“O you who believe, what (excuse) have you that when it is said to you, Go forth in Allah’s way, you should incline heavily to earth? Are you contented with this world’s life instead of the Hereafter? The provision of this world’s life is but little as compared with the Hereafter.” –Holy Qur’an, Surah 9, verse 38

As we move into the spring of 2012, we carry many powerful memories of the significance of this Saviours’ Day Event ending with an unparalleled address by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan on what we may expect to take place on our planet, with particular emphasis on the plight of the Black nation and our communities in America now under siege.   What is unfolding marks the enemy’s final assault on our people to destroy us in the Final War of Armageddon.     According to Biblical Prophecy, one of the most fearful Realities facing America and the world are the final stages of Armageddon and what we may expect to take place in this global conflict.

In the eighth chapter of Revelation, when the seventh seal is opened, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.     When the fourth angel sounded the trumpet, the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon and the third part of the stars, so that the third part of them was darkened, and the day shown not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.   This sets the stage for the fifth angel’s blowing of his trumpet, and the opening of the bottomless pit, with a great smoke arising out of the pit like a furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. … “And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.”

This dire prophecy opens to the sixth trumpet blast and the loosing of the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.   According to Western theologians, this event leads to the most dreaded prophecy of Armageddon and God’s raising of an oriental army (of Asiatic origin), that leads to an invasion of the Holy Land at the famous sight of Megiddo.   Looking at contemporary times, we may possibly see this prophecy being fulfilled in terms of the amassing of the great Khan’s army that spread terror throughout the known world exterminating tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands of people in the thirteenth century of the Christian Era.   Might this be a sign and a warning revisiting us in the Present Hour of this world’s doom being fulfilled by the Great Mahdi (the Champion of war), and his raising of a great army going into battle against the beast as prophesied throughout the book of Revelation.

In the early history of the Mongol nation occupying regions and territories near the Arctic Zone, we discover that prior to the rise and unification of the Mongolian tribes into a nation under their standard bearer and leader Genghis Khan, the Turkic tribes dominated the Steppes stretching into Siberia and the Caucasus Mountains of Russia, as well as the whole of Central Asia.   They ultimately settled in modern day Turkey or Anatolia where we are taught by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad that the second branch of the Caucasian race escaped into the hills and were not counted among those of their Caucasian brethren who were marched across the Arabian Desert into the caves and hillsides of Europe known then as west Asia.

Women in Genghis Khan’s time were a part of the organization of the army and family life and contributed to the success of the Khan’s army.

It was while they were living in the caves and hillsides of west Asia when the cherubim mentioned in the book of Genesis, with flaming swords, bordered this part of Asia keeping them out of the way or direction of the East or the Holy Land. These ferocious and war-like border guards are known as the Turks.   It is from one of these tribes described by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad as living in the hills which run into the Caucasus Mountains in Russia where the mother of the Great Mahdi, Master W. Fard Muhammad, was chosen.

According to further teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad on the origin of the Great Mahdi’s mother, he was born of the material of the made man (Caucasian) and the Original Father of Black Asiatic origin.   It is interesting to note that the early Turkic tribes in that region of the world co-mingled with Mongolian tribes to the extent that the Mongols under Genghis Khan’s command conquered and ruled parts of Russia and the Caucasus Mountains all the way to the Caspian Sea.

With a few staff members of The Final Call newspaper, we attended a press briefing of the Genghis Khan exhibit on February 21 and the following words were printed in our press package, “Genghis Khan Invades Chicago! Special Exhibition Opens At The Field Museum February 24th.” This could not be a coincidence that the Nation of Islam has been studying the history of the Mongol nation beginning with its founder, Genghis Khan, for the past ten years; and at the precise date of our Saviours’ Day celebration this year coincides with the opening of this exquisite exhibit on Genghis Khan at the Field Museum.

Further quotes from the press package reads:   Genghis Khan’s Legacy–Genghis Khan’s Empire Changed the World.   The Great Conquerer is credited with creating a passport and postal system, establishing diplomatic immunity, and wilderness preservation parks.   He died in 1227 but is still revered as the founding spirit of the Mongolian nation.   Genghis Khan’s burial place is still one of the greatest archaeological mysteries of our time.   One imaginative account states that 800 horsemen trampled repeatedly over the burial site to obscure its location.   Other soldiers then killed the horsemen so they could not disclose the gravesite.”   In keeping with this incredible information, it must be pointed out that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, in making reference to the scientists and their burial sites, always spoke of it as being unknown and an enigma.   As fresh insights evolve in our studies, we will continue to report our findings.

“If you go not forth, He will chastise you with a painful chastisement, and bring in your place a people other than you, and you can do Him no harm.   And Allah is Possessor of power over all things.” —Holy Qur’an, Surah 9, verse 39
