It was a wonderful day Sept. 12 as the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and Mother Khadijah Farrakhan celebrated 67 years of marriage. It was also the wedding day for a daughter of Nation of Islam student Supreme Capt. Mustapha Farrakhan and Karen, his wife, and the granddaughter of Mother Khadijah and Min. Farrakhan, which was webcast live over noi.org. Dr. Ruqayyah Farrakhan and Jeffrey Muhammad were joined in marriage in a ceremony officiated by Student Minister Ishmael Muhammad, student Assistant Minister at Mosque Maryam and National Assistant Minister to Min. Farrakhan. It was a special day with the celebration of a loving, long lasting beautiful union and the beginning of the journey of marriage for a young couple. A special video presentation highlighted some of the years that Min. Farrakhan and Mother Khadijah have enjoyed together. Well wishes were extended to both couples from Believers and others from around the globe. Happy anniversary to Mother Khadijah and Min.
