A Final Call dialogue with Busta Rhymes!

Hip Hop legend Busta Rhymes is back with a new project, “Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God” aka E.L.E.2. The 22-track release features guest spots from a variety of artists including Q-Tip, Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, Rapsody and many more. But perhaps the biggest surprise on Busta’s album is the title track, featuring the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam.

A veteran in the rap game, Busta Rhymes touches on topics that deal with the realities of politics, police brutality, male-female relationships and the Judgement of God, all while maintaining the classic quick-witted complex rhyme style and high energy flow that has made him a favorite of hip hop purists. E.L.E.2 also features a track with Rick Ross titled, “Master Fard Muhammad,” who is the teacher of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and founder of the Nation of Islam. The video for the song debuted Nov. 1 on various streaming platforms.

Tune in on www.finalcall.com Sunday, November 1 at 5 p.m. CDT (6 p.m. EDT) as Final Call managing editor Starla Muhammad and Nation of Islam Student Minister Dr. Wesley Muhammad dialogue with Busta Rhymes about his new project, what it means and his longevity and impact in the world of rap.
