–Is There A Link To “La Nao” Convention Held in Acapulco, Mexico
“He said: My Lord, expand my breast for me; And ease my affair for me: And loose the knot from my tongue, (That) they may understand my word. Reflecting on my travels with the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and his wife, Mother Khadijah and his 24-member delegation during his World Friendship Tour III in 1997-1998, I hold fond memories of this journey which took us more than half way around the world with visits to both Africa and Asia and oceanic countries, Central Asia, Russia, and the Caucasus Mountains.

We made stops in many Middle Eastern countries, including Palestine on the West Bank, Jordan and parts of Israel, the Arabian Peninsula and the Emirates. I tried to imagine what the world must have been like in times past before all the present divisions took place with disputes breaking out between nations and people fighting with one another over border claims and ethnicities. I reflected back to the time that the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad described our planet as being one whole component called Asia, with all its inhabitants known as Asiatic aboriginal people coming from one mother culture and spreading throughout the world.
I thought about the Bible story of the Tower of Babel where everyone became confused over the use of language. I remembered what the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad taught us about the making of our Moon, and how the Scientist in that remote time desired that all the people speak the same dialect of the language. According to the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, speaking the same dialect of the language is impossible because of the difference in the altitudes of our planet.
I thought to myself with this being the case, how could that scientist miss this scientific truth? I then came to realize that to know what is the ultimate truth of everything, we must conduct experimentations. This is exactly what we have done on our planet ever since its founding. Now, we have so many languages, dialects, and colors of people creating multiple racial types beyond our imagination and are even now experimenting with the very essence and nature of the physics of life itself which shapes our entire universe.
So, too, our Master and Founder of the Nation of Islam in America, W. Fard Muhammad, had to travel the earth over and has even reached into the vast regions of space to communicate with other beings living out there on other planets and in other galaxies to learn their language and communicate with them and learn their way of life. Man, in his search for knowledge and the Reality of God, has experimented with the science of all creation until the things of the past are interwoven with the things of the future and corroborate our present time. New truths are constantly evolving and are founded upon old realities and are blended into one evolutionary consciousness creating something altogether new.
Traveling opens the mind to new thoughts and new ideas that are ever flowing from the Fountain Head of Truth. God is not magical. He is the eternal force field of thought that is ever making new discoveries from old material into something new. How did I end up in Acapulco, Mexico, on the sea coast of the Pacific Ocean attending such an enlightened conference several weekends ago when physically I felt it was an impossibility to attend? How is it that Indonesia was invited as the host country to this convention, a country that the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan visited on his World Friendship Tour III in 1997? Indonesia is located in Southeast Asia, and is predominantly an Islamic government and people.
When we arrived in Jakarta, the capitol of Indonesia, the atmosphere was light and friendly, and its people colorful as in a beautiful rose garden decked out in impeccable embroidered native garments, while they demonstrated great hospitality and the cultural mannerisms and decorum of a righteous people. Even though there are enclaves of Hindu communities and members of Mahayana Buddhism, the dominant stream of religious and spiritual governance is that of Islam beginning from the time of the Arab expansion during its first century following the time of Prophet Muhammad, May the Peace and Blessings of Allah be Upon Him. While in Indonesia, I remembered having the opportunity to visit the museum in Jakarta where one could see the aboriginal roots of the Indonesian people who were later mixed with Chinese and Indian elements throughout Sumatra, Java to Papua New Guinea and Malaysia.
Indonesia was formerly under Dutch-control of the Netherlands for three centuries. She became Independent in 1949 under its first president, Sukarno, who broke away from the colonial powers. These islands were rich in spices, along with India and China, that helped to establish trade routes for the Portuguese and Spanish Explorers and Arab traders carrying their cargo into the Pacific Ocean to Manila, in the Philippines and from there reached the Pacific Coast of Acapulco, Mexico.
In 1955, the first Afro-Asian Conference was held in Bandung, Indonesia, bringing together 25 or more countries and their leaders from Africa and Asia hosted by President Sukarno.
Other organizing countries included Pakistan, India, Malaysia, Ceylan (Sri Lanka), Burma, and a few North American representatives from the Black communities in America such as Congressman Adam Clayton Powell, Jr., and literary giant Richard Wright. The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad spoke highly of this unprecedented Bandung Conference held in Indonesia promoting Afro-Asian unity and the featured role of then-president Sukarno in hosting this conference.
We will also note that our current President, Barack Obama, spent some of his early childhood in Jakarta, Indonesia. Most noteworthy is the fact that in the same year of this famous Bandung Conference in 1955, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan joined the Nation of Islam and is continuing in these efforts to unite our people around the globe on the theme of Divine Unity following in the footsteps of his Teacher, the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad.
