She boasts of her material and being able to destroy the people of earth thirty times. If she was left free to use her material maybe America could win, but the divine die was set against her long before she ever became America.

She can try and boast of her idea of mind to deceive her Black slaves, but she will deceive herself and them. America is made manifest, by Almighty God, in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to Whom praises are due forever, that she is total and deadly enemy against her once slaves.

For many years, I have written that America’s greatest sin is her evil done to her Black slaves. Allah (God) intends to repay her for what she has done.

She deceives the Black slaves right at the point of total destruction. She tries to woo the so-called Negro with false and temporary promises by offering him high political jobs to keep him from turning his attention to self and kind. The Black politician could and should use his political knowledge to benefit self and kind.

White America isolates the Messenger of God from their minds with these false promises and makes them to hate the Messenger of God and to work against him although the Messenger of God is working for the interests of the Black slaves.

The eyes and ears of Allah (God) are open, looking and listening to their actions. It is not necessary for Allah (God) to use mechanical devices. Allah (God) is physically real and He has real physical eyes and ears. He is capable of seeing and hearing everything we do and say. He has power to defeat us in our plans which are against His plans.

The American slave-holders want to deceive the so-called Negro into believing that Allah (God) is not paying attention to them. The White man wants them to believe that he is the god that they should pay attention to.

I warn my people who believe in the idea that the White man is the god they should pay attention to. You will come up the loser.

Allah (God) is backing me up in the work He has given me to do. The work He has given me to do is for your own Black salvation. If you think that you have salvation with the White man, then go ahead with him. I am not here to force you against your own will, but I want you to know that if you are looking to White America for your salvation you are headed with them to your and their destruction.

There is no hope for America to win the war. There is no hope for the Black man in the future of America for America has no future for herself. She will not be able to win the war.

The scholars and the scientists know that America cannot win. It is not just I, alone, saying this.

Scholars and scientists will tell us America cannot win and we know by divine prophecy that America cannot win.

If it were just Russia, China, Viet Nam and Korea using their judgment of how best to destroy each other, maybe America could win; for she has as much as they have in war material and scientific preparation.

America is capable of going out of the atmosphere of the earth and to fight them from there, but she will not be able to go out of the atmosphere of the earth and destroy the Black Man of the Earth.

It is only a mistake that one should believe in America’s ability to build a way-station in the air or on the moon for she will not be able to use it against us, for the divine plan is set to destroy her.

We have many things out there in space that can be brought into action against America or any other nation today; for Allah is the Greatest.

ALLAH (GOD) wants us to live longer and the only way that He can lengthen our lives is by us obeying Him and eating right.

You will feel remarkably better if you would just eat one meal a day. Do not try to start eating one meal every two or three days at first, because you may not keep it up. First try to get used to eating one meal a day.

These are important things to remember–to obtain and maintain good health and long life. Do not eat too much food at any time. Do not eat too frequently. Eat the properly prepared right kind of food.

EATING ONE meal a day or one meal every other day is the key to long life–if you eat the right kind of food. The right kind of food has been described in this article many times.

Cook your food done, but not to a “mush.”

Stay away from the hog. And stay away from those “old blackeyed peas,” field peas, lima beans, baby butter beans (which are nothing but baby lima beans) and corn bread. Keep them off your table.

CORN BREAD CAN be eaten, but you may not want to prepare it as it should be prepared. Allah (God), in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to Whom praise is due forever, taught me that corn bread should be baked two or three times and put away and soured each time with yeast. Let it set in your mold two or three times. You should bake it and sour it again. And Allah (God) said you should put onions in the dough. So, I think you should be very careful in preparing corn bread for eating. It requires a lot of baking.

If you want to add flour to the corn meal, do not use white flour. Use 100 percent rye flour.

WHEN YOU BAKE rye bread, or prepare corn bread, let it rise two or three times with yeast, bake it, let it set, and then add more yeast to it and bake it a second time. You do not have to add any additional flour or meal to rye flour.

There are many vegetables that you can eat, but please do not eat the wrong vegetables.

‘America goes abroad and makes war against other people. Then she charges them with making war against her when she is the one who is guilty of the war-making.’

America, in trying to hold her place as the greatest power among the nations of earth, is one of the most troubled countries on earth today.

The world has never before seen the top rulers of the land leaving their offices to visit nations abroad. The purpose of these visits to foreign countries is to make peace with them after years of troubling them.

America brought all of her troubles upon herself. She alone is to be charged with being the cause of the troubled world and people today.

America loves meddling into other people’s affairs. She just cannot stay out of other people’s business, whether they be a two-cents worth soap-box teacher or presidents and kings of countries.

America’s actions fit the description of the prophecy (Bible) “The beast has eyes around about.” This refers to the mechanical listening devices with which America listens in on other people’s private affairs, as well as her listening in on foreign governmental affairs. This also refers to her powerful telescope.

America goes abroad and makes war against other people. Then she charges them with making war against her when she is the one who is guilty of the war-making.

The Bible says Allah (God) will destroy those who delight themselves in making war.

IT IS possible for us to eat many things and we can keep existing for a while, but if we would like to live as long as we CAN live, we need the proper guidance in the way of teaching us the proper foods to eat to expand our life and keep it expanded.

AS YOU KNOW, as I have repeatedly written in this book, that Allah (God) Taught me one meal a day of the right food will allow us to live a great, long while, even to 140 years and more, if we eat it once every other day and every three days instead of one meal every day.

WE ALL ARE very hesitant in refraining from eating food for any length of time. Why? It is because we are born eating all the food that we can get in our stomachs within one day. There is no regularity in this way of eating. We eat whenever we see some food. We are like pigs. The pig eats all of the time, so long as he sees food. And, we are like chickens and other fowl and animals that eat all of the time. Eating like this keeps our stomach churning to try to digest the food that we put in it, and to pass the food through to our intestines. This will soon wear the digestive juices of our stomach out and we only live as long as the stomach is capable of digesting what we put in it.

WE SUFFER with all kinds of ailments of the body, due to our own ignorant way of eating. How many times have you heard people say, when offered food, “do not wait until you are hungry, eat before you get hungry?” This is a dangerous thing to follow, eating before you get hungry. I have heard many people, and you heard them say that they are eating just because they have not eaten in such a length of time or, “I missed my breakfast,” or “I missed my lunch.” They are eating then not because they are hungry, but they are eating because of the time they had set for themselves to eat.

THREE MEALS A DAY, within the short space of eight or ten hours could kill you at a very early age. All foods have a certain percentage of poison in it and if allowed to be increased in a very short while, then that keeps the body housing and storing up poison that it does not need to be housing; because we are making an addition to that already poison that is there. It makes sense. Sometimes this extra, unwanted food by the body, causes pain here and there; and we say that it is something else that it is coming from. It is that big meal that you are eating two and three times within eight or ten hours, or within twelve hours at the longest. So, we kill ourselves, as Allah (God) tells me; that there is no set time that we should die like our old parents were taught that when the time comes for you to die you will die regardless. Allah (God) told me there is no set time for us to die. We kill ourselves and that has been proven true.

WHEN WE get a pain, we run to the doctor for some drugs to stop it, or anything to stop the pain. If we had not found something to stop the pain, then maybe death would have come to us. But, seeing and knowing that death comes in the absence of a preventative against death, we should try and use the best preventative and that is to keep poison out of our bodies by abstaining from keeping our bodies stored with a lot of fresh food for it to digest.

We do not hope for peace as long as we add to the war that which serves as fuel to a fire. The fire cannot go out as long as we keep it burning by adding more fuel. A dying, burning fire is increased when more fuel is thrown into it.

There are a lot of people who are so anxious for peace so that they can return to committing that which they lack and love–idling, sport and play.

The world that we live in desires first of all to hide the truth to keep the Black man who is made blind, deaf and dumb by the scientific tricknology of the White race, so that the White race can continue to carry on the same deceiving and wickedness that they have been practicing.

How can we expect peace where the method used to bring about peace is the same method that started the war–instead of finding a right solution and then practicing the right solution?

I say these things for the sake of my own Black people, for they are so ignorant to the knowledge of the truth of the time in which we are living. What they would like to do cannot be done, for the time to even continue to do what you are doing, is up.

We must remember again the prediction of the Bible. It has foretold these times, if we understand the Bible. It most certainly teaches us that there is no peace for the wicked.

There is no people who preach such a thing as peace and as being true followers of the prophet Jesus, as much as the white Christians do. Day and night the air-waves are full of their preaching. To hear them, you would think that they are the prophets Moses and Aaron. As the words of the Jesus put it, “They sat in Moses’ Seat.”

The White Christians are great deceivers. The pope of Rome cannot bring peace to the Christian church, for he is not enjoying peace himself.

So who is that people then that the Bible prophesies of in the Book of Isaiah that “He will extend peace to them like rivers?” Surely it cannot be the present Christian white race for they are the ones who are breaking the peace.

“Fire Fed with Fuel”–leaving your own home and country you go to another man’s home and country to make trouble for that people and then accuse that people of being the trouble-maker. It is the attacker who is guilty of that which follows the attack.

I say to you Black people, you can get away from that old misunderstanding of the time. You are not living in a time in which you may be expecting a settlement of the war that will give you what you have always been used to–sport and play and foolishness.

Actually now is the time that you and I should be wise enough to understand that we should think for self and do for self. If you do not know how to do for self, you should follow the man to whom Allah (God) has given that knowledge to teach you how to do for self.

With the oceans filled with the fleets of the white Christians and the skies clouded with their death-dealing planes over other peoples’ territory could you tell them that they should submit to you for peace? If you are able to force them to their knees or to destroy them, then I say yes. If that was the situation then I would say that they should submit and let you triumph.

But you cannot force them to their knees. They have been preparing for a war like this for nearly a century; or rather I should say, they have been preparing and working faithfully for a half a century to entertain the attacker with the same type of weapon and better weapons than the weapons you are attacking them with. If you resort to worse weapons they have worse weapons also.

So we are in a time when argument to the contrary of peace is like heaping fuel on a fire–it keeps it burning. We are living in an evil time.

I believe, and maybe many hundreds of thousands believe as I do, that the President of the United States of America had good intentions toward the citizens of America when he took over the presidency, but the time is against him.

For the past four thousand years and more Allah (God) has already given the prophecy through the mouth of His prophets of the doom of the wicked. Now is the time and we cannot do anything but take it, and it is dangerous to add fuel to an unwanted fire.

THE FIRE IS THE WAR!

BUT, if you are sick you are not required to follow the course of one (1) meal a day. But, if you are only sick with a greedy appetite, eat one (1) meal a day and you can control your sugar diabetes. You can also control little minor ailments such as all kinds of local fevers and diseases. By eating one (1) meal a day you will not attract minor ailments.

YOU will not have high fevers if you eat right and if you think right (a right heart). You CANNOT get good results from Allah’s (God’s) Law except that you think right. Your heart has to be in accord with what you say.

By eating one (1) meal a day, you will not be always paying doctor bills and drugstore bills for prescriptions. Eat one (1) meals a day and eat the proper food. Do not try to eat everything that is edible.

Just get yourself some common food. Number one, a bag of navy beans. Cook them well-done so that you will not get the colic from eating half-done beans. Put a little seasoning in the beans, if you want to. If you want meat in them, do not put pig in them. Use beef lamb or chicken in the pot of beans. Do not use fish to season the pot of beans.

EAT the beans and if you want something else, like vegetables, eat the best of the vegetables that Allah (God) Has Caused to Grow out of the earth, for us.

BUT, do not eat leaf vegetable, such as collard greens, which some of us have taken for our diet. Do not eat a lot of green vegetables, anyway. Eat the white heads of vegetables, such as cauliflower and white heads of cabbage. Eat that type of food. You can eat the roots of turnips but do not eat the salad (leaves).

Eat rice, but do not eat the rice without washing it thoroughly until the water becomes clear as you pour it off the washed rice. And take the rice and parch it in a pan that has a little butter, vegetable oil or corn oil or olive in it. Keep turning the rice over in the pan and do not let it burn. Then put it into your boiler with water in it and let is boil slowly. Keep the fire low enough so that the water just pips. It does not take a lot of rapidly boiling water to cook rice. Just let it simmer on the stove until the grain of rice swells to two or three times its natural size.

THE LESS you eat the longer you live. You can eat once every two days. You will live that much longer. If you eat one meal a day from the cradle you should live three hundred (300) years or more, for you will not be sick, Allah (God) Who Came in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to Whom Praises are due forever Assured me of this.

YOU will not be sick often if you eat one (1) meal a day. And if you eat once every two (2) days you will not know what sickness feels like. That is if you eat the right food and the right food for thought thinking.

EAT right and abstain from eating when you are not hungry, and you will be able to do much in this world’s life. I have tried all of these things so that I can know the results before I teach you to do for yourself and you may be happy.

STOP eating that three meals a day and eat one meal a day instead. Try out what Elijah teaches you for one week. See if you do not tell me that you are feeling better.

NEVER think to go near the hog and do not help prepare the hog for anyone else to eat. Do not even touch the hog. The hog is a very foul animal. Its name in Arabic is khanzier. The khan-zier means, “I see foul and very foul.”

THE HOG was made out of the cat, rat and dog, so Allah (God) Taught me. The hog has not always been on our planet earth. The hog was made for medical purposes, a few years after the making of the White race. He was made to cure the diseases that the White race attracts since they are physically weak, so Allah (God) Who Came in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to Whom Praises are due forever, Taught me, HOW TO EAT TO LIVE.

We are 4,000 years from Moses and Moses was 2,000 years after the creation of the Caucasian race, or 2,000 years after the fathers of the Caucasian, or White race of Europe.

This makes 6,000 years from the time of the birth or grafting of the Caucasian race.

In 4,000 years of the White man’s rule they have practiced and exercised their power and authority over us as was divinely given to them.

The trouble is going on between the so-called Negroes and the American White people, who have always shown themselves to be the enemies and haters of their slaves, the so-called Negroes. This thing must come to an end.

So God, Himself, intervenes to make manifest the two peoples. Everything that is of good, according to recorded history, has trouble in it’s infancy, but as it grows, it triumphs in the end.

The so-called Negroes must know the truth. This is the only way to bring them into the light of truth as they are spiritually blind to the knowledge of themselves but God, Himself.

Prophets of God can only deliver the truth to the people. But to make them believe, see, and understand it and accept or reject it this must come from God.

It took the destruction of the people of Korah by Almighty God to make Israel understand that it was God who had appointed Moses to lead them and that self-made leaders such as Korah would not work in the way of delivering Israel another country.

Because Allah had chosen Moses to act as a guide for Israel, and all other self- made leaders would be failures.

He sent poisonous and fiery serpents against them to bite and kill those who rebelled. So this is a warning and a sign for us today: That when God intends to separate a people, or remove a people and put another in their stead, it is His work and the people who rebel against His work who will come to naught.

The so-called American Negroes must learn these truths today. That they cannot deliver themselves from the evils they are suffering from the White race without the help of Allah.

You see the trouble that our people and the American Whites are suffering from the struggle of our people with a few Whites on their side to bring about integration between the two races, of which is opposed by God, Himself. It is the time that the two people should separate.

REMEMBER the Bible’s symbol like language (in Genesis) of the made-man (serpent, devil) talking to Eve, who represents the righteous. The made-man (serpent) condemned what God had said to Eve and he (wrongly) accused the God of trying to deprive Eve of knowledge that she should have. However, Eve should have known the difference between the evil and the good and she should not have taken the serpent (devil) for a guide.

TAKING the man-made (devil) for a guide is the mistake that the Lost-Found Black People has made and continues to make. They take the opposer of God to be their right-guide.

ALLAH (God) Who Came in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to Whom Praises are due forever, said to me, “Eat one meal a day and eat the right kind of food in that meal.” Animal flesh? NO. But we are not committing a sin by eating animal flesh if we cannot help ourselves. But DO NOT EAT THE HOG, by any means. Even if we are starving we should not eat the flesh of the hog.

Originally, the hog was not on our planet. The hog was made after the making of the made-man (White man) and he was made for the made-man; the hog was not made for the Original Man (Black Man).

THE famous meats that the Black Man eats are beef and lamb. We eat chicken and fowl, but they are not good for us nor are birds good for us to eat, except that young pigeon which we call the squab. The squab is good to eat when it is young and has not yet flown from its nest, but when the squab flies from his nest, do not eat him.

BEFORE the making of the White man the Black Man did not eat animal flesh. After the removal of the White man, there will be no more eating of this type of meat (animal flesh or even fowl). There will be a complete stoppage and practice of the eating of land flesh regardless to whether it is animal, beast or fowl. The people will live a thousand years without eating them.

According to the teachings of Allah, this is the first and the last time we will ever have a trouble-making people on our planet. There is no doubt about it, we, who were brought here to the Western Hemisphere by the White slave-masters of our fathers, can bear witness that this is the most evil people that we have ever experienced.

Today, the wickedness of this civilization has become so great and fair-seeming to the original people of the earth. He said that twelve leaders from Islam from all over the planet earth have conferred in the root of civilization at Mecca and have found this people disagreeable to live with in peace, and they decided that they must be removed from the planet earth. And the main obstacle that stands in the way of this removal is the so-called Negroes in America who have been lost of the knowledge of self, their God, their religion and the knowledge of the enemy who has robbed them. They must return to their own.

A Messenger has been sent to teach them the knowledge of self that will qualified them to return to their own. The time of this spreading of the true knowledge of self, God, and devil is the important mission that I have. As it is written, the life of this world has been made so fair-seeming to you that you cannot conceive of another world that might be better. This is where you are making a fatal mistake.

Let us use some of the times that were limited for similar wicked governments and of people of the past. For instance, the people of Noah, Abraham, Lot and Moses and Jesus. All of these had a limited time. The Prophets who were sent to them had opponents who rose up against them, near the end of their time, to do the worse of evil against them.

What must be done? You must start thinking and working in the way of independence, as other dependent nations had to do and are still doing, when once free of those who hold you in bondage. Get away from that childish way of thinking that the White man forever owes it to you to provide for you the necessities of life. Should you not be too proud of yourself in this modern time to be thinking in the way of dependence instead of independence?

Why are you talking freedom, justice and equality if you do not like to be separated from the people on whom you and your fathers are dependent? Do you think that an independent nation is going to make you its equal while you will not accept your own responsibility to provide for your own? Can you blame America for rejecting you as her equal when you are going to the extreme of trying to force her to accept you instead of forcing self and your people to be independent?

You have disgraced yourself and still are in trying to force yourself upon your slave-masters’ children so that they will continue to support you in the necessities for your existence. In this way, you are telling the world that you are too lazy to go for self. Allah and I want you to be freed of such childish thinking like men and accept responsibility.

You can never boast of being equal while still a subjected people. You are even laughing at me and my followers for preaching and striving for freedom to go for self on some of this earth that we can call our own. Which is the most intelligent, a man who seeks to earn his living by working for his needs or a man who depends on begging others for the things he could get by working for self? Today, you are beaten in city after city like an old lazy horse being whipped by his driver because he won’t pull the plow to prepare the land to grow corn, oats and hay so that his master may eat the better food.

You are trying to force yourself into White society rather than take the responsibility for building your own society. This is your shame and disgrace as a people in this modern time. Allah and the Nation of Islam will help you build one of the finest and best societies the world of man has ever seen if you will only be yourself and get off of your knees, praying to be other than yourself–a member of the White race.

Just why do you want to be like the people who have robbed, spoiled and slained you and your fathers? Is it not an act of intelligence and honor to desire to look and be like a member of your own nation, speaking the same language and seeking and building the culture of your kind? The White race wants to stay a White race and maintain its way of life. Why should we not want to do the same?

You may say, what is our nation’s way of life? I will admit that for the past few centuries you have been lost to the knowledge of self and kind. Allah has raised me to teach you the knowledge of your own self and kind and to join you onto your own kind, not as a subjected people, for superior wisdom cannot be subjected to inferior wisdom. And, a people guided by Allah, Himself, cannot be enslaved.

You must know the outlook and what must be done. America is in for much trouble, as the Holy Qur’an says: “One calamity followed by another until she is destroyed for her evils done to her slaves.”

These calamities consist of all sorts of confusion and disagreements between the people and the heads of governments. In the Bible and Holy Qur’an, revolutions and wars are mentioned as being forces to break the power of resistance. The Bible says: “Sword without and sword within. The forces of nature against a terrific drought prophecied.” In the Holy Qur’an it says: “Therefore, keep waiting for the day when the heaven shall bring a clear drought, that shall overtake men. This is a painful chastisement.” (44:10)

His way will prolong our lives and do away with our sicknesses. And, that way is eating one meal a day—or if we are able and do not have too much physical work to do, eating one meal every two days. This alone will prolong your life.

You will not be sick often if you eat once a day and eat the proper food. The proper food is that food which is not poisonous. The slave masters taught us to eat the rough foods, such as field peas, and today, being accustomed to eating them, we still eat them along with sweet potatoes (which are not good for anyone but hogs) and white potatoes (which, since they are so starchy and fattening, are not good for anyone unless they are in a zone where they cannot secure better food).

We cannot live a long time if we laden our bodies with fats to burden our hearts in pumping blood through all of this fat. It shortens the time of our heart beat, and the fat person is—in many instances more likely to attract sickness and disease.

Why are we healthier and our lives prolonged by eating as God has taught us in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to Whom praises are due forever? It is because of the one meal a day or fasting. Eating once a day and fasting gives the body time to rest from the previous meal and to absorb it properly and distribute it where the body is calling for it.

Some of us eat so often and so much at a time that it actually has a tendency to make us small and skinny because we never allow time for the previous meal to digest and distribute the vitamins and proteins into the proper places and throughout our bloodstream. Rest, given to the digestive system of our bodies, is the thing that prolongs our lives.

In this period of rest (24 hours), the poisons that we ate in the previous meal are not capable of doing us any harm (when it is minor food poison), for the idleness of the stomach destroys this poison that would upset us or shorten our lives to a great extent. Therefore, we live a longer life if we eat correctly and do not eat three meals a day. Only one meal a day is sufficient for adults no matter what their occupation may be.

Milk and bread (wheat bread) alone will keep us alive indefinitely, and it is the best and the most easily digested food. We have plenty of supplements for milk and bread, so eat them, but eat them only once a day. This will reduce your doctor bill almost 90 percent, and if you eat once every two days, you will not have any doctor bills. So, do not tell the doctor that I told you this, (smile).

As you know, I contracted bronchial-asthma and I have learned that there are no drugs that the public has access to which actually serve as a cure. But I am doing fine now, and eating once a day and once every other day does not give the mucous time to accumulate and choke the bronchial tubes and tract.

All praises are due to Master Fard Muhammad, as it is written of Him in the Scriptures, that He comes to prolong our lives and to do away with sickness and death. If we live right, He teaches us we will enjoy life for a long, long time.
