The Fruit of Islam (FOI) are the men who belong to Islam in North America. They are fathers, husbands, brothers, students, servants and are responsible for spreading the teachings of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad as taught by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan in cities and towns across the U.S. and abroad.

In the sunshine, rain, snow or during the recent global pandemic of Covid-19, the FOI are dedicated to propagating the faith of Islam and spreading a kind word in the communities they serve.

After a 20-week hiatus due to the coronavirus, the FOI have been back on the block with The Final Call newspaper. Following safety protocols by wearing masks and other protective equipment, the Brothers have been enthusiastic about their return to their mission of helping in the resurrection of the Black man and woman through the life, light and guidance contained in The Final Call.

During a previous message, Min. Farrakhan talked about the importance of what the FOI do and provide. “I am grateful to each and every member of the FOI for their work in helping me to spread the Message of the Teaching of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad that is designed by Allah to lift the most downtrodden of the members of the Human Family: The Black man and woman of America first, because we have been put in the worst condition of any people that ever lived, so much so, that the prophet of God described us as ‘dead,’ said Min. Farrakhan.

“And as difficult as it would be for us to visit the cemetery and blast a trumpet, and cause the dead in those graves to rise up out of those graves is the difficulty of The Mission that Allah placed on the shoulders of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad,” he added.

Thank you to the FOI for your continued dedication, sacrifice and service!
