“And they honour not Allah with the honour due to Him; and the whole earth will be in His grip on the day of Resurrection and the heavens rolled up in His right hand. Glory be to Him! And highly exalted is He above what they associate (with Him).”—Holy Qur’an, Surah 39, verse 67

“And your Lord says: Pray to Me, I will answer you. Those who disdain My service will surely enter hell, abased.”—Holy Qur’an, Surah 40, verse 60

Footnote 516 of Muhammad Ali’s translation of the Holy Qur’an reads: “It should be noted that trusting in Allah does not imply inaction. Everything necessary is to be done, a course of action must be determined in the proper manner, and then in pursuing that course, trust must be placed in Allah, which clearly implies that a man should do his utmost and then leave the consequences to Allah; that is, he must be resigned to what follows, taking the consequences with a cool mind.” (Footnote 516 of Maulana Muhammad Ali’s translation of the Holy Qur’an)

Because of my purpose with this article, here is some of the context in which these words appear.

…“So pardon them and ask protection for them, and consult them in (important) matters. But when thou hast determined, put thy trust in Allah. Surely Allah loves those who trust (in Him).” (Holy Qur’an 3:158)

“If Allah helps you, there is none that can overcome you; and if He forsakes you, who is there that can help you after Him? And in Allah should the believers put their trust.” (Holy Qur’an 3:159)

I do not have the space, nor is it my purpose, to go further into the context, except to say these words are always relevant to our circumstances and condition, given the fact that we are in the time of the Great Mahdi and the Messiah and a very special human being—the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and the end of this world of evil. We are in the time of the initial forming of that which the scriptures call the Kingdom of God or of Heaven on earth, right here in America.

I apologize for rushing my article in Volume 26, Number 13 of this great newspaper. Here, I’ll explain my reason for this section of that article.

“Finally, in November 1961, I asked him, ‘Dear Holy Apostle, isn’t it true that when one reads Psalms, one is reading the heart of the last Messenger?” We were eating our bean soup.

“It is very difficult for me to put in words, on a piece of paper, the way that he reacted. But I’ll do my best. In part of his reaction, he reacted as if his attention was caught by someone else in the room, of whom he had the highest respect, who I could not see. However, this is what he did. He turned abruptly and completely to his left; where there was more space in the room and he looked upward, I would say at about 45 degrees. I heard just a few of his words.

I suppose I looked at him with my eyes wide opened. I was startled.

After a moment, he turned slowly back around to his right and resumed the taking of his soup. And as he lifted his spoon to his mouth, he glanced at me and said, ‘Yes, Brother.’ ”

Up to that date (I do not remember the exact date, but it was in November 1961) I had never been involved in a circumstance wherein I realized I was in the presence of God. Of course, I came to understand that I was always in His presence—as we all are, all of the time, every moment of the day! He is really here. That was/is the work of the Messiah and of his chief helper, Minister Farrakhan.

Here are some verses from the Bible that serves part of my purpose with this article about the reality and the presence of God in the teachings of Minister Farrakhan that he learned from his teacher.

“For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him..” (2 Chronicles 16:9)

“The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry.” (Psalms 34:15)

“The eyes of the LORD are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good.” (Proverbs 15:3)

“Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD are on the sinful kingdom, And I will destroy it from the face of the earth … .” (Amos 9:8)

“They are the eyes of the LORD, which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth.” (Zechariah 4:10)

“They are the eyes of the LORD, which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth… .” (1Peter 3:12)

In the words of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad we read in “The Fall of America,” that which we can read in many of Minister Farrakhan addresses.

“The eyes and ears of Allah (God) are open, looking and listening to their actions. It is not necessary for Allah (God) to use mechanical devices. Allah (God) is physically real and He has real physical eyes and ears. He is capable of seeing and hearing everything we do and say. He has power to defeat us in our plans which are against His plans.”

“The American slave-holders want to deceive the so-called Negro into believing that Allah (God) is not paying attention to them. The White man wants them to believe that he is the god that they should pay attention to.” (Chapter 57 of “The Fall of America”).

“The Black Nation is under the Guidance and Guardianship of our God, the Great Mahdi, He is The Restorer, The Defender of The Black Nation. He Will Restore and Defend us.

“There is nothing that the White race can think of in this day and time that is not already known by the God of the Black Nation. Therefore, the showdown will be victorious on the side of the God Who Knows what we think and plan. He has power over us and over the atoms of the atmosphere. The attacker would have no power whatsoever to defend himself in a showdown against such a Wise and Powerful God. The Great Mahdi.

“The Great Mahdi has and exercises power over everything of the creation carries or brings forth power. One would be silly and greatly the loser to attack such a God. But nevertheless the world must see a showdown between the two Gods. His Eyes and Ears are ever Open in both camps, the wicked and the righteous. (Chapter 21 of “Our Saviour Has Arrived”).”

Minister Farrakhan has delivered clear addresses on His backers: Master Fard Muhammad and the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.

At the top of page 61 of “Our Saviour Has Arrived,” starting with the words “Of all the knowledge … ” to the bottom of page 74, are seven articles by Minister Farrakhan’s teacher on God’s reality. He used four arguments to make his case, namely mathematics, human nature, science and the scriptures.

Minister Farrakhan’s pain is inextricably wrapped up in the birth of God’s kingdom. Of course, this sounds foolish, bombastic, and the like, by many. But a growing number of people around the world either know better or are coming to know this. Did you even think you would see the Million Man March, which was divinely called by Minister Farrakhan?
