“And proclaim to men the Pilgrimage: they will come to thee on foot and on every lean camel, coming from every remote path: That they may witness benefits (provided) for them, and mention the name of Allah on appointed days over what He has given them of the cattle quadrupeds; then eat of them and feed the distressed one, the needy. Then let them accomplish their needful acts of cleansing, and let them fulfill their vows and go round the Ancient House.” –Holy Qur’an, Surah 22, verses 27—29
This Saviours’ Day celebration marked the 130th Birth Anniversary of Master Fard Muhammad–the Founder of the Nation of Islam in America, Who made Himself known in the city of Detroit, MI on July 4, 1930–77 years ago.

It was like no other in our history. We experienced the triumph of life over death in the resurrection of our mentally dead people. We experienced the return of the Great Mahdi and His Christ in the Presence of Almighty God, Allah. As in the final farewell pilgrimage or Hajj of Prophet Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to the Holy City of Mecca in Arabia, a timeline of prophetic history was in the making and explained in the address of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan on that magnanimous day of February 25.
We were called back to the Root of Civilization, to the symbolic Holy City of Mecca in the West, where God’s Divine Light traveled from the East to the West in lifting the Black Stone, symbolic of our people, being resurrected and raised to our proper place, to once again initiate a New Beginning. The Sacred Black Stone found in the northeast corner of the House of God, is in repair and the three pieces of meteorite stone, were being bound together into one piece, representing the subject of that day, delivered by the Honorable Minister Farrakhan, “One Nation Under God.”
This unfolding drama, in the northeast corner of America in the city of Detroit, located in a frigid zone, overlooking the Detroit River, facing Canada on the other side, is symbolic of the Great Work of the Mahdi, who traveled from the East, from the Holy City of Mecca, to find us, a lost and broken people in this part of the world.
The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan emerged miraculously, from passing through a life and death experience of a debilitating health crisis, to address a huge audience that spread like a beautiful skirt of people who came to hear his extraordinary words at the Ford Auditorium in the Marriott Renaissance Center.
He stated that for that one day, we would change the vowel “o” in the name Ford to an “a” to represent the name “Fard” Stadium where God had called His people to proclaim the Hajj pilgrimage and return back home to our roots.
He opened his address in the form of a prayer, by thanking all the millions of people near and far across America and around the world whom had prayed for his recovery, to come through his most difficult period in his life.
On that day, February 25, he publicly thanked Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, Agnostics and all of humanity, one and all whose vigilance in prayers and fasting which transformed his near death experience to life.
What was this a sign of? It was a sign that we were in the Presence of Almighty God, Allah reciting the pilgrim’s chant, “Here we are O Allah in Thine August Presence,” representing the worship of One God. We came from all diverse places and from every walk of life as a sign that all peoples and all nations, all races and all religious faiths form an integral part of the Universality of God’s Spirit and Essence for the whole of humanity. It was exactly on that day of the Honorable Minister Farrakhan’s address, February 25, 32 years ago when it was announced that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad had expired at the Mercy Hospital in Chicago, IL in 1975. Now, 32 years later, it is proven through the miraculous healing of the Minister that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad escaped from a death plot to make it over to the other side.
Even now, with our triumph of this Saviours’ Day event, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan is surrounded by both friends and foes alike, but they who are in opposition against him will not be able to put that small time plot against him. The preparation of his rise 30 years ago to help the Honorable Elijah Muhammad in the rebuilding of the Nation of Islam is meeting the timeline of his departure, which has also been prepared. He is fulfilling the prophetic picture of all those servants and prophets before him who were rejected and despised by the wicked and envious opponents.
This period marks the end of their opposition in breaking the prophets’ predictions that we would not survive in bringing in a whole New World Order of Peace and Righteousness. By our numbers gathered in the Fard (Ford) Auditorium, it was easy to see with the outpouring of well wishers and Believers that we are breaking the prophets’ predictions as we rise by the masses throughout America and all over the world.
May the peace and the blessings of Allah always be with the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan with the extension of life into the world of The Hereafter.
“And We never sent a messenger or a prophet before thee but when he desired, the devil made a suggestion respecting his desire; but Allah annuls that which the devil casts, then does Allah establish His messages. And Allah is Knowing, Wise–That He may make what the devil casts a trial for those in whose hearts is a disease and the hardhearted. And surely the wrongdoers are in severe opposition. And that those who have been given knowledge may know that it is the Truth from thy Lord, so they should believe in it that their hearts may be lowly before Him. And surely Allah is the Guide of those who believe, into a right path.” –Holy Qur’an, Surah 22, verses 52-54
