JABRIL.MUHAMMAD
The rise, the conviction and the consequences for a divinely-guided helper in Allah’s cause
I deliberately put the word envy in bold, in black in the next few paragraphs.
“Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways.” (Proverbs 3:31)
“Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ? For he knew that for envy they had delivered him.” (Matthew 27: 108-109)
One of the places we can read of the word “envy,” in the Muhammad Ali translation of the Holy Qur’an is 2:108, 109:
“Rather you wish to put questions to your Messenger, as Moses was questioned before. And whoever adopts disbelief instead of faith he indeed has lost the right direction of the way.
“Many of the people of the Book wish that they could turn you back into disbelievers after you have believed, out of envy from themselves, after truth has become manifest to them. But pardon and forgive, till Allah bring about His command. Surely Allah is Possessor of power over all things.”
“An envious person is the worst kind of person because he will kill you.” These are words of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. I first heard those exact words in 1956. That stuck in my mind. That was in 1956, this is 2009. Those words came to me, strongly, as I opened up my words to this article.
The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan is one of, or the most envied (and therefore hated) persons on earth and/or the object of jealousy over the past several decades. On the opposite end, he is one of the most respected, admired and/or loved person of this earth.
The root of fact (or factor) is that he has made his conviction very public–planet-wide. That was made during a speech, in Chicago, in 1981. His conviction was that his teacher, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, is physically alive. That is growing up and/or down and/or loved and hated both directions.
For a moment, look at “envy.” He said, “An envious person is the worst kind of person because he will kill you.” I first heard these words, on a tape recorder, spoken by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, during the late spring of 1956. I believe the full context of my experience is very instructive. I intend to mention this later, Allah willing.
What is the root of envy? What is it about “envy” that makes it 100 percent evil?
What was it about “envy” that caused him to use those words? I wondered over the depth of these words because many murder others for different “reasons,” or they say.
None of us have lived through a period of time like this one, in the history of space and time or when God began.
This is the end of time and the starting of the new one. But this time has no break or end. How do we know, for sure? If we really study the teaching of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, who represents the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, who met the Supreme Being, in person, do we really see this time? We cannot really ignore the word “context” when we think or talking of these times.
The word context means: “the circumstances that form the setting for an event, statement, or idea, and in terms of which it can be fully understood and assessed.” I intend to come back to this word. We need to understand it, now. It’s just that important.
I started this series of articles–he’s alive–with Volume 28, Number 44. I put in bold and italics for my purpose. There are others who have their visions, etc. that bears on the factor. I too. Their visions include experiences that bear witness to his experience. But his was and is very, very relevant to this time (which means closely connected or appropriate to the matter at hand.)
*******
The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan had two very recent experiences that produced his more than very important speech he delivered on November 28, 2009. That makes three events. That talk and the events that surrounded and produced that event, reminds me of some events that happened 32 years ago in September, October and November 1977.
Some events happened in September, October and then in November 1977 he announced to the world that by the help of Allah he would rebuild the work of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. He powerfully decided to raise up the Nation of Islam, with the help of Allah.
He rose up later, in stages, and all of that is very public. I see all of those events–from that time to now–as divine.
All of the events, including the recent ones brought all of us–on this planet–closer to the final event of which the prophets spoke of and/or wrote.
These events produced this little book, titled: Is It Possible That The Honorable Elijah Muhammad Is Still Physically Alive???, on the back page Brother Cedric wrote:
“In this patient and seminal treatise, Jabril Muhammad considers, explores and analyzes theological, anecdotal, circumstantial and first hand evidence that supports the basis of the thinking, held a growing minority that the Nation of Islam’s patriarch, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, escaped a death plot 26 years ago, and is in fact, still alive today.
“Although the author, who lived in the home of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad for six years, does not exhaust all that he currently knows of the subject today, or even that which he knew of the subject over 26 years ago, it is his stated aim, with this book, to only raise the possibility, that his teacher, though out of sight of the general public, is still physically alive.
“Presented in an interesting and at times riveting fashion, Jabril Muhammad, a theologian and a registered member of the Nation of Islam since January 1955, makes a compelling case that actual events of February 25th, 1975 may not at all correspond with the news accounts of that day, which included an announcement, circulated throughout the world, that Elijah Muhammad had died.
“Furthermore, anyone who is represented as an expert on the Nation of Islam who omits Is It Possible That the Honorable Elijah Muhammad is Still Physically Alive??? from his or her research process, is not only uninformed, but even worse, intellectually dishonest.
“This little book, the cogency of the arguments contained within it, as well as the demonstrated impact of its contents, are too important to ignore.
“Jabril Muhammad makes clear the motive and the implications of his work when he writes, helpful to others, affecting everyone in America and throughout the world.
“And while the subject is awesome in nature and scope, and possibly intimidating to some the book is extremely reader-friendly, laid out in an easy to understand and convenient manner, with Minister Muhammad even providing, within the text, excerpts from numerous translations of the Bible and Holy Qur’an, as well portions of several commentaries from religious scholars.
“By doing this, the author saves the reader and serious student valuable time, money and energy.”
More next issue, Allah willing.
