Mxodus Tours Begin August 14-23, 2008

More colmuns by Mother Tynnetta Muhammad

“And set forth to them the parable of the life of this world as water which We send down from the cloud, so the herbage of the earth becomes luxuriant thereby, then it becomes dry, broken into pieces which the winds scatter. And Allah is the Holder of power over all things. Wealth and children are an adornment of the life of this world; but the ever-abiding, the good works, are better with thy Lord in reward and better in hope.” –Holy Qur’an, Surah 18, verses 45-46

Three (3) major events are taking place on our planet on the eve of the 3rd Annual Mxodus Tour, focusing on the theme of the African Presence in Mexico. This unique educational tour will be hosted by the imminent professor Tony Mujada Humder and Mother Tynetta Muhammad, beginning on August 14th and ending August 23, 2008.

Great jubilation and fanfare is kicking off the staging of this year’s Olympics in Beijing, China, while discontent and dissatisfaction is reaching an all time high on the National and International fronts of governments and peoples throughout the world. Important world leaders are meeting in China while war is being declared by the Russian government on the one side, with recent outbreaks of hostilities in neighboring Georgia, while nearly a warlike countenance is being expressed by the Israeli government against her fear of Iran’s present exploration of nuclear power for peaceful usage.

The United States government on the other hand has declared war against “terrorism” which appears at this stage of the conflict, to be initiating a war against the Islamic world in principle, and is literally a pronouncement of the clashing of the cross against the crescent which was prophesized in the Bible as the “War of Armageddon,” but yet we must go forward in the making of a new world order of peace and elevated spiritual consciousness, in establishing the Kingdom of God on earth. Mxodus Tours is being presented to us on the threshold and turning point in world events by offering us a safe haven, in our wilderness journey in search of knowledge, in establishing global friendship with our indigenous people throughout the planet and coming from all walks of life.

In our preparation for the current tour underway we are sharing with our readers, from our photo journal, and schedule reflections upon some of the sites and activities which will hallmark this year’s tour. Following our participation at the Yanga Festival for two (2) days, we will journey to the Enigmatic City of Catemaco in Veracruz, which is the mystical center and cradle of the ancient Olmec Priest and shamans priest as spiritual healers. A few of their descendants remain in this area to this day and we will experience direct contact with those who still practice the healing arts. We will bathe our faces and bodies in the holistic waters and mud of the sacred lake, which houses an ecological park, rich with plant life and relics of this ancient people. We will be surrounded by abundant vegetation and a unique rain forest where we will tour some of its environs and stay the night, taking boat rides on this magical and tranquil lake. We will see a wide variety of monkeys and birds that live in this area and is home to certain class of reptiles. We will also visit with a tour guide specialist who will talk with us about the unusual legends and mystical connections to hithertofore, unknown worlds that may rest beneath the lake’s waters. From there we will journey to the nearby Santiago Tuxla Park and Museum exhibiting further sculptures of this ancient mother culture of Mexico clearly identifiable with Africa. From there we will journey to the capital city of Villa Hermosa, in the state of Tobasco where both the outdoor park of La Venta will be explored which exhibits more dazzling sculptures of this ancient civilization.

The final leg of our journey will take us to the neighboring state of Chiapas to Palenque’s ancient pyramid site to the tomb of Pacal Botan, buried several feet beneath the temple’s foundation which is called the ‘Temple of the Inscriptions.’ Buried in a crypt underneath the temples steps, Pacal Botan’s body is located. Nearby this great discovery is another tomb recently discovered, identified as the Red Queen which connects through an underground passageway to the tomb of Pacal Botan. In this State we will experience the beauty in cascading waterfalls, a jungle trek led by our Lacondon (Mayan Guides) into the interior of the second largest Rainforest in this part of our planet next to Brazil. We will also visit the exotic site of Bonampak located in the Rainforest where the paintings of Fresco adorn the walls of the temple structures, imaging another distinct African dynasty and presence.

At the end of our journey we will also view unbelievably beautiful terrain, which is open to real estate investments and business enterprises where one can engage in agriculture, educational and cultural exchange programs and economic prosperity programs in a land not far from home. This will be an enriching experience as we build friendly relationships with our indigenous population, not only in Mexico but around the world.

“And the day when We cause the mountains to pass away, and thou seest the earth a levelled plain and We gather them together and leave none of them behind. And they are brought before thy Lord in ranks. Now certainly you have come to Us as We created you at first. Nay, you thought that We had not made an appointment for you.” –Holy Qur’an, Surah 18, verses 47-48
