Israel’s security cabinet has approved a proposal, made by hardline nationalist ministers over the weekend, to designate large areas of the West Bank as “state property” for the first time since the occupation began in the aftermath of the Six-Day War.

The move builds on last week’s cabinet decision to make land registries in the area public rather than private, making it easier for Jewish settlers to purchase real estate.

The group of eight Muslim-majority nations—Egypt, Jordan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Türkiye, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates—condemned Israel’s action in a joint statement on Feb. 17.

They argued that the move constitutes a blatant violation of international law and breaches multiple UN Security Council resolutions, “foremost among them Resolution 2334,” which calls on Israel to halt settlement activities in the West Bank.

“This illegal step constitutes a grave escalation aimed at accelerating illegal settlement activity, land confiscation, entrenching Israeli control, and applying unlawful Israeli sovereignty over the Occupied Palestinian Territory,” the statement reads.

The eight nations urged the international community to immediately take “clear and decisive steps” against Israel to halt its illegal activities and protect Palestinian rights. Shortly after the Israeli government announced its decision, the Palestinian presidency strongly condemned the move, stating that it effectively voided multiple signed agreements and openly contradicted UN Security Council rulings.

Hardline Israeli nationalists have welcomed the cabinet decision as a “true revolution” destined to accelerate the settlement process and to restore “order and governance” in the West Bank. “The State of Israel is taking responsibility for its land and is acting according to the law, transparently and decisively,” one of the move’s sponsors, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, has said. 

The Israeli government has long been seeking to annex the West Bank despite widespread international opposition to the move and the position of its main ally, the United States. U.S. President Donald Trump has repeatedly warned West Jerusalem against the move, insisting that the annexation “is not going to happen.” (RT.com)

The Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel (Commission) is calling for action at the UN in accordance with a July 19 Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on the matter.

The Court said Israel’s continuing presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory is unlawful. Moreover, the Court said the UN General Assembly and Security Council must establish precise modalities and actions to “as rapidly as possible,” end the unlawful presence of Israeli settlers and settlements.

The Commission welcomed the ICJ’s opinion as a significant development toward Israel’s accountability, which the group has raised particularly since 2022.  

“The Commission has always stated that the root cause of the protracted conflict and cycles of violence is the occupation,” said Navi Pillay, Chair of the Commission in a statement on Oct. 17.

“The Commission, concluded in its report to the General Assembly in 2022, that the occupation is unlawful under international law. The Commission welcomed the historic advisory opinion from the highest court in the United Nations system,” said the longtime legal scholar from South Africa.

The Court’s opinion was given at a hearing on the “Legal Consequences Arising From the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.”

Along with the Commission’s legal analysis, the 12-page document included bold recommendations to Israel, UN Member States, the General Assembly and the Security Council on implementing the ICJ advice. It implores Israel to:

•       Implement a comprehensive plan of action to dismantle settlements.

•       Evacuate all settlers from occupied territory.

•       Return land, title and natural resources to the displaced Palestinians.

•       Repeal all restrictive and discriminatory laws and policies.

The Commission finds that all States have an international legal obligation not to recognize the occupation as lawful.

“Israel’s internationally wrongful acts give rise to State responsibility, not only for Israel but for all States,” said Ms. Pillay. “All States are obligated not to recognize territorial sovereignty claims made by Israel over the occupied territories,” she stated.

The South Africa-based lawyer added that States must “distinguish” in their dealings between Israel, and the Occupied Palestinian Territory. For instance, a State must not recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel or place its diplomatic representatives to Israel in Jerusalem.

“States must not render aid or assistance in maintaining the unlawful occupation. Aid and assistance includes financial, military and political aid or support,” said Ms. Pillay.

In addition, the Commission in line with the ICJ says States must also work towards the full realization of the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination.

The position paper provides the Commission’s view concerning state responsibility and how the General Assembly and Security Council can identify and implement ways to bring an end to the unlawful occupation.

However, there are shades of pessimism that the effort will be effective and more of the same, because of a history of pushback on the occupier state at the UN, only to be frustrated by the United States using its veto power to block any vote critical of Israel.

“In some ways, I do view it as more of the same,” said investigative journalist and activist Eugene Puryear.  He told The Final Call that while rulings from bodies like the ICJ are significant, the lack of enforcement from the UN renders these efforts “hollow” in practice.

However, “for the International Court of Justice to make the point was a milestone,” said Mr. Puryear, referring to the ICJ Advisory Opinion.

“But we still see the biggest issue is that the United Nations has to enforce it, and just like they haven’t enforced multiple resolutions that have laid out that the Israeli settlements are illegal,” he argued.  “I think it has a certain hollowness to it.” 

Even the U.S. government is on record saying they’re against settlements, Mr. Puryear added but said he is skeptical that actors like the U.S. and Europe will take serious action against Israel, based on their record.

He does not see a clear path for the international community to effectively pressure Israel to dismantle the occupation or end illegal settlements.

He believes the focus should be on continuing to shift global consciousness and public opinion against Israel’s actions. Worldwide, beginning in October 2023 with the current Israeli war, hundreds of thousands of people protested in condemnation of Israel’s atrocities.    

It is more realistic now more than ever before to talk about totally dismantling the State of Israel regardless of the intent of any individual actor, whether it is a human rights group, the ICJ, or a “hypocritical statement from a head of state,” said Mr. Puryear.

He reasons that the magnitude of what has been widely revealed in the genocide like the tens of thousands of deaths, injuries and displacements, has garnered unparalleled global support. Notwithstanding, was the wide exposure of genocidal statements from Israelis themselves in government and on the streets.

“They can see,” reasoned Mr. Puryear. “There probably is no way to have the two states side by side,” he stated, referring to the oft-repeated “two-state solution” idea. “This settler movement is too extreme,” he added.

For decades the Zionist State of Israel has enjoyed impunity for rights abuses, governing a colonial settler state, illegal land grabbing, and systematic repression of marginalized people.

Despite international condemnation and legal actions against wrongdoing, its perpetration of unabated evil continues.  For multiple generations of Palestinians, the horror story goes back decades with the influx of European Zionists relocating to historical Palestine.

Then came the policy of Nakba (catastrophe), ethnic cleansing through armed aggression, displacing 700,000 Palestinians into exile and refugee camps in neighboring countries.

Although numerous UN resolutions passed documenting Israel’s brazen disregard of international laws, just as brazen was the complicit posture of world powers like America, Britain, and others.

Despite international law and lip-service by America condemning illegal settlements, and overwhelming civilian carnage in Israel’s yearlong onslaught on Palestinians, Washington continues massive arms flow and military backing.

Adding to the warships and aircraft carriers and the thousands of U.S. troops in the region, approximately 100 more troops are deploying to Israel to operate a Terminal High-Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) battery system being sent.

Non-stop bombardment in Gaza continues, and illegal settler aggression in the Occupied West Bank, and East Jerusalem, continues.

Tens of thousands of mostly innocent lives were taken, with more added by the day as Israel expands its war fronts into Lebanon and Syria. The conflict has brought mass displacements, a dire humanitarian crisis, and actions many have charged as genocide.

The Commission’s paper pushing for serious action on Israel’s illegal occupation coupled with the unprecedented ICJ opinion is redolent to forewarnings to America and Israel by the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and his National Representative, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam.

“The war in the Middle East will get very, very bloody,” said Minister Farrakhan, on February 25 of this year in his Saviours’ Day message titled, “What Does Allah The Great Mahdi and The Great Messiah Have To Say About The War In The Middle East?”

He warned that Israel and America will lose in the region and pay a price for their violations.

“What I gave is prophecy that you can find in the Bible and the Qur’an that Israel is not going to stay; America is not going to stay in the Middle East, and when that war triggers all of the countries that it will trigger, the war of Armageddon will be all over the earth,” said the Minister.

Nicaraguan Vice President Rosario Murillo announced the move to state media on October 11.

The Central American nation’s Congress had, earlier in the day, passed a resolution requesting Nicaragua take action to coincide with the one-year anniversary of the Gaza war.

The conflict, the Nicaraguan government said, now also “extends against Lebanon and gravely threatens Syria, Yemen and Iran.”

Murillo, who is President Daniel Ortega’s wife, said her husband instructed the government to sever diplomatic relations with the “fascist” and “genocidal” Tel Aviv regime.

Israel launched the war on Gaza on October 7 after the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas carried out Operation Al-Aqsa Storm against the occupying entity in response to intensified Israeli atrocities against Palestinians in the West Bank.

The regime’s bloody onslaught on Gaza has so far killed at least 42,150 Palestinians and injured another 98,117 individuals. Thousands more are also missing and presumed dead under rubble.

Nicaragua has twice before cut relations with Israel—once in 2010 under Ortega and also in 1982 under the Sandinista revolutionary government led by Ortega following the country’s 1979 revolution.

The rupture of diplomatic relations comes at a time when Israel is under growing isolation on the global stage amid a brutal campaign in Gaza and expanding attacks across West Asia, including in Lebanon.

Condemnation of Israel’s yearlong war on Gaza is relatively widespread in Latin America, where leaders in countries such as Brazil, Colombia and Chile have fiercely criticized the Tel Aviv regime’s brutalities in the Palestinian coastal sliver.

On Friday, the Palestinian mission to the United Nations announced that those three nations had helped spearhead a letter of support for UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, whom Israel declared persona non grata last week.

Colombian President Gustavo Petro cut diplomatic ties with Israel in May, calling the administration of Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu “genocidal.”

Brazilian leader Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva also recalled the country’s ambassador to the occupied territories that same month.

According to an Israeli foreign ministry cable obtained by Axios, Israel is applying pressure for South Africa to drop its “legal proceedings” in the ICJ over the war in Gaza. Why it matters?

“South Africa has until Oct. 28 to give the top UN court its arguments for continuing the case against Israel over alleged violations of the Genocide Convention during the war in Gaza,” wrote Barak Ravid in the Sept. 9 article, “Scoop: Israel asks Congress to press South Africa to drop ICJ genocide case,” on axios.com.

Israel has threatened South Africa will “pay a heavy price” if it doesn’t change its policy, reported the Middle East Eye on Sept. 9 in the article, “Israel lobbying US Congress to press South Africa to drop ICJ genocide case: Report.”

Thecradle.co reported that Israel hopes South Africa’s new coalition government “can be pressured to take a different approach to Israel and the war in Gaza.” South Africa responded that it will continue and file a “memorial” in October, the president’s office said in a statement.

“South Africa intends to provide facts and evidence to prove that Israel is committing the crime of genocide in Palestine,” the Sept. 10 statement read.

“This case will continue until the court makes a finding. While the case is in progress, we hope that Israel will abide by the court’s provisional orders issued to date,” added the office of the president’s statement, published in the Turkiye news outlet AA (Anatolia Agency).

The comments came amid reports that Israeli diplomats are being instructed to lobby members of the U.S. Congress to pressure the South African government into dropping the genocide case against Israel. South Africa said its genocide case represents a growing global effort towards ensuring peace in the Middle East.

According to South Africa’s Office of International Relations and Cooperation, “Several countries, namely Türkiye, Nicaragua, Palestine, Spain, Mexico, Libya and Colombia, have all joined the South African case against Israel.”

According to Axios, behind the scenes: “Israeli officials said the Israeli foreign ministry started a diplomatic campaign in recent weeks to press South Africa not to push forward with the case at the ICJ. The U.S. Congress is a main tool in the effort.”

Axios claims, “The Israeli foreign ministry sent a classified cable to the Israeli embassy in Washington, D.C., and to all Israeli consulates in the U.S. about South Africa’s ICJ case.

‘We are asking you to immediately work with lawmakers on the federal and state level, with governors and Jewish organizations to put pressure on South Africa to change its policy towards Israel and to make clear that continuing their current actions like supporting Hamas and pushing anti-Israeli moves in international courts will come with a heavy price,’ the cable read.”

This came behind Mr. Netanyahu’s appearance before the U.S. Congress, where he attempted to drum up continued support for his “genocidal war” in Gaza which to date has claimed 41,000 Palestinian lives. Now Israel is instructing its diplomats to request that members of Congress issue public statements condemning South Africa’s actions against Israel.

The statements reportedly would threaten the country with suspending U.S. trade relations with South Africa. “That’s unlikely to happen because the U.S. wants to maintain its relationship with South Africa in order to counter the influence of Russia and China,” explained Axios.

South Africa’s Office of International Relations and Cooperation states the case will remain active until the ICJ reaches a decision, reported newscentral.africa.

“The case, filed in late 2023, accuses Israel of violating the 1948 Genocide Convention through its ongoing bombardment of Gaza since October. In May, the ICJ ordered Israel to cease its military operations in the southern Gaza city of Rafah.

This was the third instance of the Court’s 15-judge panel issuing preliminary orders aimed at curbing the death toll and mitigating the humanitarian crises in Gaza, where casualties have exceeded 40,000,” reported newscentral.africa.

Kelebogile Zvobgo is a Visiting Fellow for Foreign Policy at the Strobe Talbot Center for Security, Strategy, and Technology. In her Sept. 9 commentary published on brookings.edu she explained that for the ICC, “Judges can take months to issue warrants, but they almost always accept the prosecutor’s requests (at least those we know about—some requests are made under seal).” Warrants don’t always result in arrests, but they still matter, Zvobgo explained.

“They hold symbolic value, marking the accused as international pariahs and acknowledging victims’ suffering. Just the possibility of warrants makes it harder for allies to continue lending military and diplomatic aid. Foreign governments, like the UK, have in recent weeks withdrawn aid they think Israel could use to violate international law,” Zvobgo added.

Weeks from now will mark one year into Israel’s genocidal war on Palestinians under the guise of a war to end Hamas, the group it has been fighting since October 7, 2023. With more than 300 days of Israeli bombardment, and more than 40,000 mostly Palestinian civilians slain, “Ceasefire Now!” remains the global cry.

In 10 months of war, several ceasefire negotiations and international mediation efforts started, failed, restarted, and again floundered. In recent weeks talks mediated by the United States, Egypt, and Qatar resumed.

But with America at the table as Israel’s chief ally, the question is can she be an honest broker of peace? For many the answer is “absolutely not” because mediation requires impartiality, which America had not demonstrated in the Israeli-Palestinian crisis, said an analyst.

“It’s based on maintaining Israeli power,” said Phyllis Bennis, director of the New Internationalism Project at the Institute for Policy Studies in Washington D.C. 

Ms. Bennis criticized the U.S. for historically not being an honest broker in Middle East peace negotiations, citing historical and current talks. She argues the U.S. has consistently sided with Israel, as evidenced by the Camp David and Oslo process.

She pointed out, after the Camp David conference in 2000 that former President Bill Clinton convened as a “last ditch effort” at the end of his presidency; “when it fell apart, he immediately blamed the Palestinians,” she said. 

In the Oslo talks, quoting Aaron David Miller, “a long-time U.S. diplomat on all the various failed policy efforts over the last 25 years or so” Ms. Bennis said, the U.S. delegation acted as “Israel’s lawyer” throughout the process.  

“I would say the claim that it’s a so-called honest broker, is similar to the kind of broker you would hire for a real estate deal,” Ms. Bennis explained. “You might hire an honest broker, but you’re hiring them to represent one side,” she said.

Particularly since 1967 Washington has involved itself in the decades-long crisis between the colonial settler state of Israel and the Palestinian people fighting for self-determination. But America used its power to give Israel diplomatic cover and military prowess in the Middle East. 

At the United Nations where many member states advanced ceasefire votes and resolutions, the U.S. used its gravel power to veto them in the Security Council, arguing a ceasefire would jeopardize ceasefire talks.

Days ahead of the current talks in Cairo, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken told reporters in Qatar, that Israel was on board with a deal and called on Hamas to agree.

“Time is of the essence,” Mr. Blinken said. 

“Our message is simple. It’s clear and it’s urgent,” he stated. “We need to get a ceasefire and hostage agreement over the finish line, and we need to do it now.”

However, things appear to be unraveling after Mr. Blinken’s announcement. The latest deal has various phases including a limited ceasefire in the first stage and the release of some captives taken during the October 7 Hamas-led incursion into illegally occupied settlements.

Mr. Blinken said, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu agreed to a U.S.-written “bridging proposal” to close contentious issues between Israel and Hamas. One of the major disagreements is Israel’s demand to keep troops deployed along two strips.

One is the Netzarim Corridor, an East-West strip Israel cleared during the current war that averts Palestinians’ free movement between North and South Gaza; the other is a narrow strip between Gaza and Egypt known as the Philadelphi Corridor.

Mr. Blinken told reporters, the deal includes a clear “schedule and locations” of Israeli military withdrawals from Gaza. He said Mr. Netanyahu agreed to the bridging proposal as well as the detailed plan.

 “And that plan, among other things, as I said, includes a very clear schedule and locations for withdrawals,” said Mr. Blinken, on Aug 20.

However, after Mr. Blinken’s announcement things began unraveling. By Aug 21 things changed, and Mr. Netanyahu made public remarks contradicting the statement.

Optimism sunk to pessimism going into the Cairo talks that restarted Aug. 22. If the politically embattled Netanyahu did agree, he back-pedaled on any withdrawal from the corridor Israel captured in late May. Hamas rejects the presence of Israeli occupier forces and demands a complete withdrawal from Gaza.

Although Mr. Blinken has reaffirmed a U.S. position to “not accept any long-term occupation of Gaza by Israel,” Mr. Netanyahu has stated otherwise.

“Israel’s conditions for ending the war have not changed: The destruction of Hamas military and governing capabilities, the freeing of all hostages and ensuring that Gaza no longer poses a threat to Israel,” said Mr. Netanyahu, must be attained.

“Israel will continue to insist these conditions are met before a permanent ceasefire is put in place. The notion that Israel will agree to a permanent ceasefire before these conditions are fulfilled is a non-starter,” he said at the time. 

However, it’s more than Hamas and retrieving captives say observers, citing the disproportionate killing of over 40,000 Palestinians compared to the 1,200 Israelis and non-Israelis killed and 200 taken, in the Hamas-led attack on Israel’s illegal settlements on October 7.

With various unsuccessful ceasefire talks, whether the Cairo deal garners a temporary halt in fighting or a signed, sealed and delivered permanent ceasefire, Mr. Netanyahu consistently said, his aim is the total elimination of Hamas.

This translates to more carnage and not stopping until the Palestinians are removed from Gaza or annihilated.

Meanwhile on Aug 26, Israel conducted preemptive strikes on southern Lebanon in what Israeli officials said was an anticipated Hezbollah attack. Hezbollah countered with a sizable drone and rocket attack, saying the barrage was also in retaliation for the Israeli military’s killing of its commander Fuad Shukr in Beirut in July, reported Aljazeera.

In the Cairo talks, Reuters reported there were no signs of progress on critical issues, including Israel’s demand to retain control of the Philadelphi Corridor. Hamas has accused Israel of going back on details it had previously agreed to in the talks and said the U.S. is not mediating in good faith.

For America to remain “ironclad” with the Zionist State adds to its own troubles. Before the crisis reached this level of distress, there were years of warnings to the U.S. and Israel by the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and his National Representative, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam.

Both of these Divine Servants of Allah (God) warned that America is under Divine Judgment for her errant foreign policies and own sordid domestic policies, namely toward the Black once-slaves and Indigenous Native Americans—which she has never corrected with justice.

America with her own heinous record, at the mediation table, with an “iron-clad” commitment to defend Israel is hypocritical. As the sides wrangle, ceasefire and peace eludes them.

In years of warning America and Israel, Minister Farrakhan said there will be no peace without justice and truth.

In remarks delivered February 25 of this year in a message titled “What Does Allah The Great Mahdi And The Great Messiah Have To Say About The War In The Middle East?” at the Nation of Islam’s Saviours’ Day Convention, the Minister revealed the sinister plan of genocide, and why Mr. Netanyahu will not end the war. 

While he was being quiet, as instructed and directed by Almighty God Allah about the unfolding events in Gaza, Minister Farrakhan received a communication forewarning of a second Nakba on the Palestinians.

“The Honorable Elijah Muhammad did something,” Minister Farrakhan said. 

“In the middle of the night, I received a picture of the prime minister of Israel. A big picture! And he wanted me to study that man. Down in the corner of the picture … he was there with some of the members of his war cabinet—but I didn’t know what they were talking about or whatnot.

So, a day passed, and he brought back the picture, but enlarged it that I could see the prime minister talking with members of his war cabinet. They had drinks in their hand, wine; they were toasting the Jews that live near Gaza who would die a few days later on October the 7th when Hamas broke through and a lot of killing started,” he recalled.

“Mr. Netanyahu knew all about it,” the Minister declared.

“He already knew what Hamas was going to do because he sanctioned it. I want you to pay me good attention! And they were proposing a toast to the Jews who lived outside of the walls of Gaza that separated the Gazans from the Israelis. … They were toasting the innocence of Jews that on the 7th of October would be martyred,” the Minister continued. 

“And they were being martyred because he (Netanyahu) knew their plans and he used their plans to help Hamas do what it did because he had in his mind a second Nakba. The first Nakba or ‘catastrophe’ on the Palestinians was done in 1948 when Israel became a state and they exiled 700,000 Palestinians and made them like vagabonds in the earth.

But he had in mind, Netanyahu, he was going to use the pain of their loss to destroy the whole Palestinian community, not only in Gaza, but the West Bank, East Jerusalem,” he said in June, responding to the Biden plan that the current deal is built upon. This position has not changed.

 “It was a genocidal attack that he knew preserved his place as a Jewish leader. People do strange things when their hatred is so great of the people that they are killing, that their intention was to cleanse Gaza from every Palestinian that lived there and cleanse the West Bank and East Jerusalem so that Israel would not be bothered with Palestinians anymore,” the Minister revealed.

God wanted me to say to Netanyahu: You talk about the Amalekites [‘Remember what Amalek did to you’ (in a statement he made to the citizens of Israel on October 28, 2023)].  …  You talk about what the Amalekites did to the Children of Israel [to defend your own acts of genocide on the Palestinian people]. 

The command that God brought down against Amalek and the Amalekites is a command that, when you read it, you ask yourself: “God, how could You say this?  How could You command this?”  But Allah (God) commanded that every man, every woman, every child, every donkey, every camel—every thing that lives should be killed. 

That’s pretty rough.  I was in California one day, and I was talking to my brother, Smokey Robinson.  Smokey was taking Bible classes, and he came up on that scripture where God tells Saul to “Tell your soldiers: Kill every man, every woman, every child, every sheep, every donkey, every camel—don’t leave nothing standing!”  And Saul told his soldiers, “Okay, we’re going to get the Amalekites.”

Well, some of the soldiers saw a little “booty” [the spoils of war].  …  Sometimes you just can’t pass [that] up; when you, as a soldier, seeing the riches of somebody else that you are defeating, you want to get it because you don’t have anything; so since you’re killing men, women and children, why not take [the spoils of war]? 

And in every war, women, to the losing party, becomes the spoils of a war to the winners.  So, the soldiers went in and they killed the men, they killed the women, they killed the children.  But they said, “Wow, man …”—I could hear the Negro in them coming out—“I’m going to snatch me up some of this!” and they took booty. 

When the prophet Samuel talked to Saul, he said, “What are you doing?” and Saul came up with this excuse: “You see, it’s like this: We fought, we sacrificed, we died, so the least we could do is take a little gold, take a little something; take a few sisters …”  Saul thought he was “covered” by being sacrificial. 

And Prophet Samuel told him, “The greatest sacrifice you can make is when you give up your thoughts to accept the will of God.”  So, Saul got busted, and they found another king for Israel.  It was David because David was willing to sacrifice everything for a cause bigger than himself. 

I am saying to all of us:  You want good things out of life, and you deserve it!  But when it comes to sacrifice—for the future of your children, for the future of your family, for the future of your people—there is nothing too good, so your life is the last precious thing you have.  I am not angry with the Palestinians who strap bombs on themselves, because they are sacrificing the only thing left for them:

It’s their lives!  And they were giving Israel hell.  But!  The sacrifice of life is written in The Qur’an: “My prayer, my sacrifice, my life and my death are all for Allah, The Lord of the worlds.”  That’s our Pledge to Allah!  And we say it in our prayers all the time—but you don’t know when God is going to call you on your word! 

My life belongs to Allah, so He didn’t want me to come out here today with any trepidation over what He showed me of Netanyahu, who schemed; knew they were going to die, and went through with it.  Because “the greater good” he was thinking of was what’s in Gaza right now: Billions of dollars of oil and gas is under the foot of the Palestinians, and they want it for themselves! 

Here, in America, the White people that saw value in the land of the native people that had wealth under that land, they gave them the permission (“Okay, you go there”), because they didn’t think there was any value!  But when they found out there was value, they killed those native people to get the value. 

And that’s what they’re doing now to the Palestinians, because they want to build a great canal, bigger than the Suez Canal, because there are billions and billions of dollars of oil and gas in Gaza, and the waters around Gaza. So, they use the Amalekites as a justification for killing the Palestinians. 

Well, just a minute, Mr. Netanyahu.  The Palestinians didn’t bother you.  You were in Europe, and your own White brothers, the pope of Rome, looked the other way when the Jews were being slaughtered.  Well then, none of them were Palestinians!  So, you deserve reparations not in Palestine, you deserve it in Germany.  So, you’re going to have to think about returning to Europe, because you’re not going to stay in the Middle East. You are not going to stay there.

Mr. Netanyahu, I watched you; I studied you, with the Guidance of God, and the plan that you had with Hamas: To let them do what they did.  Because that would be your ticket to justify removing them from all of Gaza; then from the West Bank, then from East Jerusalem.  And that’s why Netanyahu is going to continue fighting.  There won’t be any truce or peace … 

But Mr. Netanyahu, I warn you, in The Name of Allah.  We warn you.  These words were given to Belshazzar, the one that succeeded Nebuchadnezzar: “MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN” (“YOUR KINGDOM HAS BEEN WEIGHED IN THE BALANCE; IT HAS BEEN NUMBERED”).  And it’s getting to the end of “Israel.” 

I know it’s rough; I know… I know, beloved, I know.  I saw a beautiful Jewish boy on television, Tal Mitnick, and I asked Allah to burn his image into my mind; because that Jewish boy was 18 years old, and he refused to go into the IDF.  He told his mother, “I will not pick up a gun to be a part of the slaughter that will bring back on us a slaughter!”  A young18-year-old Jewish boy!  And that Jewish boy represents Jews who are righteous people!

“What??  Farrakhan, this don’t sound like you!”  You better get acquainted with me. 

Mr. Netanyahu: There is a revolt against him now in Israel, and he may not be elected as prime minister in the future.  I am saying this to him now …  Because you are not going to live to see the vision that you have for Israel, to “conquer the whole Middle East,” and you will be “the great [leader].”  No, no, no. You can pack that desire away, because you will never see what you envision.  And you’re trying to beat the Palestinians up to put fear in the minds of the Muslims.

A warning to the Muslims who fear the enemies of Allah

How many of you have been to Dubai?  How many of you have been to Doha in Qatar?  Well, I have; me and my brother Akbar, we have been all over the world.  Riyadh looks like something out of a dream; there is no wealth like that in Europe.  These are Muslim cities and towns. 

When I was in Mecca about five years ago, they showed me around to what they are planning in 2030: A mosque in Mecca that will hold 30 million people. And they were telling me and us about it, showing us.  I want to see you do that…  But you will never do it.  If you want to see it, to keep Israel from bombing you, then you are afraid to stand up for the Palestinians; so, it’s the Houthi, that don’t have nothing, that are the brave soldiers in the Middle East.  That’s not right!

I have to say these things today.  And the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad threatened me, in a nice, sweet way …  Somebody saw “a belt”:The Messenger had the belt, and he popped it, and made a sound, as if to tell me (something); and then he said, “Tell him, ‘Don’t play with me!’”  Now hey, I ain’t playing! 

I’m not one of them that want to play with God.  But he wants me to stand up as though I have a belt, and pop the belt in front of those who are afraid of the enemies of God, so you go along to get along, and you sacrifice yourself, and you belittle yourself, and you become a little cheap whore.

What good is money and Allah is kicking your butt?  What good is having a nice home and you’re so sick that death is at the door?  You’ll give anything and everything to replace the desire for the money and the wealth with health, and the promise of a longer life.  Don’t be afraid of those that control these little temporary things that make you feel good if you got some.  Don’t do that!  See, because these little temporary things, that’s not the real joy of God; that’s not the real promise of God. 

‘Diminishing the lives of others,’ what God hates about Israel

The words that came up on the wall of Belshazzar: “MENE MENE TEKEL UPHARSIN.” Nobody could read the writing that was on the wall, so Daniel was around, and Daniel said, “Well, I’ll help you with that.  It says, ‘God has numbered your kingdom and finished it’.”  That’s what “MENE MENE” means.  “TEKEL” means “You have been weighed in the balance and you’ve been found wanting.”

Somebody has to say it!  God chose me to tell the enemy, “You’re not going to live too long.  Get yourself right.”  I’m under a threat right now, not from man, from God: “Tell them what I am telling you.”  And He told me to say this part, with strength: “MENE MENE TEKEL UPHARSIN,” “YOU HAVE BEEN WEIGHED IN THE BALANCE!  YOUR KINGDOM IS NUMBERED, AND FINISHED!”

Mr. Netanyahu sees a kingdom in his mind.  But it’s not for you to have the reality of what you wish for.  So, if you lose the election, and you might very well because the people are kind of angry with you!  And Belshazzar, they call him your “son”; because you’ve got some people right there with you that think just like you, they’re members of your war cabinet—they want Hamas liquidated, obliterated.  And that’s the process that’s going on. 

So, the kingdom is going to be divided and given to the Medes and the Persians …  But the Palestinians are going to have their own.  The Palestinians are going to have their own.  Your great suffering, I watched you: You keep your prayers going.  You haven’t become angry with God.  And I see them with no food, and raising their hands to the sky, “Have mercy on us!” 

But why would God do that, allow that?  See, the enemy must be exposed!  So in the Bible, it tells you: “That day shall not come except there be a falling away first and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.” 

I didn’t know that that was going to be my mission in life, to make Satan known; to pull the cover off of him!  I didn’t know that …  But I am not doing it out of hate.  Because Satan had a job to do, and he is doing his job.  He has a right to tempt us.  And God is not going to be angry with him if we fail the test.  So, when Jesus said, “You are truly my disciples, but if you remain faithful to my teachings, you will, you’ll make it.”  It’s not my teaching, it’s the teaching that God revealed to the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and invincible truth that belongs to each and every one of you!

So, in our lawsuit, remember I told you earlier that I was trying to raise $75,000 forty-two years ago for The Nation; and The Saviour told the sister, “Tell him $75,000 is no money, it’s going to take billions”?  In the case that we have before the courts, when you are claiming something happened to you, you have to ask for something.  The lowest you can ask for is $75,000—what I asked for forty-two years ago.  But He said it would be in the billions to raise a Nation…  So the court case is four billion eight hundred million dollars ($4.8 billion). 

Of course, they don’t want to pay that!  They say, “Oh, this case is frivolous!”  But if you look at the documents that we have laid down in the court (https://noi.org/noivadl) …  See, you’ve got to study the case!  Some of my friends that, you know, they love me, but they say, “Yeah, alright Farrakhan.”  Or, “Oh, he’s such a sweet person, that guy Farrakhan—but I ain’t goin’ near him.”  Don’t run from me.  My teacher wants you to know that he is backed by The Power of The Universe Itself.  You can’t defeat him…  Allah-u-Akbar. 

Israel is in bad condition right now with God.  And He showed me in the night what He hated about Israel.  Who gives you the right to take your life and make your life valuable, and diminish the value of the lives of others?  It is kind of stupid for any of us to think of our lives in terms of real value; and as you maximize the value of your life, you minimize the value of the lives of the people that you walk by every day.  Don’t ever think that your life is more valuable than the lives of the people that God has chosen to be His own people. 

No, no, no!  Every human being has value.  And the value of every human being is what God has put within them when He made them after His own image and likeness.  So, as they were minimizing Palestinian life, in the night He was showing me: “With every life that they take, that they have diminished, they have diminished the value of their lives in My Sight.”

In The Qur’an, when God made a man, He told the angels, “Bow down to him.”  The Qur’an says, “They all obeyed, but Iblis.”  So, look at what God said to Iblis: “Why did not you bow when it is I Who commanded you to bow?”  And Iblis had an answer; he said, “Because I am better than him.  You made me of fire while you made him of dust.”  So, Cain becomes Iblis, Cain becomes Satan, because he thought himself more valuable than his brother when his offering was not respected by God. 

Some of you walk around today with poison in your breasts because you see people with things that you believe you should have, and you wonder, “Why do they have it and I don’t have it?  Why?  I am better than they!  Why does she drive that kind of car?  Why does he have this kind of house?”  STOP IT!  You have value!  But you devalue yourself by being envious of somebody who has what you feel belongs to you.

So, Netanyahu is a devalued human being.  A great man, but he’s lost his value in the eyesight of God.  So, he is under an obligation, now, to his vision of “Israel” becoming the power in the Middle East, because he’s got the military might to make it happen.  … When I looked in the corner of his eyes, there was, at that time, some humanity;

Because he was toasting, and he had a tear in his eye for the innocent Jews that would be sacrificed on October the 7th, that he, then, could take absolute control of all of Gaza, all of the West Bank, all of Easter Jerusalem, and there would not be one Palestinian left. 

However, there is a saying that Palestinians have: “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”

‘Vote for God’: Don’t put your hope in phony, fake, lying Biden, Trump

Now, I’m going to conclude this with our president, Mr. Biden.  Because he has veto power in the United Nations, but he won’t use it; that maybe the General Assembly and the Security Council can put into focus some punishment on Israel for the crime of genocide. 

But I have to tell you, the United Nations is powerless.  And I’ll say it here, from this podium: The United Nations is finished.  It’s not that they don’t mean well, but they can’t do well by the way they have structured it—with the big powers having a veto, and they can veto any expression of the General Assembly or the Security Council. 

Because, they are human beings, but they fear Israel.  António Guterres, the head of the Security Council: When Hamas struck, he said they struck, “but it was not in a vacuum.”  He knew from the beginning Arabs lost their land, and they took it from them, and they do not intend to give it back.

I come before you today representing a God, The God of Justice, The God of Peace, and The God Who is The Truth.  If He rules against you, Israel, your days are numbered, and your time is limited.  And Belshazzar, or whoever that is that will replace you when you are no longer the prime minister, he is going down, too.  Because he thinks like you!

Now to the case that’s in court.  They are listening to me, and they heard what I am saying …  Which they could throw the case out, because my words are so inflammatory.  But the wealth of the whole world belongs to Allah, and He will give it to whom He pleases!  So as long as we are pleasing to God, do not fear what men can do, fear what God can do and is doing as we speak!

The war in the Middle East will get very, very bloody.  Not because I said so.  But then again …  I am not trying to be no “smart fella” that can get beat down easily by God, no.  But Moses had a person by his side called Aaron; and Aaron had a rod, too.  And the first great plagues that was brought on Egypt came from the rod of Aaron.  (Just a hint, you know?)

Mr. Biden, you really should be ashamed of yourself with that kind of power that you have, and nearly 80 million people voted for you to represent them, and you go bend your knees to that man in Israel and make him think he’s bigger than what he is.  That’s your fault!  And you’ve really disgraced America and disgraced yourself, and the 80 million that voted for you, when you let a man over there, that you sponsored, that you’ve been taking care of—that you, Mr. Netanyahu, were deposited in Arab land!  It’s like you were put there “on deposit.” 

Mr. Netanyahu, you think you can deliver the Middle East!  No, no, no!  You won’t deliver anything.  He wants me to say this to you. 

And to you, Mr. Biden: He wants you to know that this man that you refuse as your friend, to stand up to him and use your friendship and your power to make him do better—but, you just go along with him; and every time you tell my sister to throw the veto, many, many more Palestinians die: Well, you’re going to have to pay for that.

To all of you who have signed the Geneva Convention on Genocide, you have to stand, because it’s them today; it’s the Ukrainians, it’s others under powerful rulers.  But The God that I represent?  Oh, He wants you to know that He is come to set all the rulers down.  He has come to take over the rule of America, of the world, as only God should do.  So, when you say

“Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be Your name,” the next words are: “Thy Kingdom come.  Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”  Now, you’re facing The Kingdom.  See, make The Lord your shepherd!  Don’t take these phony, fake people, and put your hope in them! 

And I’m going to say to Mr. Trump:  You’re a great man, but you lie a lot.  And in the church, we are taught that the devil is a liar.  How can we trust liars to rule over us?  What are they telling us?!  So, I guess I have to say that all liars will be set down; because Mr. Trump nor Mr. Biden can find anything in this universe that falsehood created. 

So, who are you that we should spend our time running around trying to get people to vote for a liar?  And you know he’s a liar!  Well, every one of us have lied sometime in this life, haven’t we?  Well, alright, I’ll throw my hand up.  But to be a liar: See, that’s, that’s your language, Mr. Trump.  (“What language do you speak?” “Oh, I speak the language of lies!”)  Do you think I’m here making mockery? 

Oh hell no!  No liar can produce the kingdom of God!  No liar can create anything of value!  And their promise is as false as the lies that they tell.  So go on and vote for who you want to, but if I were you, I would vote for God.  If I were you, and I am you, I’d vote for the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and The God that he represents.

“According to all available information and testimonies, there were no military gatherings or command centers at the school, and it was never used for military objectives. Survivors testified that the school was providing shelter to hundreds of children whose families felt safe there,” the Euro-Med said on Aug. 11.

“The narrow layout of the school and the lack of launch pads and shelters would make it impossible for the site to be used for military operations. The building’s cramped layout and tight spaces make it unsuitable for military operations that call for planning and logistical assistance,” the group said.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group denied Israeli claims Aug. 11 about the presence of resistance fighters inside the Gaza school.

“We categorically deny the enemy’s allegations that there were armed men inside the school,” the Palestinian resistance group said in a brief statement.

“These lies promoted by the enemy aim to sow confusion and escape accountability as it continues its war of extermination against our people intending to kill as many as possible,” it added.

Hamas resistance movement has also denounced the Israeli claims as “an attempt to justify its heinous crime.”

Ezzat al-Resheq, a member of the Hamas political bureau, said the massacre at al-Tabin School early on Aug. 10 was part of the Israeli genocide of Palestinians in Gaza and a dangerous escalation.

An Israeli military spokesman claimed that the school “served as an active Hamas and Islamic Jihad military facility.”

Al-Resheq roundly rejected the allegation, saying all Palestinian resistance groups followed the policy of not being present among civilians to prevent them from being targeted.

The Israeli regime has frequently used the allegation as a pretext to attack civilian buildings in Gaza, including hospitals and schools.

Hamas’s deputy chief in Gaza, Khalil al-Hayya, said the Israeli attack on the school was another indication that the occupying regime was trying to wipe the Palestinians out of Gaza.

The Gaza media office said the strikes hit when people sheltering at the school were performing dawn prayers, leading to the high casualty count.

Iran and several other nations have already strongly condemned a “barbaric” Israeli air strike on the school in Gaza housing displaced Palestinians.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kana’ani said in remarks on Aug. 11 that the mass killing of Palestinians has revealed the terrorist nature of the Zionist regime, the true face of its inhumane supporters, and the falsehood of the U.S. human rights slogans.

He emphasized that the regime’s escalating brutality shows its fear of collapse.
