Many Black people read the Bible and are in the process of reading the Holy Qu’ran. But, how much do we really understand? How much do we understand the relationship between them?
Let us remember that you don’t read of any punishment of Aaron on the return of Moses. We do not read that the Aaron was punished. Why? It was because he was not guilty of the false charges of the wicked. No prophet of God was guilty of that which the wicked charged them. Nor is he of whom Aaron serves as a sign, guilty of that which the wicked charged him. The Aaron of the scriptures is but, one of the signs of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.
There are many people who are still ignorant–sincere, good hearted– but ignorant of the minds (the words” of Allah and the Honorable Elijah Muhammad respecting Minister Farrakhan, both before and since February 25th and the 26th, 1975. These good people are also ignorant of how to understand the prophetic word of God contained in the Bible and Holy Qur’an concerning the person, character, mission, message and work of Minister Farrakhan. Therefore, they have not accepted him as they might. Then, there are others who are not as good, at present.
›There is a point in time when after we accept the teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, if we continue to refuse to accept prophecies that are being or are yet unfulfilled, we will then fall into hypocrisy. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, with great insight, has said and written that if we understand the truth of the prophecies, from God, in the scriptures, we should not fall victim to misunderstanding, disbelief and hypocrisy.
In other words, at a certain point in our development belief in the truth of the past and present truths is insufficient. There comes a time when our faith must involve God’s words about events to come in the future. This is part of the practical value of the study of the Bible and Holy Qur’an.
This involves the work of Minister Farrakhan from 1977 to now.
After Korah’s rebellion ended, according to the Book of Numbers, (the fourth book of the Bible,) we find in the sixteenth chapter that the people were still deeply influenced by the evil of this rebellion. It shows that the roots of Korah’s evil was yet in them. They were so upside down that they charged Moses and Aaron with causing the earthquake or fire that destroyed Korah and his hosts. In verse 41 we read that “… the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron, saying, ‘Ye have killed the people of the Lord.’”
God became so angry that he decided to destroy these foolish murmurers. Moses and Aaron begged God to spare the people. If we rightly understand verses 46- 50, we will see some of the work the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, from where he is, through Minister Farrakhan, as he has worked since 1977.
That’s right, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad is guiding the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan from where he is.
Now, why don’t those who think this is crazy, apply that same yardstick, or measure, to the approximately two billion people, on this earth–and to their leaders– who claim that Jesus is alive? That is about the number of Christians and Muslims whose belief is that Jesus either died on the cross, 2,000 years ago, and that he later arose from death, or that he never really died on the cross at all–but was made to seem as if he was dead? Later, many claim that he was taken by God up into the heavens with Himself. There he awaits, God’s time to return–so billions believe that.
These beliefs teach, that he, Jesus, is to return to earth, at the end of this world’s time and do the rest of what God willed for him to do. The leaders of these nearly two billion, or so people, teach that he will be seen in a real human body, like, but superior to the one in which he left.
Well, in general, I believe that; except that this mostly applies to the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.
This is not the place where a definitive, or detailed commentary, could be given about the merits of the position of those of us who believe that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad did not die February 1975. This article is to present a brief and straightforward statement of my position with respect to the forces behind the rise and success of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and how his work testifies to the present exalted status of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.
On this matter of the return of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, I emphasize that we must first be concerned with what he had in mind, about himself, when and as he spoke of his departure and return. We must look well into his motives; his intentions–as best we can–before we can say he meant this or that, and, therefore, we must do this or that.
He was no fool. He did not speak foolishness. He was not a deceiver. He was a sincere truth teller–speaking to his people– with whom he was struggling to do that which was/is next to the impossible. That which is next to the impossible is the very thing that is still going on in the work of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan: the resurrection of (us) the dead.
The Honorable Elijah Muhammad was quite capable of exquisitely clear speech–speech so clear, as he used to put it–that even a fool could not misunderstand.
It is equally true, that there were matters of which he spoke, in a way that required time and growth on the part of his listeners to really understand. There were several factors he had to take into consideration. He did. He spoke to guide. He spoke to prepare. He spoke to protect. He spoke to resolve problems that had not even surfaced at that time; that were yet to be manifested. He was and is an exceedingly wise man, who had more than one fact–or time and event–in mind “when” he spoke about his return.
The subject of his return requires some grasp of what the Bible and the Holy Qur’an contain and teach on this subject, and how he (the Honorable Elijah Muhammad) understood or interpreted those writings. This also requires some knowledge of what he taught in public speeches, articles as well as what he told those who sat at his table–whether once, or on many occasions.
This subject involves sciences, the nature of which the wise of this world have some knowledge, but which most Black people–in America–know but little. This knowledge the Honorable Elijah Muhammad knew well, and then some. In the course of his work with us, and others, he could not help but indicate that he had mastered certain unusual skills. He was no ordinary man. Even those who now openly oppose him will admit this.
Evidence that different persons understood him differently can be seen in the fact that more than one has felt, or still feels, that the return of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad can be best understood in terms of their person, their proclamations about themselves that originate in their self-concepts.
This is a huge subject. They too are described on the pages of the scriptures.
In order to see the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, in perspective, we must go back in time. So, let’s go back in time. Let us look at a representative sampling of the thinking of the followers of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad from an excerpt from forty-plus year old writing.
As we consider these excerpts that admittedly are out of context, take note that this also puts into perspective–to some extent–the Two Who back the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, even as you read these words.
