and as truly his Second-Self, so teaches the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. Therefore, in the upcoming editions of our newspaper, we will extend this section to include news and views about women and society in America and throughout the world as we have approached a new beginning in the history of man and civilization on our planet.
The divine work of Minister Louis Farrakhan Muhammad is now calling forth, by God’s Divine Guidance, the expression of women the world over, particularly of the Black women at home and abroad to fulfill her great destiny as a testimonial to the manifest presence of God in the world Today. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad has stated that three-fourths of his work and mission lay in the elevation, training and reformation of our women into a higher divine knowledge of themselves and God, for a nation can rise no higher than its woman. He also stated that a man cannot perfect his wisdom without the woman.
This means that 75 percent of our nation’s present course and future progress is determined by our proper understanding of the woman’s role in the divine Creation and is part of the secret or mystery of God is now revealed, which is critical to our rebirth as a nation of people.
Minister Farrakhan Muhammad, walking in the footsteps of his divine teacher, role model and guide, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, under divine guidance is continuing the Initiatory Process of this new training for women which has always been present with us in the foundation principles of the Nation of Islam upon the coming of Master W. Fard Muhammad to Detroit, Michigan, in 1930.
Minister Farrakhan has come to see with greater maturity in the process of his own spiritual growth and development, the importance of mother, as in the example of his own mother, Sister Sumayyah Farrakhan, now deceased, the Divine preparation, and feeding of the mind of God that gives birth to righteous offspring. This experience deepened his consciousness on the spiritual meaning of Mary and her son as a sign to the nations given to us to study from the divine teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.
As we develop this new section devoted to the expression of women and the New World Order, we will take our lead from the example of the woman, Mary, whose name now identifies our Mosque on Stony Island, so named by Minister Farrakhan Muhammad on February 20, 1989, as a sign of the present messianic work of our nation in “The Dawn of a New Day.” Minister Farrakhan came to see, by God’s permission, during the last several years how to implement more fully the program for the elevation of our women to a higher position of respect and honor among the nations of the world with the focus on Mary, the mother of Jesus as the Messiah of the world to activate the principles of God’s own divine origin in the heavens and the earth.
God came to us in the Person of the son of Man, the Messiah of the Christians and the Great Mahdi of the Muslims. He searched and found one from among us, Elijah, in whom he breathed the breath of life which was the word of God emitted like a seed that has now germinated into the beginning of a great nation inside of the nation of America.
The sign of Mary being impregnated with child is the sign given in the scripture of Bible and Qur’an which is being fulfilled today by a whole people, the ex-slaves of America, being prepared by God as a Bride for her husband giving birth to a New World Order of peace and righteousness. As we grow into the knowledge of this New World Order being revealed by God, we are uniting with other members of our original nation all over the planet Earth which includes the Indian populations of North, Central and South America.
The Great Initiation of our women into the study of the character, life and personality of Mary and her divine connection to God is now awakening and inspiring a great spiritual regenerative movement of our women and nation throughout the Western Society in particular and comes in fulfillment of a great prophecy from which God is making his presence known first in America and then the entire world.
