He taught us that we are the original people of the earth who have no birth record. He calls on us to submit to him that he would set us in heaven at once. He has made it clear what constitutes heaven on earth; freedom, justice, equality, money, good homes, and friendship in all walks of life. This Christianity cannot give us (not the Christianity that has been taught to us).

He greatly rejoiced over us and was very happy that He had found us. He said that He would make a new people out of us who submit to Him by causing us to grow into a new growth; not an entirely new body but a reversal of the old decayed body into a new growth which, He said, would make us all as we were at the age of 16.

There will be no decay in this new growth of life. He also stated that the next life is a life of unlimited progress.

He taught us the things that were and are and a glimpse of the things to come. His fiery warnings of the judgment of this world make one feel as though there will be a very, very narrow chance for any life to survive such a destruction. He taught us that our foreparents were deceived and brought into America by a slave trader whose name was John Hawkins in the year of 1555.

I GIVE you what I have received from Allah (God) Who Came in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to Whom Praises are due forever. He taught me that we eat one meal once every twenty-four (24) hours, a day–and nothing in between meals.

I HAVE tried this. I am one who has self-experience in this teaching and I have tried this world’s way of eating, also.

EAT ONE MEAL PER DAY AND NOTHING BETWEEN MEALS, not even the drinking of milk, pops or juices. You must not eat or drink anything between meals. You must keep your stomach regulated to that one meal and when you drink enough water to digest that one meal, then do not drink any more water between meals.

PAY NO ATTENTION to your doctor saying that you need six (6) to eight (8) glasses of water with one meal per day. What he is telling you goes for three (3) meals per day. All of their medical teachings and administering is based upon a patient who eats three meals (3) per day.

AND we know what kind of health and sickness we had under such way of eating. This world offers you a thousand and one different kinds of food to eat. Do not let your eyes destroy your stomach. Eat that which is good and leave alone that which is not good for you. If you try to eat everything that probably is good for your stomach, you will soon have no stomach.

THE SIMPLE food is the food that will give us health; and not that food that we spice up with various kinds of spices. Neither is all that dainty meats, cakes and pies, good for you.

THE BIBLE warns us to be careful of the world’s ‘dainty meats’ for the world worships the poison, filthy hog as their choice piece of meat. What Allah (God) Has Commanded, “Thou shalt not eat”; the wicked world says, “thou shalt eat.”

FOR INSTANCE, most of the Muslims eat lamb (sheep). This world of the White race, found us on a diet of lamb, and they went for the cow, (beef) which is harder to digest than lamb flesh. Beef is coarser meat than lamb. Being coarser, it takes more of our stomach’s digestive juices to digest it. And the cow is easily diseased.

SO they just eat the opposite of what Allah (God) gave us to eat and what they saw us eat. They advertise just the opposite food, which is against us.

EVEN TO the bread–they change it and they teach us that corn bread is good for us to eat. We can eat it if we have no other bread, but it is not good for us. If you eat corn bread you will wear your stomach out. It is too coarse for the stomach. They take the wheat flour and they ruin it by adding to it that which is not wheat. So do not look forward to their table for health food, they do not have it.

LOOK at their advertisement of ‘hot dogs’. For a man to hear that some food is named hot dogs, he would not want to eat it. The dog is a very filthy animal for one to name a food after. I do not see how in the world the public gets the idea to buy a food that goes under such a name as the filthy dog.

HOT DOGS–it is a very cheap food. It is made mostly of scrap beef–something that would not sell if the buyer or the consumer saw it before he bought it made into that fashion. Dog food! Hot dog–just think they buy this all over the world under that name.

THE most intelligent and delicate eater would not even buy a food that had such a name as ‘hot dog’. They have certainly made fools of us. If the food is not dog, then why name it a dog?

WHY could not this food be named something that has a better meaning than to give it the name of the filthy dog,–hot dog?

I have worked in packing houses years ago and I have seen how these things, the hot dog, was made. I do not eat hot dogs myself. But after it is spiced up to taste good–and it is a little tasty but that does not mean that it is some fine beef flesh. No, that is not choice beef that the hot dog is made of.

WE CANNOT live eating any such food as that which is thrown on the market by the Christian world. They advertise that which Allah (God) Has already Cursed from the beginning and they make us to eat the curse of Allah (God).

HOW TO EAT TO LIVE. Eat that food that Allah (God) Has Prescribed for us. Even take little simple things such as beans. Allah (God) says that the little navy bean will make you live, just eat them. He Said to me that even milk and bread would make us live. Just eat bread and milk–it is the best food. He Said that a diet of navy beans would give us a life span of one hundred and forty (140) years. Yet we cannot live one-half (1/2) that length of time eating everything that the Christian table has set for us.

VERY few Christians, even doctors, live eighty to ninety (80-90) years–not to think of living over one hundred (100) years. And they think they have lived for a long time if they reach a life span of eighty or ninety years. He has not been here long enough to know what life is.

NOAH and Methuselah lived almost into a thousand years, but we cannot live one-tenth (1/10) that time (100 years), because we eat the wrong food.

THE nature of this world (White man) was not to give and prolong our life; it is their nature to shorten our life, and they have done a good job of it. To destroy life is their very nature.

HOW TO EAT TO LIVE–eat simple food. Do not be reaching for all different kinds of food for they were prepared by the man who wants to commercialize on what you eat. They are interested in commerce. They eat the scavengers of the sea and the scavengers of the earth–reptiles and what not. They have no sense of choice–they will eat anything.

TRY and resort to what you find in this book and EAT TO LIVE.

For the past 6,000 years we have had to live in an evil world that was designed to destroy the peace of man and to shed his blood.

All around the earth, there has not been one section of the world in which the Original Man has been or where he now lives that has not been touched or ruled by the evil of gods of the old world.

The God of Righteousness and peace, today, has Made His Appearance to Take to Himself the Rule of the Nations under the government of Peace, Freedom, Justice, and Equality.

Allah (God) Seeks to separate the evil from the good and the good from the evil. He Declared Himself as Coming to Seek and to Save the Black Man (so-called Negro) from his kidnappers (the White race).

Allah (God) Came to unite and Restore the Black Man again to his Own and Bless Him with the rule of the Nations of earth, as declared by the prophets, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus.

Fall of Ancient Babylon

In the Fall of Ancient Babylon Jer. 50:46, “At the noise of the taking of Babylon the earth is moved, and the cry is heard among the nations.” Here the Bible teaches us and we see today, at the fall of the old world, there is a great noise of war, the fighting of war, the destruction of nations, towns, and cities and the killing of their citizens. There is disagreement and confusion of the heads of nations.

It is a very dreadful time that the populations of the earth are now living in. This is the time of the destruction of a world. It is not to be compared with the destruction of an organization or a few towns as it was in the days of Noah. The destruction today is the destruction of a whole world. The prophets could not have given us a better picture of what we may expect today than the picture of what took place in the fall of ancient Babylon.

The Earth, land, and sea are set in battle array. Every type of deadly weapon is fashioned and is now being used against man and man. See Holy Qur’an Chap. 30:41. There cannot be any peace for man under these conditions.

THERE ARE even some professional people of ours such as doctors who know that this will prolong your life and theirs too, but they are like us, they were reared under the same teaching and therefore they cannot teach you what Allah Teaches us.

HOW TO EAT TO LIVE. It makes sense to wait such a length of time for our food to digest; it is good for us.

Do not be foolish to use such words as: “I cannot do that” … We can do many things. There are people known to go without food for forty days and nights. But, we have learned to be ever so eager to spend our language and time in foolishness.

We will feel better and we will keep the doctor away—not by an apple (smile), but by prolonging the time between each meal. I keep repeating to you, as others prophesied, that God Will Come to Give you life and more life, abundantly.

HE CANNOT give us more life if we hold on to death (eating without any regularity).

As the Holy Qur’an Teaches us, the devil eats as the beasts eat. There is no set time for the beast to eat. He eats whenever he sees his food present. This is the way many people are. They eat the food and will tell you, indirectly, “I said, I was not hungry.” This is really ignorance. I said indirectly, but they tell you these things DIRECTLY.

There is hardly a one of you who does not wish to live a thousand years and who can hardly live a thousand days, the way you eat. You may say, “Well, how about you?” I am a man, according to the Bible, that is afflicted with everything that you are afflicted with. If I was not bearing the same affliction that you are afflicted with, maybe I would be better. But this affliction must come to me to prove that God and myself love you (that I am willing to go through with that which you are afflicted with, to bring you to a better way of life).

THE VERY EATING of one meal a day or one meal every other day makes your beauty appearance to shine more. You are the only people who do not need make up. You are already beautiful, by nature.

Stay away from all of his various kinds of foods and eat the common food. Do not try to eat all of that fancy food that he has your eyes attracted by and your appetite tempted by. This is not the kind of food that will make you live longer. But it is hard to get people like you away from that which is wrong and bad for your life.

The common food (just milk and bread or just bean soup and bread) is better than all the fancy food that you may try to eat. Eating good, common food will make you live a long time. This civilization intends to get us death and not long life. So, eat to live and not to die!

Rev. Ch. 12 (Bible) prophesies of America under the worst names that could be given to a human being: serpent, snake, Satan, devil, and the deceiver of the people of the earth. Therefore, the Black man is warned in Rev. 18:4, “… Come out of her, my people…” This scripture warns the Black man to give up Babylon, which is a symbolic name, meaning America. America has tormented the Black Man. Now a tormentor is after her. The Divine Tormentor says that we should not be partakers of the divine torment coming against America from Allah (God) Who came in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to Whom praises are due forever. This means, “separation.” We must separate ourselves from America so that we will be saved from the stroke of the Master Who Is God Himself. Allah (God) is whipping America with all kinds of calamities.

I have been writing for many years that America must be punished for her evil done to her Black once- slaves, who are so-called free-slaves now, and who continue to suffer the same, or worse, punishment under the children of the White slave master, than their White fathers imposed upon our Black fathers under servitude-slavery.

America has not only lost and is still losing friendship all over Asia and Africa, … but she is now losing friendship right here with her next-door neighbors, Central and South America.

The manner–the ill-treatment and dislike with which they received the President’s Fact-Finding Committee–made it seem as though they should have been on the other side of the earth. Steps had to be taken to protect their physical self in a country which is right next-door to America.

However, the scripture must be fulfilled; they shall eat America’s bread and burn her body with fire.

I quote from Rev. 17:16, “And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore … and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire!” The ‘horns’ here are a symbolic reference to Central and South America (America’s satellites).

This means that America’s gifts and what-not will be accepted, but this does not mean that America has bought their sincere friendship. They will take all the gifts which America offers, but still this does not mean that America has their heart.

America is careful not to give any help to her Black once-slave for four hundred years to do something for themselves. America wants to keep her Black slave tied while she watches their movements.

If we go to her asking America for a territory so that we can live to ourselves, she turns a deaf ear to us. We helped America for four hundred years, in every respect as though we were one -half owners of the country. We have gotten nothing in return but beatings, cheatings and shootings down on the highway.

If we think that there is a God of Mercy (and there is One)…should we not think that He will sympathize with the poor Black slave to receive justice from his master?

The Black slave helped to make America rich. Would Allah, (God) be silent forever? Being the God of Righteousness and Justice, would He not take to Himself the work of aiding the poor Black people against their evil oppressors?

America wants everyone to help her bemoan all of her set-backs; but when she causes others to fall…breaks up the countries of other peoples and destroys their independence and freedom, she laughs and prides herself as doing a great thing. She puts her feet upon their economic neck and destroys their independence as a nation.

All this now returns to America. The little nations are now awake. They had looked for true friendship from America but instead America deceived them.

Again, I repeat, the Bible prophecy…”As thou has done, it shall be done unto thee.” There is no friend for America. Also it is written in the Bible, “In the day of thy fall, none shall help thee …”

Why? Because you, America, have been and are an aide of the destruction and fall of other peoples. So who should help you in the day of your fall? This is what Allah (God) wants to bring home to America through His prophets.

The Holy Qur’an refers to America in this kind of prophecy: “When her doom comes there will come one calamity after another.” As soon as she thinks she is getting over the sore made by a previous calamity, another will attack her.

America is undergoing all that is prophesied against her. It is nothing new. It is well -known.

We have been eating the bread of affliction and suffering the poisonous bites of our White slave master. It has caused actual death of our proper mental way of thinking. The natural brain of the Black slave is poisoned and cannot think for itself.

So Allah (God) is asking us to separate from White America. But the mentally dead do not want to go from her for they have not yet gotten the knowledge of truth of our God, Allah and His Mercy for them.

The Black slave children are victimized by the White slavemaster, because of the condition the White slave-master brought our Black slave-fathers up in. They do not readily hear the right answer to the problem. Regardless, to how I cry in their midst, they are poisoned and mentally dead.

In order to be recognized today you must represent your nation. We must understand the importance of land to our nation.

What we must understand today is the importance of acquiring land of our own. We are no longer a mere handful of people. We are a little better than 22 million in population and still increasing.

We cannot forever continue to depend upon America to give us a job, send us to school, build our houses and sell us her food and give nothing in return.

American was not established and chartered with constitutional guarantees for the Black man but for the White man.

American was not founded to guarantee the freedom and equality of the Black man and woman and, indeed, she is not seeking to grant these privileges to our people today.

In what other country on this earth will you find 22 million people within the framework of another people’s government seeking to become qualified citizens joyously singing the song of integration? Our people are the fools of the nations.

Integration means self-destruction, and the means to this end is exactly that–death and nothing less.

The Black people throughout the earth are seeking independence for their own, not integration into White society. What do we look like trying to integrate with our 400-year-old enemies?

The average so-called Negro wants to change his own flesh color and blood for a strange blood and flesh.

In order to build a nation you must first have some land. From our first generation of slaves to the present generation of our people, we have been unable to unite and acquire some land of our own due to the mental poisoning of our former slave-masters, who destroyed in us the desire to think and do for self and kind.

Do you as educated and professional men and women desire to be recognized forever as the mental slaves, beggars of White America?

Today, the international conception of honor, pride and dignity is not concerned with individuals within a country but is rather concerned with your work and value as a part of an established nation.

In order to be recognized today you must represent your nation. We must understand the importance of land to our nation.

The first and most important reason that the individual countries of Europe, Africa and Asia are recognized as nations is because they occupy a specific area of the earth. Second, they are recognized because of the effectiveness of their internal unity and policies and then by their enactment of international policies and agreements with other established nations. The Black man has been actually worthless when it comes to exercising the rights as human beings in an ever-advancing civilization. So remember, we cannot demand recognition until we have some land that we can call our own.

You might argue that this is impossible, but I say to you, with Almighty Allah (God) on my side this is not only possible but is in the working for our people and will manifest itself soon!

Eating one meal a day most certainly will prolong our lives if we eat the proper food. Cooking food correctly is another problem that must be solved with you. Regardless to the length of time allowed between each meal and regardless to the knowledge of the best foods to purchase from the markets, if it is not prepared properly, it also will shorten our lives.

We must know how to prepare the proper foods so that it may prolong our lives. These people (White race) have been bent on the destruction of our lives and they are the rulers of the land. It is hard to try to eat properly while living right in the midst of such people.

Think over it—that their food scientists teach how to rob food of its value and then put it in pills and in liquid forms to commercialize on. How then, can you eat to live with what he leaves you to eat—foods robbed of their natural vitamins?

She boasts of her material and being able to destroy the people of earth thirty times. If she was left free to use her material maybe America could win, but the divine die was set against her long before she ever became America.

She can try and boast of her idea of mind to deceive her Black slaves, but she will deceive herself and them. America is made manifest, by Almighty God, in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to Whom praises are due forever, that she is total and deadly enemy against her once slaves.

For many years, I have written that America’s greatest sin is her evil done to her Black slaves. Allah (God) intends to repay her for what she has done.

She deceives the Black slaves right at the point of total destruction. She tries to woo the so-called Negro with false and temporary promises by offering him high political jobs to keep him from turning his attention to self and kind. The Black politician could and should use his political knowledge to benefit self and kind.

White America isolates the Messenger of God from their minds with these false promises and makes them to hate the Messenger of God and to work against him although the Messenger of God is working for the interests of the Black slaves.

The eyes and ears of Allah (God) are open, looking and listening to their actions. It is not necessary for Allah (God) to use mechanical devices. Allah (God) is physically real and He has real physical eyes and ears. He is capable of seeing and hearing everything we do and say. He has power to defeat us in our plans which are against His plans.

The American slave-holders want to deceive the so-called Negro into believing that Allah (God) is not paying attention to them. The White man wants them to believe that he is the god that they should pay attention to.

I warn my people who believe in the idea that the White man is the god they should pay attention to. You will come up the loser.

Allah (God) is backing me up in the work He has given me to do. The work He has given me to do is for your own Black salvation. If you think that you have salvation with the White man, then go ahead with him. I am not here to force you against your own will, but I want you to know that if you are looking to White America for your salvation you are headed with them to your and their destruction.

There is no hope for America to win the war. There is no hope for the Black man in the future of America for America has no future for herself. She will not be able to win the war.

The scholars and the scientists know that America cannot win. It is not just I, alone, saying this.

Scholars and scientists will tell us America cannot win and we know by divine prophecy that America cannot win.

If it were just Russia, China, Viet Nam and Korea using their judgment of how best to destroy each other, maybe America could win; for she has as much as they have in war material and scientific preparation.

America is capable of going out of the atmosphere of the earth and to fight them from there, but she will not be able to go out of the atmosphere of the earth and destroy the Black Man of the Earth.

It is only a mistake that one should believe in America’s ability to build a way-station in the air or on the moon for she will not be able to use it against us, for the divine plan is set to destroy her.

We have many things out there in space that can be brought into action against America or any other nation today; for Allah is the Greatest.

ALLAH (GOD) wants us to live longer and the only way that He can lengthen our lives is by us obeying Him and eating right.

You will feel remarkably better if you would just eat one meal a day. Do not try to start eating one meal every two or three days at first, because you may not keep it up. First try to get used to eating one meal a day.

These are important things to remember–to obtain and maintain good health and long life. Do not eat too much food at any time. Do not eat too frequently. Eat the properly prepared right kind of food.

EATING ONE meal a day or one meal every other day is the key to long life–if you eat the right kind of food. The right kind of food has been described in this article many times.

Cook your food done, but not to a “mush.”

Stay away from the hog. And stay away from those “old blackeyed peas,” field peas, lima beans, baby butter beans (which are nothing but baby lima beans) and corn bread. Keep them off your table.

CORN BREAD CAN be eaten, but you may not want to prepare it as it should be prepared. Allah (God), in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to Whom praise is due forever, taught me that corn bread should be baked two or three times and put away and soured each time with yeast. Let it set in your mold two or three times. You should bake it and sour it again. And Allah (God) said you should put onions in the dough. So, I think you should be very careful in preparing corn bread for eating. It requires a lot of baking.

If you want to add flour to the corn meal, do not use white flour. Use 100 percent rye flour.

WHEN YOU BAKE rye bread, or prepare corn bread, let it rise two or three times with yeast, bake it, let it set, and then add more yeast to it and bake it a second time. You do not have to add any additional flour or meal to rye flour.

There are many vegetables that you can eat, but please do not eat the wrong vegetables.

‘America goes abroad and makes war against other people. Then she charges them with making war against her when she is the one who is guilty of the war-making.’

America, in trying to hold her place as the greatest power among the nations of earth, is one of the most troubled countries on earth today.

The world has never before seen the top rulers of the land leaving their offices to visit nations abroad. The purpose of these visits to foreign countries is to make peace with them after years of troubling them.

America brought all of her troubles upon herself. She alone is to be charged with being the cause of the troubled world and people today.

America loves meddling into other people’s affairs. She just cannot stay out of other people’s business, whether they be a two-cents worth soap-box teacher or presidents and kings of countries.

America’s actions fit the description of the prophecy (Bible) “The beast has eyes around about.” This refers to the mechanical listening devices with which America listens in on other people’s private affairs, as well as her listening in on foreign governmental affairs. This also refers to her powerful telescope.

America goes abroad and makes war against other people. Then she charges them with making war against her when she is the one who is guilty of the war-making.

The Bible says Allah (God) will destroy those who delight themselves in making war.
