Farrakhan The Traveler

[Editor’s Note: This article is a reprint and was published online on Sept. 26, 2006.]

Now that we have covered what we have, in the last few articles, we can get closer to the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan’s heart–a heart that was prophesied by God through His prophets long ago.

After his teacher, Minister Farrakhan has the next hardest job of any man who ever lived. This job is as hard as it is because of our condition. He was raised up to raise us out of our miserable state of condition to the place to which he–with his teacher–is working to get us in.

In order to have had the kind of success that Minister Farrakhan has had in raising the dead, he would have to have a heart like his teacher, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, whose heart is like that of his Teacher’s heart.

There is a question that I asked Minister Farrakhan for the book, “Closing The Gap,” which he answered in a manner that further revealed the beauty of his heart, as well as his soaring spiritual intellect. It was:

“What is it about Black people here in America, despite our extraordinarily wretched condition, attitude and disposition, that makes us so precious or so valuable in the sight of God, according to what the Honorable Elijah Muhammad preached for 44 years and that you have preached now going on 29 years, absent his presence?”

If you think that was a good question, wait until you read the answer.

On page 61 of “The Fall of America,” the Honorable Elijah Muhammad wrote the following words: “The American so-called Negro has been made out of himself and kind by the White Americans. He must now be reformed. In fact, God has promised him a new body. The Bible and the Holy Qur’an teach us that we will be a new people altogether. He was destroyed and acts ignorant and foolish. He is not aware of his ignorant actions because he has become a part of ignorance.

“Now the end of the term which was set for the White man has come. The average so-called Negro, the lost found member of the Black nation does not know that this is the end of the world of the White man (his rule over the Black nation). He will not listen to one of his own kind who tells or teaches him of the time and doom of the world that we have known (White man’s world).”

I put some of his words in bold to make an important point.

Let’s look again at the words “a part of ignorance.” What does it means to bring to spiritual life a people who have become “a part of ignorance?” Have there ever been a people this ignorant? What kind of heart do you have to have to endure the suffering that must be endured to work with a people like us, as have as the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and Minister Farrakhan?

Along with being buried in the gross level of ignorance, we have been made in many respects just like our open enemies. In fact, I am among those who heard the Honorable Elijah Muhammad speak on this more than once.

Evil and ignorant. What a combination! And worse, we’re madly in love with our open enemies. Yet, we are the people of God, whom He loves and is determined to save for His glorious purposes.

The headline of my article in last week’s issue of The Final Call, “We must come to love scriptures,” was of course made by the Editorial Department of this glorious newspaper. I say ‘glorious’ because this newspaper carries the Word of God, Himself. It carries the word of the modern Moses and the modern Aaron. It’s glorious because it serves the purpose of the Divine Supreme Being to herald the Kingdom of God, Himself.

We’ll never really come to love the scriptures without being in love with the man through whom God revealed the true meanings to (and through) and in love with Minister Farrakhan, who brought back the names and the truths of his Backers!

Jesus spoke to his listeners about their search in the scriptures, for in them they thought they had life. But, he went on to say that the scriptures testified of him. In him was the life that they sought. It was not in the scriptures absent him. There is tremendous truth in this fact when we understand that they testify to the truth of Master Fard Muhammad, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and Minister Farrakhan–and us, too.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad wrote: “Everything written in the Bible was written to give us a picture of today.” He also taught that the Holy Qur’an and the Bible verify each other.

He also said, “If we know what is said to us and what is written by the prophets for us to read, study and ponder over, and if we understand, we should not fall victims to misunderstanding and disbelief.” (The Fall of America, page 59)

We should study these words very, very carefully. If we are confused, we should remember that we’re not justified in continuing in confusion, since Master Fard Muhammad and the Honorable Elijah Muhammad did not make even a scintilla (tiniest amount) of a mistake in placing Minister Farrakhan in the exalted seat in which he sits.

His answers in “Closing The Gap” are proof–which is beyond evidence–of this fact. His answers provide clear proofs that God has visited America and raised the Honorable Elijah Muhammad for us all!

Once we leave God out of what we perceive and our thinking or planning, or out of whatever we see in situations or conditions, or problems and solutions, absent Allah, or minus Allah, or without Allah’s “colouring,” we cannot and do not see anything accurately or correctly or in perspective.

For this book, “Closing The Gap,” Minister Farrakhan answered every question I asked him for our benefit “divinely.” I repeat, he answered every question divinely. Of course, I expected no less. We need no less.

I expected no less because of who he is and what he means to Black people–and beyond Black people in America, to other peoples of the earth. I have this kind of confidence in the work of my Brother because I’m blessed to be among those who know who he is.

I’m writing this article on September 16, perhaps a week after Minister Farrakhan arose to rebuild the Nation of Islam; one day before his more-than-a-vision experience and two days before he first began to reveal that experience–first through two blessed Black women–Mother Khadijah Farrakhan and Mother Tynnetta Muhammad.

Next, he revealed it to me.

Something awesome has been revealed to and is being revealed through Minister Farrakhan. I believe you will see signs of this in “Closing The Gap.”

He stands in the same situation that is like a “GAP” that Aaron stood in, for the benefit of God’s people. That’s described in the Book of Exodus. I hope Allah blesses us to get into this next issue, Allah willing.
