At each year’s end, America’s media makes forecasts for the new year. They have global news gathering resources. However, the profoundest insights into current events and the most accurate forecast for this pivotal year–2004–was provided only in this newspaper and it came from the pen of one man, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. I’m referring to The Final Call‘s interview of him, which appeared in the last three issues of this newspaper.
Every follower of his should spread this interview far and wide, less we be found asleep to the hour, as were Jesus’ followers when they came to take him away! I hope to explain what makes his “forecasts” so accurate before they have occurred. I’ve given him my response to his words.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad said, in the 1950s, that “there are many student ministers in the theological seminary colleges who probably know, or are learning, that most of what the Bible gives us of Jesus’ history has got to be a future man … .”
He learned this several years earlier. Remember, the Jesus factor filled the first exchange between his Teacher–Master Fard Muhammad–and himself in 1931.
He also came to understand the relationship of Muhammad’s history to the truth of Jesus and to our salvation today. He learned that during the seven years he was on the run from enemies, beginning in 1935.
As we’ll see, this aspect of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s study-assignment-history bears directly on the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan’s response to my question about the “104 books” and to his own assignment.
The Honorable Elijah Muhammad said that his Teacher, Master Fard Muhammad, gave him the key to the understanding of Jesus’ birth, life, ministry and death that was placed in the Holy Qur’an.
It is: “And We made the son of Mary and his mother a sign.” (23:50) He said that which serves as a sign is not that of which it is a sign. A sign points to other than itself.
The word “key” has several meanings. One of them is “the aspect of something that, once understood, provides a full understanding or explanation of the whole.”
On February 26, 1954, during his Saviour’s Day Address, when he asked Allah for a special helper, who came to him exactly one year later in the person of Minister Farrakhan, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad said this:
“I used to hear preachers preach about Jerusalem and, in those days when I was ignorant for the knowledge of just what it was all about, I thought if I could only have lived in the day that Jesus lived in Palestine that I would have been a great, great, great man as being one of his disciples and that I would have known all about what was going on and probably I could say that I don’t have the time to go to heaven. I would be in heaven.
“There has been lots of different and contrary teachings concerning the Bible’s teachings of Jesus and Jerusalem … . I want to help you to clear your own self of that misunderstanding as God Almighty Allah has revealed it to me … .
“They have mixed … Jesus of 2,000 years ago with that of the history or prophesy of what they called the coming of the Messiah and what we say the coming of the Mahdi. They have taken and mixed these two prophesies, or these two histories, together. And also, you will find in that same history of the Bible some portions of it dealing with the Messenger of the Mahdi instead of dealing directly with the Jesus of 2,000 years ago.
“Therefore, today it is such confused history that you cannot understand it without divine guidance. What you are looking for, or rather what you think that has happened, is now happening in this day.”
He went on to describe us as that baby nation, now being visited by the wise ones from the East. Two such men were at that meeting 50 years ago.

A frightful war is described in the 16th chapter of the 66th book of the Protestant Bible called Revelation. It’s described elsewhere in the scriptures and several American presidents, many rich people and others spoke, and speak of, with dread; It’s called “Armageddon.”
They teach that a disciple of Jesus received a series of revelations that constitute the book of Revelation, around 96 A.D., several decades after Jesus died and rose to be with God.
Christian theology teaches he was mentally transported into the future, and was made to see what was yet to come, by Jesus, who was then with God.
In the 12th Chapter of Revelation, a woman is foreseen as a “wonder in heaven.” She was described in symbolic terms; clothed with the sun; the moon was under her feet; upon her head was a crown of 12 stars. She was pregnant and about to give birth to a son, who would end this evil world and bring in an everlasting world of righteousness.
White Christians claim that this child is Jesus and the woman is Mary. But Mary had already given birth to Jesus and was dead by the time John received his revelations. Why should she be brought back to life, to rebirth Jesus, when she had already birthed him and he was now with God?
Many Christian scholars know that this woman could not be the Mary of 2,000 years ago. They state this in footnotes in Bibles. But the public is yet ignorant.
This prophecy in Revelation 12 could not refer to Mary and Jesus, as we’ve been taught, for reasons I’ll witness to in this column.
It is hard to believe that any woman could give birth to a child up in the sky, unless she was on some kind of physical plane. Of course, this could refer to a heavenly plane.
Once He comes of age, this man is to bring a rule of Freedom, Justice and Equality. He will be opposed by those whom He finds ruling in evil. But He will overcome them all.
The Christian world perceives this son’s rule to really begin on his second coming. But Jesus of 2,000 years ago just cannot be that particular son of man, or God, who would destroy Satan and his works, as it’s written in I John 3:8. This son is to do away with the very effects of Satan, which is what the Muslim world expects the Mahdi to do.
Prophet Muhammad did not fulfill the sign of Jesus. Moreover, Jesus predicted that this “Son of man” is to come from the East to the West, where “the carcass is” (the spiritually dead–us) at the end of the world.
The 19th Chapter of Revelation reads, ” … I saw heaven open, and behold a white horse … and him who sat on it judges with justice and makes war. The armies of heaven followed him … .”
This is the time of the resurrection of the spiritually dead and it’s the Day of Judgment of this entire world.
Minister Farrakhan is the representative of the Christ Jesus of the Book of Revelation. So who is Minister Farrakhan? And, who are you, since you live in this time?
More next issue, Allah willing.
