SAN DIEGO (FinalCall.com) – Several thousand people spent an enlightening Sunday afternoon listening to a powerful message delivered by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan at the San Diego Convention Center.
“Guidance in a Time of Trouble” was the subject of the May 27 address by Min. Farrakhan and was organized by Student Minister Hugh Muhammad of Muhammad Mosque No. 8 in San Diego.
The Minister’s visit also included a Saturday meeting and message to community and religious leaders delivered at New Assurance Baptist Church, which was hosted May 26 by Rev. Ricky T. Laster. The pastor and the local representative of the Nation of Islam have a long history of working together to uplift the community. See related editorial.
